"Every June, the Chinese Lantern Festival illuminates Franklin Square (between Chinatown and Old City) with dazzling colors and shapes. The scope and variety of these handcrafted lanterns are mesmerizing: a 200-foot dragon, pandas, sea creatures, and a walk through a great white shark tunnel. There are even hands-on exhibits, like bicycle-powered elephant lanterns. Other parts of the festival include Chinese acrobats, craft vendors, and folk artists. Afterward, grab a drink at one of the pop-up beer gardens. Tickets cost $18 to $20.When: June" - MATADOR_NETWORK

This place was amazing !!!!!!! The tickets were about $17 for an adult . Kids under 32 inches were free . They had step on toys for the kids and the adults had things to play with as well . Santa was there , Kkids painting, food vendors and there was a live entertainment show at 10pm . The weather was pretty nice . wish i had more time out there. Overall it was a great experience .

Waste of money. Costs at least $15 to park and instead of canceling because of the rain and cold they take your money. I was lied to when I arrived and told performances take place at 7 , 8, and 9 pm. I go back at 7 and am told no performances. Scam . $20 for tix and $15 to park, scarce food vendors and the entire area was just a tip end corner of Centennial Park. I do not recommend. Just watch the videos posted of the people who walked thru the display. It should really have been inside someplace.

This is nice little something to do. The artistry against the the skyline is beautiful. Tickets at the site for adults are $20.00 ea. and online $18. There is also a acrobatic performance in amphitheatre
