This is a small, but very nice airport. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, except for a couple TSA workers, of course. Aside from the attitude I received from one particular TSA employee, everyone else was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed.

Very clean and very comfortable small airport for budget flights. There is a good parking for cars. And I think that's all I can say about this airport. We flew to Fort Lauderdale. If your flight is at midnight, I recommend you to take something to eat, if you want to stay there more than for several hours. Because you can't buy anything after 17:30. But there are vending machines to buy drinks and snacks. It is difficult to get to the airport by public transportations after 17:30. I tried to walk from my hotel to the airport, because I had much time after checking out, and my hotel was in 3 miles far from the ACY, that's why I decided to go, but there were no sidewalks, and for the man it was very dangerous and uncomfortable to do that. I'd like to ask the Government of Atlantic City (New Jersey) to pay attention at this problem. I liked this city very much, very clean and quiet town. A lot of trees, forests, lakes and the Atlantic Ocean. It is ust two hours far from New York. Khumoyun Akhmadjonov

Extremely nice airport affordable flights. Extremely clean very nice polite employees. Highly recommend flying out or into Atlantic City airport. A lot of people do not realize it is here. And it is a option. Keep up the good work Atlantic City airport five stars all the way.

Google
Good signage helps you find where you need to go. Very clean and organized.

Google
I don't know why this airport has such a low rating. It's small, easy to access and navigate. Staff is as friendly as any airport staff. Has a few decent food places, clean big bathroom, massage chairs and plenty of charging spots. I think only Spirit flies out of here, so yeah. It is what it is and it's great at being that.

Google
We live in St Augustine & this is our go to airport as well as where we recommend family and friends fly in to. Very easily accessed by car with ample short and long term pkg ($12/day) many handicap parking spaces & all on 1 level. No elevator needed.

Google
I went from Atlantic City airport to the Borgata about an 18 minute drive in a taxi. Let me just tell you if you’re trying to save a few dollars thinking you’re gonna use Uber. It’s actually cheaper to use the city taxi. It’s flat rate $40 to use the taxi five to $10 tip based off service and friendliness. Uber was 52 and change and Uber can’t access the closeness to the terminal. Only the Atlantic City taxis can get up close to the terminal. I was skeptical, but man I’m so glad. Was small and very clean. There is no lounge but there is bagel place and a bar that opens at 3:30 AM as well as a Dunkin’ Donuts and a coffee shop.

Google
After flying Philly for years where tsa and everyone treats you like complete garbage. I was pleasantly surprised how nice and respectful everyone is here. Zero excuse for Philly. Ac airport for me from now on. No cops on a power trip screaming at you outside either Bathrooms where clean at AC. Philly looks like the taco bell bathroom. Thanks AC. Respect earns respect. 10 stars if I could

Yelp
Atlantic City International Airport excels in providing a convenient and stress-free travel experience. The concierge and check-out staff are consistently polite and professional. The airport's smaller size creates a peaceful environment, with ample seating and a range of dining options. Travelers can take advantage of various charging stations, retail shops, and amenities. For TSA-approved individuals, the security line is notably shorter. The airport is well-suited for families, with minimal walking requirements and convenient parking options, including a $10 daily parking deck and surface parking. The airport also features massage chairs and pet-friendly facilities, enhancing the overall experience. The scenic view is a significant bonus. I regularly travel on Spirit or American Airlines from Florida to New Jersey for vacation.

Yelp
It's a tiny airport with only 2 places to grab a bite to eat, one of which was a Dunkin' Donuts. The interior appeared clean and all of the staff that I encountered were all very nice.

Yelp
We booked American Airlines to Atlantic City from Charlotte connection in Philadelphia. There was no indication within the booking we'd be traveling via bus from Philly to AC airport so suffice to say we were surprised. Our only interaction with the AC international airport was on return. It is fairly quaint but I've definitely seen smaller airports. It has everything needed to get in and out without all the crowd size. We were seated near the Lactation Pod awaiting our bus to Philadelphia on American Airlines. The info lady said that Spirit & one other airline have flights there but not American. I thought the bus was fine was just surprised, first time ever happen to us.

Yelp
I booked a flight to fly from the West Coast to the Atlantic City International Airport. There's not much to see here. Due to my flight arriving late to the Philadelphia International Airport, I had to find a way to get over to Egg Harbor Township. What I didn't realize is that there's a bus that will take you from the Philadelphia International Airport to the Atlantic City International Airport and vice versa. On my return trip, I went through security and boarded a bus to head for the Philadelphia International Airport. The bus ride was fine, but due to the driver driving extremely slow, I had to run from where I was dropped off at the airport from the bus to my boarding gate. If I hadn't run, I would have missed my flight. This review is to provide awareness to others that may want to think twice about coming to the Atlantic City International Airport. I recommend having someone pick you up or drive you to Philadelphia to catch your flight. You also have the option to ride the train or bus to NJ from Philadelphia and vice versa. So for people who aren't familiar with the area, I hope this helps you.

Yelp
I've navigated many airports in my life, and I'm here to say that ACY is one of my faves to travel in and out of. In the past six months, I've been in and out of ACY several times without one hiccup or delay. All functions work as they should. Spirit, the only airline that services the airport does a great job getting folks to the few destinations. TSA at ACY are courteous, professional, and efficient at ensuring customers abide by the security transitions and making sure the security gate doesn't get too backlogged. There isn't much for options of restaurants like you would see in bigger airports, but what is there does provide a variety of food and drinks options other than concession stand snacks. With ACY being the size that it is, you're able to sit down and enjoy a beer and not worry about having to run across the airport to make it to the gate. 1-10 of the gates are within a 2 minute walk from the lounge area. My gripes are minor. The security gate to get out of the terminal to the baggage claim area is unique and a bit confusing. You have to step up to it, wait for it to recognize you're standing in front of it to open. Then, when it opens, you step into the turn-style. Then you have to wait for the turn-style to open the other door. It's kind of like I'm transitioning from a contaminated area. I do wish there was another or at least one more food option in the terminal. That's all I have for ACY. It's probably come a long way. They have and seem to continue to provide a great secure way of traveling from the local area instead of having to go up to the hectic other airports in the Tri-state area.

Yelp
I ended up having to stay overnight the day before my departure from AC back to Philly because there was going to be inclement weather during my drive to the AC airport. Nice airport. They didn't have any outlets in the seats but they did have stand up table outlets and charging stations. I like the fact that I can walk across to the next building to get my rental car. The only airline to fly out of here currently is Spirit Airlines. I actually took the American airlines bus round trip from Philly International airport to Atlantic City airport during my stay. On arrival to Atlantic City airport, the bus will let you off in front of the airport. On your departure from Atlantic City to Philadelphia International airport ,you have to check in just like you would on a flight.

Yelp
Guys, Atlantic City international airport was so relaxing. I don't know if I'm just used to Fll & MIA but even the TSA agents at Atlantic City international were polite. They asked if we were OK and warned us not to get our fingers hurt with using the baskets. The flight attendants in the concierge at the checkout counter were all polite. It's not the biggest airport but they're not extremely busy so there's plenty of space. There's also a charging stations, hank goodness. Definitely a relaxing return from a vacation. I would definitely use this airport again. It's less hectic, again the staff is extremely polite and it's just a much smoother transition.

Yelp
This is my first time flying this airport. I came in with two other adults and three kids. To my surprise the airport is actually really small, and empty which was a plus for us. We were able to check our bags in and get through the security check point with ease. The staff throughout the airport was super friendly I must say! Even though this airport is small they do have options for food and snacks, there is even a bar to enjoy some spirits. There are massage chairs all through the airport, a charging station, a pet relief area and even a moms lactation pod for nursing or pumping moms, which I thought was awesome!!! We flew Spirit and I watch a lot of tiktok & Reels and Spirit has a bad rep lol BUT Spirit actually treated us good. The tickets were cheap but you DO pay for carry on's and checked luggage, a hefty amount in my opinion., but you are able to have a personal item at no charge, mine was a little suitcase backpack and fit perfectly under the seat. Flying Spirit out of this airport was very smooth and pleasant. Overall a good experience.

Yelp
We've flown in and out of ACY many times over the years. Parking is easy, terminal is clean, organized and efficient. Even TSA is a pleasure to deal with. We choose ACY over PHL every time.
google avatar

Lexsie T.

Yelp
Super short tsa waistline. Easy to get around, so if you're traveling with older adults or children I recommend this place because it's small so there won't be tons of walking. The only thing is that there's not lots of food options because it's a smaller airport. But you're also able to park your car AT the airport rather than a third party parking place that drives you to the airport. I like it here and I will be returning!!
google avatar

Yelp
I get it with the TSA checking everything not my problem. But I am Wearing two knee braces and a knee cart to help me get around. They had me take off both braces and the compression pads underneath before they let me go through. It takes about 15 min to put them on! Ok I even get that, but they let this dude in his 70's and a lady in her 60's in wheelchairs through with no problems. WTF old people can have dangerous stuff too. Nothing on the website about knee or leg braces. Reverse age discrimination. This trip is starting off great.

Yelp
Small airport with friendly helpful staff members. Getting through the lines was fast.

Yelp
What can you really say about it? Very easy in and out for our charter flight. Bathrooms were nice and clean. TSA was easy (albeit a bit disorganized due to the tight space they are in). There is a location inside post security where you can sit down and have lunch (table service). I also saw a bagel place ahead of security and then another one after. There are several Hudson News type shops for all of your after security drink and snack needs. Wouldn't hesitate to fly in/out of here again if I had the opportunity.

Yelp
Convenient airport to fly in and out of. Spirit is the only carrier that flys from here so it's quiet and not crowded. They have garage and outside parking available for an affordable cost. About $10 a day for outside. They also have hourly if needed. They have a nice restaurant/bar located at the terminals and a coffee shop as well with all your flying needs. There is a cell phone lot available for family and friends to wait for you while you land.

Yelp
I always thought of AC as being a bigger airport because it seemed like a pretty touristy destination. To my surprise, the airport was small and easy to navigate. It reminded me of the airport at home in Charleston with the ease of use factor. Airports like this are always welcomed because it's such a breeze coming and going. You skip all the stress of major hubs. The downside is limited flights, limited times, and if you have a flight issue, it's not as easily resolved with less options. I recently flew out on Spirit and there was major flight cancellations. The desk was a nightmare as expected but they were handling the best they could. Spirits customer service on the other end has turned into another issue, but I can't fault AC International for that. I wish I could get a flight through Charleston instead of driving to Myrtle because this is the preferred airport for my trips to south Jersey (as opposed to Philly or Newark).

Yelp
Staff seemed very friendly (at least all the ones we encountered). I always pictured Atlantic City to be huge but it's not. Security was quick although one lady was a bit testy on throwing out instructions to us and I felt like I was in the military. This airport is very small and most stores are closed except for one store and one bar WHICH I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY FROM. The drinks and service at the bar were horrid, and I'm not over exaggerating. They made a drink and it came with a big in it and they told us it was from a lemon, uhmm there's no lemon in that drink. The other drink was made wrong, it tasted horrible and she told me "I'm still charging you for this" so I opted not to buy anything and paid $31 for 2 drinks we couldn't drink.

Yelp
Travel in and out of ACY is easy. TSA is a breeze. Airfare is usually cheaper. This is the first time that I've seen these electronic doors that open to let up to 6 people into a tube, closes, then lets you out on the other side .

Yelp
Easy in and out. TSA agents nice and helpful. Airline agents friendly. Love the cleanliness.

Yelp
For a small airport Atlantic City International gets the job done! There is one terminal with about 10 gates and one security line. For those flying pre check they will hand you a laminated sheet indicating your status so you can get through quickly. There are at least 2-4 restaurants and gift shops and the prices are among the best I've seen for an airport. The gates also have ample seating room for passengers not to be on top of each other. The bathrooms were also clean. Easy access to the beaches and other parts of New England from here as well.
google avatar

Michael F.

Yelp
There really isn't much to the Atlantic City Airport. There aren't a lot of airlines that fly-in or out of AC. In fact, it might just be Spirit. However, its size does not take away from its offerings. Close parking at a decent rate (somewhere around $10-15 a day depending on which you opt for). Minimal waiting to get thru security checkpoints. A handful of vendors to set you up pre-take off. Free WiFi. Yes, if you are local the AC airport is a win. However, I was surprised how easy it was to get to from Philly. Be sure to check them out as options, as my Spirit flight was cheaper (including parking, gas, and tolls) than a flight out of Philly by a good deal. I know I won't be failing to check them out for future weekend trips.

Yelp
This is the smallest airport I have been to in the USA. 1 bar, 1 restaurant & 1 open extras location. If you get lost in the airport, don't travel. Security, everyone has to take shoes off & after being xrayed, be patted down....they get lines longer than Tampa, because of the nonsense & cramped quarters. Now because of it being so small check in & baggage is fairly quick. What's a girl to do? Live & lean & go with the flow.
google avatar

Raymond G.

Yelp
Not a big airport and not bad for its size. Got through security in no time and had some time to kill. You might have to fight for the outlets as their aren't many usb charging area to be found yet. However there are a good amount of food options around for the size of this airport. They restrooms can get a little crowded after a flight gets out but thats to be expected. Lots of easy signage to find your way around. All in all its not a bad spot to have to stop at. Its better than being cramped on a Spirit flight.

Yelp
This is a no frills airline! I can't stress this enough while writing this review! I use to this airline because it's close to my in-laws.. This airline is very convenient There lines are super short at check in and security compared to Newark! The air plane tickets are really cheap.. I know you get what you pay for! There are 4 of us, so for a family to go on a vacation this is the way to travel.. The airplane is not comfortable at all.you have to sit straight up and there is no leg room and it's a tight fit .. we sacrifice these things to get to our destination at a cheaper rate . The airplane staff is very friendly There is options to buy drinks &snacks.. we obviously don't do this.. I bring snacks and gum for the kids and fun activities to keep busy. This airline gets you to Orlando fast and cheap! Spend your $$ in Orlando not getting there! It's only a 2 he. Flight , suck it up !

Yelp
Airport Security: so I arrive to airport and check in and while waiting on line I noticed few guys jump the line bc they paid an extra $12 for expedited service which is fine. However, as they passed me the ticket person tells them they do not have to remove their shows but rest of us do. So I ask you; does the extra $12 make that person less dangerous? Whatever you are checking everyone else's shows for could be in the expedited people's shows , right? so how is that safe for me now? Concerned Traveler!

Yelp
Flew out of this airport on Spirit airlines and a first for both. Must say that I will be using this airport any time possible. Parked in the economy parking lot with just a short walk to the airport entrance. Very easy check in with no crowds. A pleasant way to travel.

Yelp
The thing I like about this airport? The cell-phone waiting area. Picking people up is a breeze because of that. And parking is easy. But flying out of this airport is a headache. One airline, one mediocre bar, one downright terrible "restaurant," and some vending machines. Security here is still somehow tougher than anywhere else I've ever been. (Which means lines for security being performed in some cramped quarters.) I saw their folks patting down an 85 year-old man who could barely stand with his iron knee, asking him what he had in his pocket, only to find out it was a plastic comb. Give the man a chair, why don't you? You know those cantankerous octogenarians can do wicked things with a 4-inch plastic combs... The place needs an overhaul, but I'm told Atlantic City itself is in a state of decline. Too bad all that money being spent on presidential election politics can't be used to improve things like airports and the small businesses within. The second star comes from the friendly people who helped us board and stay organized. Terminal and gate staff made things easy. Those folks are true professionals--making the most of a bad facility.

Yelp
I had a flight booked on Spirit Airlines to Ft. Lauderdale , Florida. I chose to fly from Atlantic City International Airport instead of Newark which is much closer because Spirit has unbelievable air fare. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to fly out of Atlantic City. It is definitely worth considering if you fly to Florida.. This airport is small but I must say both my flights left and returned on time... I didn't have to sit on the runway like I have done many times at Newark Airport while I wait for several planes to takeoff or land before my plane departs... My check-in was also very easy... From where I live it is a 2 hr drive south to Atlantic City Airport. I didn't have to park because I got dropped off directly in front and picked up directly in front. It's a good idea if you have someone picking you up , you have them wait and park in the designed cell area.. This way they won't have to keep circling. Then just call them and they can pull around.. This is much easier to pickup people. Once inside every airline is clearly marked. Security was good, be prepared to take off you shoes, belt, and be padded down....... There were several different kiosks selling snacks, food and beverages.....There is only one restaurant ... I will definitely be using this airport in the future...
google avatar

Jennifer M.

Yelp
This is our go to airport, only because you can't beat the low price of Spirit for a quick flight to Florida. It's also nice to not have to fight the crows of a large airport. The downfall is there is only one restaurant and on our latest trip we had a seven hour delay. The prices are insane and the restaurant changed hands. The menu is not that good and the food is terrible now. They used to have great menu and food.

Yelp
I love ACY. It is a small, no-fuss (no-frills either) airport. You get in, you get out; isn't that what an airport should be!? It doesn't offer hot showers, massages, salons, but then again, you're hardly there, so who cares!? The car rental is so conveniently located. The food is poop... I mean -5 star rating for food at this airport so be prepared. The only mega weird thing about this airport that I must mention are these star-trek-chemical-warfare-quarantine-like-revolving-non-revolving doors..... ..... what even??? If anyone at all could explain what these monstrosities are or their intended purpose, well that would be much appreciated.
google avatar

Tennissia G.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite Airport. It's still relatively small but can meet all of my travel needs. It's not overly congested and navigating through this airport is not difficult at all. Spirit is the only airline that flies direct here. There are a few different rental car company options. The flights are usually pretty cheap at this Airport. There is a gift shop and a few spot to grab a quick bite to eat. They're very rarely any delays. This is an excellent airport if you're traveling with small children.

Yelp
Back in town Casino here we come Atlantic City has certainly changed from many many moons ago

Yelp
In some ways it's great that this airport is small. You would think it'd be less chaotic than the bigger nearby airports like Phila, but I often find that the pace here is just as slow. Security line tends to get super backed up. Tons of families travel through this airport so that always slows the pace down. There are very minimal food and coffee options. There is one bar and two small "cafes." But the quality at both are poor. This airport could use just one decent coffee shop, Starbucks or anything really that serves fresh coffee. I always recommend doing online check in and not checking a bag through this airport (if possible). The check in lines are worse than the security lines with all the families and their tons of bags. If you can by pass this step it helps move the pace a little.

Yelp
Still going strong as the worst airport in America. By far the slowest and rudest people here. If they measured the inefficiency of airport security and the number of employees per station, there is nowhere in America let alone the world that would stack up. How the government hasn't cracked down on this yet is unbelievable. This private security company should not be allowed to manage this airport.

Yelp
As I wrote about Myrtle Beach Airport, I have become a big fan of smaller airports...a BIG fan. We bought tickets, against my better judgement, on Spirit Airlines out of ACY to fly to Myrtle Beach for a recent trip...just my daughter and I. Spirit only flies out of AC at 6:30am and I live 2 hours and 15 minutes North...do the math...I had to leave my house at 2:45am to get to the terminal in the time they tell you to be there...UGH. Anyway, we get to the airport and lo and behold, there are actually readable signs that gives you time to turn...don't see that in Newark. I figured, like at Newark, the economy parking would require a shuttle...silly me. Economy parking is on the other side of the parking garage, which is right next to the terminal, and is $9 per day...I walked less than 1/10 of a mile to get to the terminal (and yes, there is actually a shuttle). I get inside the terminal and it's quiet (remember, it's about 5:15am on a Tuesday) and I hear a loud, vibrant "Good Morning!!". Turning my head it's the counter workers for Spirit (insert a 'lots of spirit' or cheerleading pun here) who know we must be there for them. Got through dropping my bag off in about 5 minutes and I was off to security...again, super nice TSA reps and we were through security in about 2 minutes, and most of that was putting our crap in the bins. Moved onto a quick breakfast at Thrashers (http://www.yelp.com/biz/thrashers-atlantic-city#hrid:pFwQHwhIF-0F-RTKtdnp6g) and we were off on-time. The only downer I encountered was when we returned from Myrtle and the parking machine wouldn't read my ticket so I had to go back to pay inside to pay...oh, and that 2 1/2 hour drive home starting at 11pm after a LONG day. Getting up for work the next morning was tough, but I can't blame that on the airport now can I??

Yelp
Slowest. Airport. Ever. Geez! I have TSA Precheck and it took longer to get through security than folks pulling off their shoes. Get this!! You hafta remove all electronics bigger than a cell phone AND snacks. And that's pre-check. To LEAVE this hell hole--what threat am i leaving AC? It's a small airport and it's closer to the Jersey Shore than Philly airport but give me Philly any day over these Boobs. I swear this is where they train brand new TSA agents. They are slow, disorganized and inept due to their over functioning. Avoid at all cost. Oh, and an extra middle finger to the food stand that gauged me for $2.79 for the 8oz fountain Pepsi AND watered it down so it didn't even taste like Pepsi. Your airport just sucks all the way around.

Yelp
Let's face it, since 9/11, flying is a DRAG. A serious drag. And with small children, it's a downright NIGHTMARE. After my last experience at Philadelphia International Airport, I decided I just couldn't handle taking my autistic daughter and toddler through the tourture of the hostile airport security in Philly. I had heard from a lot of co-workers that Atlantic City was a much more pleasureable experience. I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo glad I took their advice. Flying out of Atlantic City is a breeze! Granted, it's a small airport, and I missed all the dining choices and awesome shopping at an airport like Philly. But I just couldn't handle the stress and hostile staff in Philly or New York. I was hoping that since the volume in Atlantic City is so much less, the employees would be more amiable. Not being overworked and underpaid goes a long way to improve an employee's attitude. Despite being in New Joisey, the employees at AC Airport are fabulous. Airport security at the AC airport was actually MORE thorough that Philly, but it was stress free. They have plenty of employees who guide you through the process. You can tell that they are attentive and watching EVERYONE closely for signs of suspicious activity, but they don't harbor any hostility like other Homeland Security people at other airports. They were pleasant and polite. We even had to go through the extended screening where they pull you aside and anally probe you (jk) and they were totally friendly and reassuring while we were going through it. We weren't made to feel like criminals. They were just doing their jobs and making the process as painless as possible. Bathrooms in the airport were immaculate. The food choices were limited, but it wasn't horrible. The size of the airport makes it navigable. You don't have to worry about getting lost. Claiming luggage is a snap since there's only two luggage claim conveyer belts. And best of all, since the airport is small, you can actually WALK to your car! But if you've got too much luggage, there's a cute little shuttle that circles around the lot to get you to the terminal. Love it. I avoided flying for years after my last horrible experience in Philly. Now that I've gone through AC Airport, a lot of my anxiety has been allayed and I won't hestiate to fly again.

Yelp
Great little airport. Easy in and out. Clean, nice staff and well maintained, this airport is a pleasure.
google avatar

Tim P.

Yelp
There's only Spirit Airlines flying out of this airport. But this airport has become our primary place to fly out of. Even though PHL is about 20 minutes from where we live, ACY is not only cheaper to fly out of, but a more pleasant overall experience. Easy check-in, fairly quick walk through TSA, and plenty of seating. Long term parking is $9 a day. The shuttle between the parking and terminal runs pretty quick. This airport is a nice option to have if you can't find a flight out of Philly, Trenton, or Wilmington.
google avatar

Arcadio M.

Yelp
This airport is okay, not the best but it's easy to get cheap flights from here. Parking isn't bad, as cheap as $10/day but the deck is only $13/day and right in front of the departures entrance.
google avatar

Yelp
Don't let the name fool you. This airport is NOT in Atlantic City. You'll need a cab to get to A.C., or to your hotel as there are no hotel shuttles. There's nothing to do in this airport except get something to eat. Contrary to rumors there are no slot machines. We had a 5 hour layover here. We thought we'd get a quick ride into the city until we found out it's $25 each way. Good thing we brought some cards. Other than that it's a fine little airport.

Yelp
Ate at Sam Adams pub before my flight to Fort Lauderdale. Arrived super early so it was very convenient. Food was pretty bad but the beers were great and it helped pass the time well. Also extremely over priced- 7 bucks for a beer. Over all the airport was great. Easy to get to and super quick getting through security.

Yelp
Ignorant security guard insults me outfit as I travel through security saying I shouldn't be wearing a hoodie to Florida like what's it your business to tell me that and laugh with your buddy's like I'm not standing right in front of you. How rude lucky I wasn't being rude back I guess.

Yelp
3.5 review. Smaller airport compared to like newark. TSA is short lines and very quick. Parking garages are available too. The terminals are nice, They have charging stations and a few stores to buy snacks and stuff. I flew on spirit airlines. It's cheap so you get what you pay for but the flight was quick to Orlando.

Yelp
This would be one of my favorite airports it is never that long of a wait for checking in . Parking pricing was also good you can pay cash, credit or EZ pass. I recommend a few new restaurants in there would be better .

Yelp
One of the tiniest of airports that I have been to in the country but never a bad experience. I visit ACY about twice or thrice a year to visit family. This is what I really like about this airport: - Commute: Just on the outskirts of Atlantic City itself, the airport is conveniently located just off of Garden State Parkway as well as ACY-Philadelphia expressway. It's a convenient 10 minute drive from the airport to the Casino strip for those visiting the city for their gambling pleasures. I have never seen the expressway or the routes around the airport ever jammed with heavy traffic. - Airport terminal: As I said, this is probably one of the smallest airports that I have been to. The passenger drop off / pick up is common and there is parking plenty a many. 2 floors. Ground floor for checkins and baggage pick up. Second floor has the 10 gates. - Checkin / Baggage claim: They are as easy as they come. It probably is due to the fact that not too many airlines operate off of this one. Spirit - despite all it's awfulness is the major carrier and has quite a few flights in and out of this airport. But I have never spent more than 5 minutes going through security checkin, or as a comparison, never had more than 2 people ahead or behind me in line going through security clearance. - Gates: There 10 gates and are conveniently located not too far from each other on the very same floor of the terminal. The floor is intelligently designed to ensure the terminal does not seem to crowded with travelers waiting to board their flights. There is one full service restaurant - Sam Adams, which is almost always full for obvious reasons. A couple of more concession / news stands to get your last minute travel essentials. Overall, it is a rather effortless and quite stress free an experience flying in and out of ACY. 1 less star because it has to catch up on the number of carriers and the number of flights that operate out of this airport. Else, it is top notch!

Yelp
I really can't think of anything about this airport that I would make better. Parking was a cinch (go for the economy parking - it's not an inconvenience like it is at larger airports and you'll save some cash money), the employees at Spirit (and everywhere else) were super friendly, security was a breeze and plenty of announcements were made prior to boarding. Also, the Sam Adams bar is legit. Cool staff and more taps than your average airport bar.

Yelp
ACY is a great airport--easy in/out and cheap parking. Shuttles make regular rounds and the drivers are accommodating. There are hardly ever any lines at security unless you're flying one of the popular morning routes. Staff are mostly friendly. Food is pretty standard airport stuff (expensive and it's the only real food you're going to see for the next 5 hours). Common areas and restrooms are pretty clean as well. Unfortunately, the only airline serving ACY is Spirit. Spirit is super-cheap, and no-frills. Spirit gets the job done, but it's like a Greyhound bus with wings. It would be great to have some other options available.

Yelp
I've seriously only had pleasant, fun (if that's possible) experiences here. This may be because I always end up flying at a ridiculously early hour, or it may be because I'm too excited about where I'm going to notice any differently. But I reallllyyy love this airport. For several reasons: It's literally down the street from my house. I get here in 10 minutes, door-to-door. I really can't think of anything more convenient. It's a tiny airport. Even if you need to leave your car in the self-park overnight lot, it's a really short walk. Also, if you have an early flight and you check in online beforehand, you can get from the check-in counter to the gate in like 15 minutes. I have always found the TSA staff here to be very friendly, especially the woman who works in the morning. She's an actual sweetheart. It's old fashioned scanning: a passport check, a machine for your carry-on, and a metal detector for you. Once you're upstairs, where the gates are located, there is a little restaurant, Thrashers, and an airport bar. Up until this year, Thrashers didn't open until 6am, and the airport bar was never open until at least 9am. Not so anymore! On my most recent visit, boyfriend and I arrived at the gate for our 7am flight at 5:30. Both Thrashers and the bar were open. I was experiencing greater-than-normal (even for me) anxiety about the flight being on time, potentially losing our luggage, and making it to the cruise ship on time (shameless plug for Royal Caribbean International), boyfriend strongarmed me into having drink at the bar. Ha ha, strongarmed. Anyway, this is ACY's only downfall, as I can see. I had a screwdriver and boyfriend ordered a double craberry and vodka....$30!!!! Woaaaah nelly. We did not have another round. There's also a little Hudson News kiosk where you can purchase magazines, bottles of water, and light snacks. If I can get away with flying from ACY, I'm chosing this airport over Philly, Newark, and where ever else every single time.

Yelp
Fly, Fly Away Little Starling! ACIA - Is conveniently located off the AC Expressway in Pomona, NJ. 15 minutes from Downtown AC and 40 minutes from Philly. It is small for being considered an Intl airport, but flights reach South America, Mexico, West Coast and Canada. Spirit Airlines is the main carrier and is considered a low cost flying solution. Dropping off is a breeze and parking is onsite with three options. Garage (12/day), Short Term (1 per hr, 13 max/day and Economy (9/day). Shuttle Service is also available and Hertz Rental Car is onsite. Checkin Counter service runs smoothly, but TSA Security is tight and can be a lengthy ordeal. Including several looks/xrays at your carry on luggage. Restroom, Restaurant, Bar, News Stand, and Terminal are located upstairs. Thrasers Fries and Burgers, Sam Adams Pub and Hudson News. TV's are available throughout and Free WiFi is available with email address. There are 10 plus gates all with adequate seating. Airport appears a lot cleaner then PHL including the restrooms. (Currently, center restrooms is being renovated) All gates have views of field operations that can keep children amused in addition to a gaming area. Massage Chairs are also available to relieve the tension. I will be using this airport more often. Happy Trailz
