Great spot for so many things. Coffee, food, shopping. I love the location and vibe. The old mill warehouse with exposed bricks is so pretty. Parking can be hard but it’s worth a couple of loops to find a spot. Don’t miss it!

Really enjoyed the front porch Sunday! Awesome setup of vendors and selection. The mobile bookstore was a favorite. Excellent quality products and snacks everywhere. Can't wait until the next one!

Went to the open air market "Front Porch Sundays" here at Atherton Mill. Occurring the 1st Sunday of every month from April-Nov 2023 11a-4p. Off South Blvd in Charlotte. Over 70 vendors. Enjoyed!

Old industrial buildings turned into a craft and food market. A lot of the stalls had closed by the time we visited but they looked good and what was still open was worth the visit. Next to the tram lines (Lynx) and near to other interesting parts - the Sycamore Brewery for example. A good coffee stall is available.

We are at Luna's Living Kitchen.
Nice venue and parking. Loved the use of space and creative menu offered. Lots of life throughout the property. I could live there and rat from their menu forever.

Small shopping complex with a few restaurants and specialty stores. I don't know if I would necessarily go out of my way to go here, but a nice place to stop of a bite to eat and check out some small local shops.
Be aware that there is a primary building but then there are some secondaries with other stores and eateries. We spent about an hour walking around and visiting the stores before having lunch.
The area is neat and the building has some interesting history and architecture.

There is an interesting historic structure amidst the new developments. It's a great place to shop while you're in town!
