Lots of flowers (and very well maintained). The space is very well-curated but there’s not much to see besides the flowers. There’s a small undercover stall that sells produce. Would be nice if there’s a stall for coffee or refreshments. But it looks like an amazing wedding venue. We spent under an hour here - while it was very nice, there’s not much to do so wouldn’t recommend coming all the way here!

Great local farmers creating a sustainable farm for the community by the community. Beautiful flowers and delicious produce. I was pleasantly surprised eating at some of the lower mainlands best restaurants only to find out the produce was supplied by the folks at Athiana Acres. Support your local farmers and visit one of their markets.

I will miss Athiana’s Saturday offerings until spring arrives, but I was absolutely delighted with their produce box that can be purchased on an ongoing basis through their website. The quality and quantity of the produce was such an excellent value! Everything was so fresh. This farm is gem! So happy it’s just steps away from home- BONUS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This family farm is amazing! I take my son almost every week to the farm and he loves running around in the open grassy fields. The staff is kind and generous. They'll give my son vegetables samples like cucumbers or cherry tomatoes. Having grown up in Steveston it's great being able to now build memories with my son living in Steveston. Extremely loud private parties with no regard for their neighbours. Blasting bass heavy music for hours on end, screaming, and rude owner. The noise issue with the farm is not isolated to the most recent event that went on for 4-5 days and countless hours, even surpassing the legal time limits without any warning to the surrounding neighbours. The noise pollution in the area has increased exponentially since the farm arrived. Constant machines running, overuse of power tools for frequent maintenance (creating both noise and fume pollution) that borders on being needless because of how often it happens, occurrences of yelling, fireworks, other special events, projecting music into an open field, use of insanely bright spotlights, and general noise. This behaviour is not only rude and inconsiderate to the thousands of people who live in the area, but can also be potentially very damaging to the animals that depend on the area for habitation. This is not sustainable and not how AG land should be used.

They have absolutely zero respect for their neighbours or the neighborhood. This was a very tranquil community without the sounds of beeping trucks and excavators at 7:00 in the morning before they arrived. ALR land zoning gives them a lot of freedom regarding noise but doesn’t give them the right to disregard their neighbours and their wellbeing. Hosting private events with loud music, beating drums and singing for hours well pass 11 pm. Totally ridiculous! Update: The events of the wedding is only one of many noise disturbances. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back. What about the extremely loud exercise class and music and people talking and cheering at 8 am on Saturday? The loud thumping music, people talking, cars, went on past midnight. This was approved by bylaw and the police prior? How about what appears to be dismantling of something with metal banging, loud bangs, and vans beeping in reverse past midnight the second night? I disagree that farming equipment noise includes bobcats beeping and shoveling gravel back and forth, machinery pounding gravel to make the parking lot.

Great edition to the community? No, the worst neighbors! Several nights of drowning bass, loud conversations, and light pollution. Not to mention clanking and machinery running throughout the night, I can only assume for takedown and setup of large events they are hosting? Organic farm or dance party venue, which one is it?!?!?! I don't think this is what ALR designation means. I have photos that illustrate the light pollution. I wish I could add a video so you can enjoy the bass, glaring lights, and DJ as much as I did every time they had an evening event. I live 400m from the designated ALR farmland, aka nightclub. One of the many events was still going strong past 11:30pm. Let me know if you would like the playlist from the Sept 21st evening event. The subwoofer(s) amplified the bass so well I had no issue capturing it from the comfort of my home. I am not sure about the farms' sustainable farming practices but can attest to their sustainable annoyance practices. I am all for celebrating, but when it goes on for several days and many hours at a time with no regard to the surrounding community and animals, it makes you wonder who is this property serving. I feel they have misrepresented their intentions as a farm.

An anazing place with the most nicest people . I was sadden to read the surrounding community neighbors mistook a wedding celebration as a disruption. Celebrations can get loud , but embrace someone’s happiness and make the community better and don’t be bitter . I definitely recommend this place and think the owners are amazing
