Atlántico Boutique Hotel (Punta Del Este, Uruguay) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"The Uruguayan beach resort of Punta del Este was a hot destination a decade ago. It’s also hot now, and will, in all likelihood, still be hot a decade from now. But that’s not to say the place hasn’t changed. Sure, Punta is still the summertime playground of Argentinian restaurateurs, supermodels, nightclub moguls, international yachters and regular old rich kids — but that sort of scene has moved away from Punta del Este proper and into equally lovely outlying areas like José Ignacio. This shift has left the peninsula itself — a stunning stretch of land bordered on one side by the Brava (Río de la Plata, or River Plate) and on the other by the Mansa (Atlantic Ocean) — blessedly mellow. And Atlántico Boutique Hotel is just the sort of place that properly bridges the gap between the two spheres. It’s clearly a stylish place, but not a pretentious one. You can relax here." - Tablet Hotels

It's the location-location-location for me! I love that we can just walk outside to the right or left and be headed directly to the water for beach day OR a jog OR a walk! A few more steps will get you to all of the shops, restaurants, businesses, and attractions downtown. Easy to taxi really anywhere whether a town a few miles away or 2 hours away...available taxis, buses, car rentals, surf boards...it's all there! I stopped into a shop to take a quick conversational Spanish class in my way to an upscale wine tasting lunch! It's all there! The staff is amazing, the hotel totally spoils us all (in a great way) for breakfast! The pool area is so relaxing and enjoyable too!

We had an amazing stay at the Atlántico Boutique Hotel. The price was great for the value, and we absolutely loved our little suite — especially how easy it was to access our car. Super convenient for coming and going around Punta del Este.||Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the hotel has such a charming, relaxed vibe. The pool area is beautiful and even has a bar, which was perfect for an afternoon break.||One of my favorite features was the honor bar — you can help yourself to a drink, leave your name, and settle up later. The prices were extremely reasonable, definitely cheaper than going out to a restaurant or bar. Such a great touch!||The location is unbeatable. It’s walking distance to the port, the church, local shops, and the lighthouse tower — super easy to explore the peninsula on foot. Also, plenty of parking made everything totally stress-free.||Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back.

This is a very cute hotel, clean, quiet and well situated at a couple of hundred meters from the Punta de Las Salinas, the point where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Rio del Plata. The personnel of the hotel is extremely efficient and smiling. It was only a one night stay but it makes us feel like returning to it in the future.

Excellent value, nice finishing (like the nautical Hamptons-style white) and a great neighborhood/location. The breakfast was also very nice - basic but had everything you could want.

Great breakfast which was available until 1200. Comfy beds, good shower and lovely staff. We used the pool and enjoyed the comfy double sun lounger.

Good staff, affordable, nice rooms, however locations is a little far on the quiet peninsula in comparison to beaches but not bad (a few mins in uber).
