Nasty! I ordered the chicken picatta with cheddar mashed. Chicken was like a puck! So hard I couldn't cut into it. Absolutely unacceptable!! Sauce seemed flavorful. Mashed seemed .. decent. Horrible though .. c'mon! Bar staff was very pleasant though! Hard pass. PS - patron before me sent bank his friend shrimp dish .. I should've caught on. .. PSS - I enjoyed a meal at Popeyes across the way ...

Located inside Atlanta Airport on the north end terminal. Stopped here to get beer. While heading back to the Marta train, after coming from the Delta Museum. It was pretty empty. Sat at the bar. Menu looked god & the prices were reasonable for the airport except for the $13 beer. Would stop here eat if I waiting to board a plane.

Good place to wait your flight. But there is few beers options and at menu there are no prices of all beers, is difficult to buy something if you don't know the prices... The customer service is very good and the place is comfortable. There is accessibility to deficient persons. They accept credit cards.

Food was extremely mediocre, especially for the price! The servers were great, but the food is not worth returning. The white cheddar mashed potatoes didnt have a hint of white cheddar in them and thr presentation was lacking. The shrimp were ok, the slaw that it came with had no flavor at all.

Showed up later and the kitchen closed while I was Waiting on a flight Enjoyed a nice 20 oz cold blue moon with some oranges Staff was really friendly and attentive. Unfortunately I'm such a lightweight and probably couldn't enjoy more than 1 20Oz beer without falling asleep. Next time I come through I'll try the food out

The salmon blt was delicious, I will return for it. I was at the airport just waiting, looking for somewhere to eat and sit for an hour while waiting for a ride. It was just what I needed. It was peaceful, clean, polite service, clear cut menu, knowledgeable server. A little on the pricey end but worth it in the end. I was able to charge my phone and eat.

The IPA Goose beer tastes like a cheap lager. I think they didn't connect the right barrel. The floor is disgusting. Employees seem unhappy, stressed and not very obliging (there are clearly not enough employees for the size of the restaurant regarding the number of ppl). Waiting 25 min to get served for a buger... Poor communication. The paddy of the burger was a bit hard and dry. The cheese on the paddy is tasteless. Smashed potatoes were really good. No desserts. It seems the best places are in the TSA zone.

Great option for eats prior to security. Understaffed like many airport restaurants, but still above average service. Ordered the honey chicken sandwich with their white cheddar mashed potatoes and it was perfect for a late lunch. Affordable for airport sit down.

Decent lunch at the Chophouse, but nothing special. Service was a bit slow. Took over 30 minutes to get my entree. Server recommended the Delmonico instead of the Filet Mignon... was a bad choice since it was extra chewy and a lot of fat. The Fireracker Shimp was a large plate, but not very tasty and on the cold side. Crab Bisque was very salty. Sad that the salad was the best dish of them all, nice and fresh greens with good chunks of avocado.

Salad I had was good and reasonably priced, but don't come how're thinking you got to the airport early and have time to kill, service was very slow. I would come back for a change from the normal food through security though.

Everything says this place is open (Yelp, google, their phone number). I don't think it's been open this year and there's no signs saying anything. If this place ever opens, it'll be a great place to wait when picking people up. Instead we have to settle for T.G.I. Friday's.

Terrible service, extremely extremely rude server. The restaurant was not busy but she would not come to our table until my son went to get her and she said well, I'm very busy !!! When she finally came to our table, she seemed very annoyed ( perhaps because my son had asked her to come ). I asked about the side dish and she said oh so you have not decided yet !! And then it took forever to bring our food. My son almost lost his flight. he had to eat in rush and then ran to catch his flight. Not even once she checked to see if everything is OK at our table. My husband is a very calm man but even he was getting very upset with her behavior. Next time I would rather to go to Burger King at the airport instead of this horrible place.

We went here because we wanted to eat at a restaurant with table service. We had a salad and the Salmon BLT. The salad was good, but the Salmon BLT was way too salty. It was like eating a salt lick. Service was ok and they did split a shared meal in the kitchen which I always like. They don't serve warm drinks, but they let you bring in a warm drink from the coffee place next door.

The fish n chips were plentiful and fairly good. This spot is located in the atrium between South and North Terminals, and is a good spot to be "in the cut" but also positioned to watch the comings and goings unique to airport travel lol. Bartender was friendly and around enough for me not to feel neglected however I did have to point out to her my empty glass; not complaining just saying. Anyway I'll be back maybe at some point.

It's flat out false advertising. There is no brewing occurring here, just the usual assortment the of you-see-them-everywhere craft brews. Food was undistinguished. Service was slow, they're lucky I didn't have to rush to catch my plane or I would have stiffed them. Next time Gordon Biersch.

Great prime rib! Huge portions! You wi t be disappointed! I will be back again! Great ambiance w music in the foyer of the airport .

I come here every week before my flight. The bartenders are sweet, the service is fairly quick and they have an excellent red wine selection! It's definitely pricey, but on an expense account most don't mind. Best salad to get is the chop chop but substitute the smoked turkey for a grilled salmon filet! Secret the bathroom is upstairs and there is a whole other floor upstairs if you don't see space at the bar.

Awful food. My salad was paired with cold chicken on a dirty grill (that blackened gross tar taste). My wife had the same experience with her burger, which came out cold, with no cheese on it and charred to heck. The staff was awful outside of our waitress, the food runner disdainfully stared at us after complaining about our food and genuinely looked like he hated everyone in the restaurant. The manager took our burger off of our bill, but disagreed with the quality of our food overall and didn't seem to care that we disliked our meals (he had a very dislikable demeanor and a smug attitude). Just an awful experience after a long day in the air. Go anywhere, literally and figuratively anywhere else to get a meal. I expect "decent" food at an airport knowing the parameters, this place was awful in all phases.

According to @eateratlanta one of the ATLs best Reubens from @atlairport Atlanta Chop House and Brewery. @eater I was less than impressed as the bread was soggy as was the onion rings. Even though the server was outstanding I was a little disappointed in the food came out as it did.

My service was actually pretty good and the food was just ok. The salmon was cold and a little undercooked and the fries were luke warm. Most of the reviews here are pretty consistent. I did see a group of 4 get tires of waiting for a table and they left. Its 8:00 on a Thursday evening so it's pretty empty. If the reviews have been this consistent for that long, something is definately wrong with management. By the way, my server was DeAngelo and if I had an opening, I would hire him. Nice job DeAngelo!!

Excellent food for a restaurant at an airport. Service is slow, so if you're in a hurry wouldn't recommend it, but if you have the time to kill, then most definitely give it a try. The food is definitely top notch. Had the chicken picatta and it was absolutely delish

Only had the pretzel appetizer and they obviously sat in the pick up window for a bit. The beer cheese actually had the skin on top from sitting in the pick up window for too long.

I am actually shocked that there aren't higher ratings. During a 4 hr layover, I had some family meet me at airport. It was early around 9:30 am. No one in this restaurant, so it was our pick. We ordered the 16 oz Prime Rib, to our delight. It was the best I have had in many years. It had a steak au poivre (style peppercorn fresh hetb cruat around cut). It comes with a Cabernet au jus that was as good as any 5 star. I think you may get a Wild Turkey whiskey sauce instead. We added mushroom Gorgonzola that was 2 huge beautiful mushrooms. No tiny pieces cut up. We got the asparagus as a side, perfect thin and green. The kids had fried shrimp and fries, and the other calamari which was fried to perfection, not rubbery. I would give anything to have access to this restaurant on any occasion

Worst service experience I have ever had. After waiting 20 minutes for a table I had to re-approach the hostess - "Oh, I thought you left". She put me in an elevator to the upper dining area where I then stood at the host stand for 3 minutes before a staffer walked by - "Oh, just sit anywhere". So I sat somewhere. Several minutes later I pressed the magic button on the little table kiosk to ask my server to stop by. Several minutes later I pressed it again. Several minutes later I got up and went to Fridays next door.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I don't even know what my waitress's name was (second floor, arrived there at around 5pm on a Friday night, upstairs was pretty empty). She was not wearing a badge and she never introduced herself. She also never smiled, has ZERO personality, and I had to go the bar to get a second drink after an hour. I usually leave big tips in airport bars if I'm sitting there a while before my flight. Not this time. Whoever this waitress is should not be in customer service.

Wow this place is shocking - only gave it 2 stars cause some of the staff are friendly and efficient. A burger at the food court would of been less dissappointing ! Appearances make you believe you will get a decent meal here - no you wont! Majority of the staff are obviously not happy about being here - go to the food court instead, not worth it at all!!!

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was taken to the second floor. When we reached the second floor, there was literally only 1 bartender and 1 server. The bartender had to come out of the bar and help serve, so there were many times that the whole place was empty. Saw another table had to get up and refill there coke themselves. We (4 of us) ordered sandwiches (cause we thought it would be faster), 2 coke, 1 water and 1 mojito. Not only did they completely forget about the mojito and gave us coke instead, they never wanted to get us the mojito after reminding them multiple times. Have been waiting for an hour and no food came out. There's only 5 other tables, not even full. Our boarding time is coming up, we don't even have enough time to eat now!

Is there anything lower than 1 star. If so, they would get it. We were seeing my son off to Qatar and wanted to have a family meal before he left. We were seated at one of the high top tables with the very uncomfortable metal chairs. The server was nice and was the only positive in the whole experience. We ordered and the food and it took so long that we thought we were going to have to leave without it. The food probably took so long because my medium well burger was burnt and my family's chicken tenders were cooked hard. That is why it took so long, they were over cooking the food. That's not all. We had entertainment while waiting. We watched a huge roach dangle from the ceiling until it could not hold on any longer. My husband then terminated it (that was even more gross). We told the server who in-turn told the manager. The manager came to the table and stated "Oh, it is because of the work at the airport. Thank you for telling us, we will report it". He got the broom and dustpan and got it up. Never, ever, ever again will I go there.

SERVICE I came in at 550pm. The waiter got our drink order and 20 minutes later, water came. Then they took our menus without taking our order and we had to tell her that we haven't ordered. She took the order and was 40 minutes since I've sat down and no food but water has been serve to me. For this alone, I won't come back although I frequent this terminal all the time. I ordered a salad and a steak...echo require no cooking on the salad part and 10 minutes max on the steak part. Seriously. As I'm writing this part of the review, not a single person has come to ask if I wanted a refill in drinks. TOP SIRLOIN STEAK Meat cooked perfectly but seasoning was bland. Needed so much more salt and pepper. The sauce was flavorful but needed much more. The cheddar mash potatoes were very good and smooth but did not taste any cheddar at all. Mushrooms were the best item on the dish. CHOP CHOP This is a busy salad and had so much potential to be amazing, but alas the dressing was almost nonexistent and I just didn't ask for more cause I'd finish the dish by the time it gets to me. The ingredients were good but the salad felt a little grainy so I think it needed to be washed better. Overall super unimpressed for the price point and service sucked.

YUMMY food and AMAZING service!!!!!!!!!! The chicken picatta and mashed potatoes were yummy. It was a great stop after our flight before a long drive to our hotel.

I echo all the bad reviews here, waited too long just order a drink at the bar. It wasn't crowded , and the bar tender acted like he's still pissed off Trump won. Decided to order food, took 45 min to get it and it was cold when it came. I didn't say anything because I thought what's the use. Food was great even though it was cold, but it could have been better hot. I'm sure the chef here is a awesome chef but the people that work here are killing this restaurant. I'm sure who ever owns this place bribed a lot of people with a lot of money to get this prime spot, no doubt Kasim Reed is laughing right now.

Terrible service. Food was bland at best. Such a shame because with the location and traffic, they could be killing it. Always had a great service downstairs, but it hasn't transferred upstairs.

Pretty sure this is the worst place ever for service. Now granted I am a weary traveler, therefore more prone to being critical, however when I have been waiting for twenty minutes to be served or just even my drink order taken, while the three gentleman that just walked in have their first round to the waitress....there's something wrong. Suffice to say, if it takes you that long to give me service, because I'm one 5'4" girl who you think wont tip well, you don't deserve my twenty dollar tip.

Five stars. Judging from other reviews, their service seems to be inconsistent but, on this visit, I was impressed. My wife and I were returning from a trip on a Friday afternoon. They weren't busy. We were seated right away. The restrooms were nice and clean. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. We just wanted a light meal so ordered one grilled chicken club sandwich to split. They made the extra effort to present the sandwich halves on separate plates. each with their own garnish and side item. And the food was excellent... that doesn't happen very often in the airport (any airport). The Chophouse is a cut above the other dining choices in the airport atrium and much quieter than TGI Fridays next door. It's a nice place to unwind after being stuck for hours on a cramped plane with a hundred sneezing, coughing travelers and their screaming hell spawn. I rate this place highly because they did that rare thing... they made an extra effort to please their customers.

I ran across this place on accident after being bumped from a flight and let's just say that I'm happy that I did! We were seated immediately at the bar and our bartender/waitress was pure awesome! Since I'd never been here before, I asked her for recommendations and she suggested the grilled salmon sandwich and chop chop side salad. Let me tell you... The food was amazing!! Everything was prepared fresh, wonderfully seasoned and the portions were quite large; I only made it through half my meal before feeling completely stuffed. Since when did airport food start tasting so good? The place was reasonably priced, the service was great, and it totally makes you forget that you're in the airport terminal. A recommended gem!

You'll pay airport prices. My turkey burger with avocado & pepper jack was okay. Slathered in mayo. Nothing special. But not as bad as I read in some of the reviews. We had adequate service. This was an expensable business lunch, but I probably wouldn't eat here for leisure.

We came to this place to eat something after a really tough morning and before I got on my plane. It is the only place serving alcohol before going through security, so my wife and I decided to come here despite the low ratings. I had a salmon BLT sandwich (about $17) which I gotta say was amazing. The fries, on the other hand, we're plainly awful and mushy. My wife had a bratwurst sandwich (about $13), also good, and we had two beers that were $10 each. Service was a little slow but courteous. It's pricey, but you have to remember here at the airport very few things are cheap.

Ok-ish food, subpar/mediocre service. The bread of the sandwich was shiny and greasy. Server came to the table once to take the order. Food was brought by someone else, my drink was never brought to me. Had to track down the server around the restaurant to be able to get the check. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the check to be able to pay and leave.

This place has 3 TVs and refused to turn any on for a baseball game because the manager was gone. The employee / bartender "Alex" was so committed to his manager's draconian rules that he said, "I know nothing about baseball, but my manager is gone so I can't change the rules." I don't know if I should blame Alex or his manager. Regardless, if I were Atlanta, I'd close the restaurant. Yes, it's October, and I'm talking about the League Championship Series, when literally two games are on (not conflicting) for the entire year. Shameful. I'd shut this place down. Shame on you, Atlanta. (Unless Atlanta prefers Seinfeld reruns over sports - then forgive me, I'm in the wrong.) Food was miserable too.

Worst Reuben sandwich! Even the French fries were bad. Old Fashioned's with Woodford - $17 each. (4) Old Fashioned's ($68!), (1) Reuben and (1) order of wannabe bang bang shrimp = $125. Ridiculous!

Wanted to give this place a shot regardless of the reviews. Unfortunately, the reviews are on point. Service is slow, i wouldn't say unkind but definitely not a smiley group, food is okay but came out sort of cold. Beer was great and i love the layout of the place! Never had sweetwater 420 before on tap and it was delicious. I'd probably not eat here again, but I'm glad I gave it a shot.

Service was too slow considering it's an airport and people are usually trying to grab a quick bite.

We had dinner here before our flight, Thurs. 4/27/17. Our server was inattentive, and the food was mediocre. Based on the reviews and description, we thought this restaurant would be more upscale. We should have gone back to Varrasano's. Hindsight is 20/20.

The service is so slow. It doesn't matter if the place is full or empty, you can't get your food in less than 30 minutes. The waiters saunter around as if they aren't servers or servers in an airport! It's kind of mind blowing. Someone needs to get in there and fix up shop. The only reason we went today was because TGI Friday's was packed. This place was only halfway full and my father had to leave for his plane without his food. This has happened here more than once. We won't come back again.

Great food - very accommodating and service was wonderful. We will be back !!!!!! I eat Paleo so I didn't order from menu - and I got exactly what I wanted.

My colleagues and I experienced the absolute WORST customer service at your restaurant today. Our server "Katima" was very unprofessional it seems to have very little interest in our needs. Other than us not being acknowledged when we arrived, we were told to sit at a dirty table by her and it took her ten minutes to even bring us menus. She handed me a glass of water in a dirty glass and spilled water everywhere. We did notice that you were understaffed so we didn't complain. Our food was just okay and my "cold" soup arrived with my lunch. But the very worst was listening to Katima use obscenities while talking to other workers never smiling or engaging just overall unpleasant. I assure you this was the absolute worst dining experience we ever had in Atlanta so bad that we hated even having our company to pay for our food and even tip for such bad service. Your company was represented in such a very poor way today and we won't ever visit again. I have also advised all of my colleagues to NEVER visit this Atlanta Chophouse!!

Worst food I've had in a long time. DO NOT go here. In addition to terrible food I waited over an hour for a disgusting sandwich and they had to take 3 bites and leave to make flight. Over priced fast food quality disguised as high end airport food.

I have to give this place one star simply because the customer service sucks! I've tried it twice and both times I was served by this rude bartender. For some reason he likes to take your order without asking any questions. He just assumes the type of salad and sides you want. He has the worst attitude. When i tried to correct him, he got really defensive. I spoke with a manager twice about "Chucks" customer service. The problem has yet to be corrected.

The food was not good at all and worst of all the service! Twenty people working but no one wants to work. Do not eat here unless you like to throw money and time away!

Truly some of the best bartenders I've ever come across. Great service. The food to delicious an well priced (for airport food). Beautiful place, has a second story with another bar! Always a stop before heading through security.

For airport dining Atlanta Chophouse is a great choice if you have an hour or so to burn. It is in the main terminal building outside security. Not as good at the chain steakhouses like Morton's, but they do a decent job. Nice beer selection too. Service is fairly quick.

Food was good but terribly slow service. Do not come here if you have less than an hour. Second time this has happened.

A little pricey. Food is fine. They are NOT a brewery. So don't expect to see their own beer and their beer list is mediocre at best. Service was ridiculously slow, even for semi nice restaurant.

A nice offering, especially in an airport. I had the Chop Chop salad and it was good, but I forgot to ask for dressing on the side. There was waaay too much dressing for my taste. They have very good sweet tea and the service was good.
