The location and service was perfect. I really liked the afternoon activities that Sonya and Andrea made since it really helped getting to know other people from the hostel. I really had a great time because of that. I didn’t like the bunkbed’s however since they are a little cheap and you can feel every move when sleeping and there are no curtains to your bed. The kitchen also lacks basic kitchen pantry like oil.

Fantastic hostel with everything you would need at a very affordable price! I stayed in a private room which was clean and spacious - there was no air con but a fan was provided so heat wasn’t an issue. The hostel team ran some fun quizzes/games each evening at the bar and were all very friendly and sociable. The location was perfect as it is a short walking distance from the Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Thanks all for a great stay - no complaints whatsoever 🙌

Amazing hostel, a highlight were the events ran in the bar by the volunteer Andrea. She ensured everyone was getting involved and having a great time. She did a fantastic job of getting a group together and showing us the best nightlife in Krakow. Thanks Andrea!

The hostel is in walkable distance from all attractive places in Krakow. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are clean with a private locker in each room for every bed. And the best part, we could store our luggage in the luggage room after the checkout to make the last tour in the city, free of charges.

Location is good. About the bed, a curtain would be very nice. The lockers are big enough and free which you can’t find everywhere.

We stayed at Atlantis Hostel in Krakow for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. As a couple traveling, we booked a private room with a private bathroom, which was simple yet cozy and very clean. The room had two single beds—a bit smaller than standard singles—but they were comfortable enough for a good rest. Our room faced the street, but we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, with no disturbing noise. The hostel has a shared kitchen equipped with all the basic utilities, a communal fridge, and complimentary tea and coffee, which added a nice touch to our mornings. Wi-Fi was reliable, and the location was excellent—close to Krakow’s Old Town and easy to reach from the airport via public transportation. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found the hostel to be a great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Krakow.

Excellent location, great rooms for the price and very helpful staff who were more than happy to accomodate travellers needs and questions, especially Charlie & Zosia who made a lot of very helpful suggestions on where to go and what to see as well as teaching some helpful words/phrases in polish. There is luggage storage to assist with early check-in or late check-out, the bathrooms are cleaned regularly and there is avilability for fresh linens/towels if necessary. There is also a spacious outside/garden area as a great space to socialise in. In addition, the hostel has an excellent bar from which they run a wide variety of activities. I am usually very shy and quiet but their wonderful volunteers Sonia and Andrea did a fantastic job at running events and encouraging travellers to talk to each other, I left the hostel with a lot more friends than when I entered and I'm very very grateful!

stayed in a 4-person room with my friend and it was a flawless experience, this location, service and clean rooms/common space for this price was unimaginable for me. Receptionist Paulina was also lovely. Helped us throughout our 2-night-stay and was pretty welcoming and warmhearted. Thanks for the experience.

Yelp
2 stars because the Location is ok, but other than that this hostel is one giant hot turd. I can take not having an escalator to hike your luggage up 3 floors. What I can't handle is having one set of keys between 7 strangers. Having the room so fully booked that they put you on a fold out mattress that looks like it was picked off the streets during garbage day. There is also 3 x toilets and 3 x showers for an entire floor of people, which I know was upwards of 40+ Was not a fun time in this place.

Yelp
This was one of the best bargains on my travels. It was quite a walk from the train station but was still manage able after a night sleeping on the train and with back packs. The hostel doesn't have a life and is quite high up. The rooms are very spacious and there is a kettle provided in the corridor to make some tea if you are feeling home sick. The showers were warm and great, everything was clean and nice. They have a small reception room down stairs with a board of interesting things and little business cards to take and get discounts with (as well as displaying a map) They have organised trips to the salt mines and also Auschwitz which are well worth doing. They collect you straight from the hostel. There's great security with door codes changing daily. There's one PC at reception to use the internet on.
