ATLANTIC Grand Hotel Bremen

We stayed at the Atlantic Grand Hotel in Bremen for 3 nights with our 2 cats for our anniversary. During our stay all staff were professional, timely, and friendly. The location is fantastic and the underground parking is great! We did not have any trouble getting into the lot, finding a spot, or getting out. Our room was spacious and clean with a nice view of the city. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but did order room service once - it was both prompt and delicious. The only problem was the bed. It was awful. The mattresses are old and the mattress support sags in the center. I ended up sleeping on the couch the first night. It was terrible. In the morning, we spoke with the front desk and they sent someone with a board to put under the mattress. This made the stay tolerable, but far from pleasant. Throughout this entire situation the staff continued to be wonderful. They did everything in their power to ensure we were comfortable. It is such a shame about the beds because everything else about this hotel was perfect!

Friendly and flexible staff. Spotlessly clean hotel and comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is in a perfect location for the Christmas market. Check was very quick and easy and offered a later checkout. We were lucky enough to get into our room much earlier than the stated check in time if 3pm.

Excellent hotel. Quality - price ratio can be significantly improved by advance booking. It is impressive without being somptuous. This meanns very good architects and interior designers. Excellent restaurant-they can be immediately right at your table in case you really need something, without bothering you all the time. This corresponds to a warm welcome, yet without unprofessional and forced smiles.

Everything is good about this hotel except the beds which are the most important part of a hotel stay. If you can’t have a good sleep due to the beds whats the point staying in hotel. The rest was great.

I am not a guest of the Atlantic Grand Hotel in Bremen, but I must commend the outstanding service provided by Felix. When I visited on Saturday with my laundry bag and mentioned that I wasn’t a guest, Felix greeted me with a big smile and assured me he would help. This is what true service looks like—personal, proactive, and with a 'can-do' attitude. Felix truly went above and beyond, and the world needs more people in service like him. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Felix once again. His professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression.

I stayed at the Bremen Grand Atlantic in early November for several days. All of the staff were wonderful, extremely helpful. I was traveling with a small family group at Bremen Grand Atlantic and one of the handicapped group members had a medical emergency. The staff were so helpful and kindly. especially Aileen who helped us find a trained professional to come and immediately assist the following morning after the emergency. Again, I can't praise the professionalism and readiness to help of all the staff enough, the Bremen Grand Atlantic Hotel has a wonderful team working there. I would also recommend the hotel's very fine restaurant, all dishes are good, but we particularly enjoyed the 'Hirsch [deer] Medaillon." The hotel's super central location can't be beat.

The stay at your hotel was excellent. I really appreciated the quality of the breakfast, and the room was almost perfect. The only downside was that the shower water was nearly cold. The room booked for the conference was very well-equipped, and the experience was perfect.

It is our first hotel stay with 5 months old and as we asked for a baby cot in advance, everything was nicely arranged in our room including bin and changing cushion. It is super close to centre, clean, well decorated and quiet. There is a closed parking cost 25 eu per/day and there is charging station spots which you should ask to the reception to make it work. Hotel crew helped us quickly for heating system, still feels a bit chill. Waiting for it.

The is a gorgeous hotel close to the old city center of Bremen. It was very clean and modern. I highly recommend it. The room was very comfortable with the option to open the window to get fresh air. There are nice amenities too with body wash, shampoo, and lotion. There is also laundry and dry cleaning service also. If I go back to Germany, I will definitely stay here.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The location is great with easy access to the marktplatz and riverside. They have convenient parking. The hotel is brand new with great, elegant decor. The lobby has a great bar and a cigar bar (rare nowdays in Europe). The rooms are spacious and functional. Great, fast wifi included. Good restaurant with great outdoor courtyard seating for dinner and breakfast. BBQ on the courtyard offereded great tuna tataki. The staff is professional, friendly and multi-lingual. Highly recommended for business and pleasure in Bremen.

The Atlantic Grand Hotel in Bremen has so many things going for it: -Wonderful location less than a minute's walk to Böttcherstraße or two minute's to the UNESCO Heritage Rathaus, the Dom (Cathedral) and the Town Musicians (Grimm's tale) -Very well presented rooms and generally high quality and clean fixtures and fittings -Branded slippers and dressing gowns (always a winner!) -FREE WIFI (it's fast too) -Wonderful and attentive staff We stayed here on a very special, romantic weekend and really couldn't fault it. Thanks to all staff for helping make a very memorable weekend.
