Atlantic City Convention Center

2nd time I've been there. This was for the 2026 boat show. Really no onsite parking but several lots and garages in walking distance. Very clean good looking site. Liked it better than the Javits in NY.

The show was really nice. Great to look at all of the boats and walk around and get some exercise. Parking was 20.00 and they had pricey as expected food and drinks.

Went for nieces gymnastics competition. View of sunset outside was beautiful place was huge... bathrooms clean but no soap/towels when got there and when left 🤣

Went to the boat show on Saturday and from some friends who were gone, they said that parking was problematic in the area. It was a lot right next to the place that was charging $30 which is a little gouging, but I was able to get parking and it was an easy walk to the convention center. But the garage is the convention center was 20 bucks which I didn’t see until after I had already been to the other one so it cost me more to park than it did to get into the show, but it was a great show. Great facility certainly not their fault that adjacent parking lot was gouging people.

I had a fantastic experience at the Atlantic City Convention Center! The venue is spacious, well-maintained, and easily accessible, making it a perfect spot for events of all sizes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The variety of facilities available, including meeting rooms and exhibition halls, is impressive. Additionally, the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby dining and entertainment options. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host or attend events in a vibrant setting!

Place is amazing and the staff were great. Went for a cheer competition. Parking was rough, not a lot of availability but a valet attendant was very nice and helped out. Center was easy to navigate and clean. Security was present and no problems. I would go back for competition or anything else. Huge shout out to the event staff. They were so up beat and helpful. A very pleasant experience

Great for events. Large and roomy. The food services was excellent! Great visuals and decor. Sadly the location (Atlantic City) overall is a turn off. This is a decaying city that as a outsider, I can find very very little bright spots to point out. The other negative is the transit system attached that brings in a lot of panhandlers. Beautiful building just not in a great location.

Convention Center is easy to get to with plenty of parking. Very clean with friendly staff. A good amount of restaurant and shopping choices in the immediate area. Guest Wi-Fi was very intermittent and unreliable during both days of my visit.

The open of one of my go-to beer festivals, and the easy access to New Jersey Transit makes it a super easy destination to travel back and forth to. But it's also one of those venues that comes down to the events that it has to offer over what the venue itself brings. The AC Convention Center is one of the most convenient convention centers to get to that I've been to since the NJ Transit train coming from 30th Street Station is connected right to it. It's also pretty huge since it stretches across over 30 acres of land, and even when there isn't a convention or event going on ts worthwhile to just pass through and check out what you can among the sea-inspired art and sculptures. The main reason anyone goes here is for the many eclectic convention events that it has, and the HUGE Atlantic City Beer Festival that happens here has always been an impressive event that really showcases the amount of variety that can fit inside it while still having plenty of extra space. Like most convention spaces the majority of events our business business-based. But in addition to the beer fest, things like the NJ Cannabis Conference are definitely worth looking into.

The review that says it is a gigantic warehouse of a convention center has it summed up pretty well. No one is helpful entering. You either need to actively ask or guess which way is correct upon entering. The process of getting in was surprisingly smooth. However, I think that mostly comes down to their hard policy of basically not carrying anything with you except maybe in a small clear bag. This makes getting past the K-9s and metal detectors quick. Inside, at least for the Atlantic City Beer & Music Festival it was like a big event in an unfinished space. The music part was nearly a waste of time given that holding a concert in a large bathroom might have better acoustics. The event itself was worthwhile. Great vendors and even the audience generally behaved well. I would say I would even recommend it to anyone thinking about going in the future.

For a city which seems to be a thing of the past and filled with "interesting" people walking the streets, they sure do have a nice convention center! It's big and clean (unlike the city) and in a decent part of town, near the Tanger Outlets area, connected to a huge Sheraton. Parking seems to be pricey at $20/day, but the place is quite decent.

I came here for Fetch Coastal and I had so much fun! It's such a clean venue and very easy to navigate which is impressive considering how huge the building is! I also love that you can park in their garage which was awesome considering how cold it was! It's close to the beach, outlets, and so many restaurants too which is nice!

Just don't do it. Space is ok for smaller meetings but Food and beverage Service levels are less than desirable. I hope to not go back.

This Convention Center is conveniently located next to the Amtrak train station. And steps to Tanger shopping. Hotels all around, makes this a great Central location for meetings, conferences or large exhibitions like AnimeNext (which is why I was here). The Convention Center is well lit, very clean, and has round the clock security. It's a great space for everything as it is equipped with elevators, escalators, and a parking garage. I attended a convention here two years in a row and each visit has been pleasant. They offer tons of rooms, all different sizes and has the power to host this venue which is no small feat. The huge Halls, A-C are perfect for shows, concerts, and dance space. Great for exhibitions​. There's even dining options inside this venue, either in the large Halls, or in the lobby and Hall areas on the upper floors. There are four levels in total. The carpeted areas are super clean, bathrooms are well stocked and managed often. Like this venue a lot. Makes the convention experience that much more enjoyable.

FOR absolutely NO RHYME OR REASON, One of their facilities employees came over and said "are you with the show?" When I was sitting in the lobby and had my phone plugged in to one of the four wall outlets. He said "Unplug your phone!" I responded no I'm working here, sorry there's plenty of other outlets if you need to use one yourself. He said "Unplug your phone now" I asked why, and he said " Because I said so". I said "Well, I work here too, so that's not good enough.". " Please call your facilities manager, or your security over if there is a problem". I displayed my badge to him, but yet he still proceeded to call on his walkie " Eric, come in Eric". He couldn't get anybody on his walkie, so he went back to harassing me. I told him I was busy on an emergency and wasn't planning on leaving until I was prepared to leave the convention floor with my companions who were hailing Ubers, or on the phone. This was not a security guard, but another employee of the convention center. He spotted me sitting, said nothing. He was too focused on watching Cowboys Giants game on the big screen (and getting paid to watch NFL, presumably). I called him out on it , mentioned what needed to be done, and pointed out that I wasn't causing any problems but feel free to keep getting in touch with your security staff if you disagree with that- meanwhile buddy i have an email or two to send off, and I think you have a football game to get back to watching. Completely uncalled for and unnecessary.

I worked a booth at the 2015 Food Fanatics show in the Atlantic City Convention Center and thought this was a great spot to hold an event. The convention center is connected to the Atlantic City Rail Terminal and is adjacent to the Sheraton hotel so it is easy to get around without a car. The service elevator is located nearby the parking garage so it was fairly easy to load and unload our show equipment. Vendors had full access to the kitchen so we were able to cook our crab cakes throughout the show. I really appreciated the wash station located on the show floor. Separating the dish washing area prevented chaos in the kitchen Check out the gardens outside the Atlantic City Convention Center. There is a bronze statue of Bert Parks holding the Miss America crown. When you place your head inside the crown a recorded message plays through the hidden speakers "There She Is, Miss America".

We had visited the ACCC for one of the organ concerts and wanted to just show the inside of the building to our daughter because we thought it was a really neat old building. We saw plenty of other tourists coming out of the building (apparently, they cut through the building to get to the boardwalk after they pay to park at the Convention Center). A security guard approached us and told us that we couldn't go in at that time, but we could come back later. We asked him what time should we come back and he said after noon. We still saw many tourists making their way out of the front of the building, and we waited till after noon and reentered the building. He almost immediately came over and told us that we couldn't come in. We asked him why so many other tourists were in the building and why he told us to come back after noon. He didn't really answer us except to say that we couldn't enter the building. Not exactly a very consistent treatment of tourists nor good public relations. Get you act together and stop targeting specific people and not others.

Nice facility. The convention center is well organized. There are plenty of restrooms. Which are attended throughout the day. Adequate staffing for questions or concerns. Ample signage throughout the building. The AC train station is also attached.

I have come here annually with my husband for the car show for about 4 years now. I don't park at the center because I rather walk over two blocks for the free parking than pay their fee $25+. The concession stands are over priced as well. But the place is huge they have concession stands, a large dining area, multiple restrooms, event vendors and I can't begin to tell you how many cars was inside this place. It's always spotless in here. I know the cars have nothing to do with it but being it was held at the location I included my amazing pics

Participated in an Expo/Show at the Convention Center for a couple of days this past week. The Convention Center is a pretty darn big building. We were in only one the halls - and each hall is huge! Thank goodness the AC works well in the building. During set up the first day, the doors were open for all of the stuff they were bringing in - it was very uncomfortable in the building during set up. But for the two days of the show it was cool and comfortable throughout the show. The Convention Center also has a rail station for the the NJ Transit system.

This is a fairly decent convention center. It's close to shopping and only a 10 minute walk to hotels like Bally's and Caesar's. The inside was clean and the staff directing people were very nice. The hall that I was in for the beer festival was huge! I actually appreciated that it had a concrete floor because there was food and beer being spilled. There were actually plenty of restrooms, although I saw all these women waiting in line for one when they could have walked about 15 yards to another one where there was no line.

Thousands of people here, outside food not allowed and only 1 person working the grill at concession stand equals 45 minute wait for fries

I have gone to several events at the AC Convention center & I must say I've enjoyed each one, most notably the yearly beer festival. This place is HUGE! Whether it's a camper show or a beer festival there is plenty of room for everyone. This year's beer festival was wonderful & you have the added bonus of the jitney's throughout town that will take you basically door to door for $2.50 per trip. Nothing like parking your car at the hotel or resort & not moving it again until you go home! Really like this place & will continue to visit for the many events they hold there.

I've been going to anime conventions for around 20 years now, and the Atlantic City convention center was the nicest convention center I have ever visited. It's spacious and well laid out, with stairs and escalators that mange the flow of traffic extremely well. The center is clean, rooms are variably sized and intelligently organized. Employees are extremely pleasant and helpful, something I have never enjoyed at any convention center. The best thing about the convention center is the location. Attached to a rail terminal, with a large parking deck, it's easy to get to. AC Jitney stops and taxis outside means that transportation to hotels and restaurants is no-stress. There is shopping and restaurants in the blocks between the convention center and the casinos. Like other reviewers, I recommend Wingcraft which is about a block away. We had excellent, reasonably priced (for a touristy town) food. Across the road we ate at Los Amigos, an eclectic little restaurant which has excellent, spicy Mexican food. Thumbs up for ACCC and I hope to be back.

Very large convention center. I like the accessibility to the shopping area which is within walking distance. The convention center itself is pretty well maintained. Restrooms were clean and staff was friendly. Conference rooms are ok. I find climate control to be the biggest issue. Some rooms are really hot and others are freezing.

Over the years I have been here a few times for conventions that my company has participated at. The convention center itself is clean and modern, is easy to get to, and is connected to a very nice Sheraton hotel. The Tun Tavern is across the street and is a good place to grab lunch as with most conv centers the food options are pretty lame inside. There are also constant taxis and jitney service running right outside of the entrance to take people to the casinos or hotels in the area. There is also a NJ Transit rail station here. The center itself is large and well air conditioned too.

great location for a convention center. Take the train in and it drops ya off inside! Walk to the outlets and make a day of it.

It's HUGE; came to an event here with a friend. There was room to spare here. I wished I'd had some rollerbades on my feet to get around. The food they had here was okay but very pricey. Ladies rooms were all right & there was ample seating space here, which you don't always get in places (including the Javitz Center in NYC). Close to public transit as well.

The AC Convention Center is huge and modern. It seems like it would be a great space for any of the usual types of conventions housing sober, suit-clad participants. My experience at the Center was for the 2011 Beer Festival, and may have been a bit different. I give them props because the center was clean when we arrived; I'm sure it was no small feat to get it that way, as they had Session 1 of the festival just a couple short hours prior. However, as Session 2 charged on, the floor became more and more covered in spilled brews, dropped food, and let's-just-hope-that's-not-pee-in-the-corner. And don't even get me started on the ladies' room. The lines aside (I mean, it's a festival for drinking, so yes, the queue is going to be long), the stalls were the worst I've ever seen at a public event. There were wet floors and wet toilet seats, TP everywhere except where it should be: on the roll, and a lack of paper towels at the sinks. When you're an attendee at an event like this, the actual space can only really be judged by its size and its cleanliness. It seems to me it would have been well worth it to stick a couple extra workers on those cleaning carts that sat idly outside the bathroom doors.

Went here for a beer fest, this place is HUGE , easy to get in and fairly well structured Bathrooms were clean . Nice and spacious a few complaints though. No coat check , this is a failure on the facilities end AND for the event organizers. Coat checks pay for them selves there is no reason, there WAS TONS of open space , even if you had a ropped off area with free standing racks it would do well. Hire 4 people and a guard or two and charge $3 - 5 bucks for the coat check it will pay for itself at big events and make money!!! there is no reason for this on a cold day cause its nice and warm inside. Problem 2.. Cell phone reception you will not get ANY no one in my group could get a signal inside.. (At&T , Verizon and Virgin mobile in my group) It was terrible if your at an event you want people posting about it taking pics showing off the event and the convention center , basic marketing 101 ...get the word out. you take peoples cells away and your just losing out on free marketing . Get a cell phones booster / repeater most major centers have them if not a deal with carriers to have them put them in for free in exchange for using your roof as a tower. Do something because it was TERRIBLE!

We were recently vendors at the auto auction at the convention center. Overall, the place is very clean and modern. Our experience is probably different than for most other events going on here in that they had to leave the bay doors open to allow cars to enter/exit the entire weekend so it was FREEZING inside. Being on concrete floors the whole time did not help at all. However, they kept the place very clean despite the large number of people coming in and out over the 4 days. The food was over-priced ($19 for a cheesesteak, hotdog, and two 20 oz sodas, ugh), but it was actually pretty good. The only complaint I have about our experience is that the wifi network went down on Friday morning and never came back up. Now, I get it - there were a lot of people there who were probably trying to get on the network at the same time. However, IT'S A CONVENTION CENTER! Shouldn't they anticipate these things? With the wifi down, it meant that the center's food vendors couldn't accept credit card payments. We as vendors had counted on the wifi so we could place direct orders on our webistes and lost business because we couldn't. However, even with this problem, our experience as a whole was quite nice. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, the restrooms were all clean and in good repair, and it was very easy to get to/from the convention center. We are looking forward to our next event there.

It was a pretty good midsize convention center. Actually, it was a relief that it was not one of those colossally sized venues that take a half hour to walk from one end to the other. The facilities were relatively modern and very clean. My only complaint is that the coffee service was not modern, I would be sure to pick up something from the Starbucks a block away on the way in. Since I am working/presenting at a convention I need a little more than a cup of joe pumped out of an industrial sized container -- this is 2012, there should be an actual espresso machine in a facility like this. It was nice to have free wifi though.

My husband and I attended the RV Show at the Atlantic City Convention Center. The building is fine and the show was nice, but my husband wanted something to drink, so we went to the concession stand. I was horrified at the price of a Coke - $5.00 for a regular bottle of Coke ($4.00 for water)! I asked the cashier who sets those prices and he told me that many people complain, but the Convention Center sets the prices and he was only the Cashier and to look at the board for the prices before purchasing. Well, that's not the point - I hate to be price-gouged by money grubbing businesses. We bought the Coke, but next time we'll bring our own drinks!

This review is not so much on the Convention Center. It's a great building, but their parking situation is confusing at best. They share their self parking garage with the Sheraton next door. In order to get out of the designated parking lot, you need to take your ticket and pay at the valet window inside the Sheraton. They have a ticket machine as you walk out but you can't use it. I wish this situation wasn't as complicated.

This is one gigantic warehouse of a convention center. It's most stellar feature must be the included train station. Leave the car behind and ride the rails to Atlantic City.

I came here for AC Boardwalk Con and have nothing but good things to say about the center. Parking is easy and the staff are all helpful. Can't really ask for more from a convention center

I am not a convention type person. Yet, I attend conventions from time to time. I loathe the floor where everyone hawks their products. That is why I shun these things. I have no desire to leave with a bag full of useless stuff. Nevertheless, I was assigned to attend a convention for a training session. This convention center is easy to access, park, and attend. The place is clean and easy to navigate. I suppose nothing lacked in accommodations. I will be back because this is the closest "real" convention center to me and I sometimes have to attend these things. FWIW, parking is less expensive outside the center by at least $10.

Place is HUGE. It's nice that the NJ Transit train terminal from 30th St Station in Philly is attached. There is also a huge parking garage attached. I was just there for AC Beer Fest. The entrance corridors, will call windows and exhibition hall doors are plentiful. The place is lacking character and uniqueness, but it does get the job done.

This place is large and in charge! I have only gone here for the Atlantic City Car shows in February. It's the perfect size to house the hundreds of cars and vendors they receive. It's also in close proximity to the casinos, so you sold me!

Simply put.... This place needs a complete overhaul. A facelift. It needs to completely come out of the 80's and find its place in the 21st century.

I was here for a beerfest and there were not enough ladies restrooms. I probably spent about a quarter of the night in line for the ladies room. The place is huge and is overall a nice facility. I like that you can't smoke inside and they have a designated smoking section outside. But I went outside to the smoking section to accompany one of my friends and they make you go through this opening in the back that has large plastic things that resemble what smacks your car in a car wash. I guess this is where trucks pull in to unload. The hanging plastic objects that you had to push out of the way were pretty dirty and gross. And the outside smoking section was packed. They did a good job of making smokers feel like dirty outcasts. And getting a cab at the end of the event to the Borgata was impossible. I stopped 3 cabs and none of them were willing to drive to the Borgata. We had to hang around at a nearby bar for over an hour until the crowd leaving the event let up.
