Atlantic Villa Guest House

While Atlantic Villa is located in a beautiful spot with a stunning sea view, unfortunately our experience fell short of expectations. We encountered a major issue with our shower, which remained clogged for the entire three days of our stay a highly unsanitary and disappointing experience that was never resolved during our visit.||||Additionally, the room itself felt outdated and in need of attention. The curtains were visibly dirty and should be washed or replaced. The overall condition of the room and furnishings suggests that some renovations are long overdue.||||Service delivery also left much to be desired. Room service from the kitchen was lacking, and there seemed to be little consideration for guests' comfort or responsiveness to reported issues.||||Regrettably, this was not the standard of hospitality one would expect, and I will not be returning.

The rooms are beautiful and very large. Amazing bed and the best shower of the whole trip! Most of the rooms have sea view which is lovely. Staff are very friendly and the wifi works well.||The reason I give four stars is because of the restaurant. It doesn’t do justice to the rest of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was not very exciting but the restaurant itself also lacks sfeer. The food at dinner was fine, our group was also treated to a complimentary starter which was a nice surprise.||We stayed 2 nights here and overal I really enjoyed it. Just 1 minute walk and you’re on the beach.

Outstanding rooms - perfect for photography(wedding). Staff very friendly and willing to assist and go the extra mile. Worth every penny. Neat and tidy - tastefully decorated rooms.

The worst hotel experience of my life, do not stay there. First our room did not have air conditioning and they gave us huge loud fans, we asked to change room the rude manager made a fuss and transferred us to a room underground. When opening the bed, we discovered bugs, flies, mosquitoes coming out from the bed, non stop. In the middle of the night we had to be transferred to another hotel. Plus no lift on the premises.

Overall, the stay was very good. We stayed one night. There was a routine municipal maintenance power outage on the day. Confirming that they had backup power the previous day, when we arrived at our room there was no power. I went to the bar and had to pay 20 N$ for some ice. Shortly after the backup power was switched on. The electronic and lighting control is excellent and a lovely surprise. The small fridge works well. Bed, excellent. Rain shower. Large enough for a couple! Overall, very good stay! We will keep it on our list for future ref.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating they did everything asked without issue. The breakfast is good for a start to the day. The only little negative I could have is their normal food menu could be better. Overall a perfect stay. The room was amazing and big which we loved.

We had a great stay at Atlantic villa. Rooms are very spacious, clean and stylish. The guesthouse itself is stunning…close to The Wreck restaurant. Staff were very helpful and so friendly. My only disappointment was the breakfast everything else was just perfect.
