Actually a great hotel, but unfortunately it was far too crowded. The food wasn't very varied, but it was good. The buffet was much too small for the crowds. The taverna, by comparison, cooked very delicious Greek food. The resort was very nice. Here, too, the beach chairs cost €5. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea and the sunset.

This hotel is very nice with lovely staff and a great atmosphere. The room we had was called superior but to me it was a very basic room. It was clean and well presented with air con and a fridge. Towels in the room were provided for both the room and also for the beach/pool. The shower only had a curtain and not a shower screen so why it is called superior I don’t know.|The all inclusive was not what I would refer to as all inclusive. The pool is very crowded from early morning with only a few parasols for shade. So unless you set your alarm for dawn you will need to pay for beach sun loungers at 5 euros each a day. Also the beach bar does not serve all inclusive drinks either even though this is all part of the Atlantis hotel. The drinks included are not the best so to get a decent cocktail this is another 9 euros each.|The main restaurant is very busy however the pool restaurant is not so hectic and serves bbq chicken gyros and chips lunch time and bbq chicken pork and grilled veg of an evening. We much preferred the pool restaurant even though there wasn’t as much options available. There was alway plenty is salad fresh fruit pasta rice ect as well as the bbq.|The entertainment staff worked really hard and we enjoyed the music quiz. |This was an enjoyable holiday but I think the beach loungers and beach bar should all be part of the all inclusive package.

After a lot of bad reviews and a lot of things that my partner and I had seen on the Facebook! All the reviews regarding food and the place In general! In regards to all of that we couldn’t complain the hotel or the food there was plenty of option and the food was always to a good standard! We never really had a night where we didn’t feel like we couldn’t eat! The hotel is in the perfect place it’s a steady 30 minute walk from the town centre or a 5 minute (8 euro) in a taxi! All the staff are extremely helpful and always wanting to help and do whatever they can to make the experience better! The entertainment is good there isn’t too much through the day but enough to pass time on! Overall the hotel and the place is absolutely stunning! The staff even did a gesture on the first day for my partner as it was her birthday. I highly recommend this hotel for a holiday!

Absolutely ruined holiday! During a 7 day break our family of 5 only got to enjoy 2 days of this break coincidently out with of the hotel. ||3 members of our family contracted food poisoning and were unable to leave the room for 3 consecutive days. When speaking with hotel relations it was advised that this was an isolated incident even though we then found out more than 5 families experienced the same. We then had to eat outwith the hotel occurring extra expenses. ||Worst part of all was fear of our safety within the hotel. We were kept awake for 2 nights in a row in our rooms surrounded by a group of 10 plus boys who were outside our doors during the hours of 1am to 6am with noise disruption, trying to access my teenage daughters room, playing football banging the ball of our doors and worst of all the threats of violence from them. We called for help multiple times to the reception asking for security to attend only for them to send a bar man. I will say no more as I am seeking legal advice since out of a 7 day break this resulted in only 2 days of enjoyment and the fact my children were terrified and our calls for help went unanswered. This was after being advised by management the first night that if it happened again security would attend but they in fact did not!||The hotels only saving grace is that their staff in the pool bars were some of the nicest staff we have encountered on holiday and the location of the hotel being directly on a lovely beach and 5 minutes to the local town on the bus which is only a euro. ||States it is safe a family hotel but unlikely regarding my experience. Would not return or encourage others to do so.

Our 6th time in this hotel. Great as always. Staff friendly as always. No problem getting a sun bed but a lot does depend on time of the year but still beds available when I got up. Food is fine just don't try everything at once or you will say it's repetitive! Back again end of August for 3 weeks (never want to go home after 2) and can't wait

Me and my partner stayed for two weeks, the first week food was great. A range of different meats. The second week the food started to go down hill having mainly only pork and fish. Cannot fault the staff always helpful. The rooms could do with some updating but nothing broken beds were comfy. All inclusive drinks- you could only pick from a list a few okay cocktails, soft drinks and beer anything had to pay for. Unless you payed for drinks they came in a 250ml cup and can only order two drinks at a time. Entertainment was not on the first week so not much to do on a night. 30 minute walk into town, little shop just outside the hotel has most items you need or a short ten minutes walk to the supermarket. Cleaning staff very friendly, towels and bedding not changed till 9 days into the two weeks. Biggest disappointment the sunbeds on the beach are €5 each and the bar on the beach is not included in the all inclusive.

The staff try hard and the food is really great. What's not so great is the hotel. This is simply not 4 stars, the label four-star hotel is a scam. The rooms are really old - the standard room looks like a hostel that has two stars, this is not what a standard room in a four-star hotel really looks like. Terrible smell. The floor was sticky. I was in the hotel next door, which had four stars and it was completely different (I also had a standard room but the equipment is quite different). The bathroom was terrible, moldy curtain and moldy bathtub and tiles. The door to the room doesn't work, it's paper and you can hear everything, it has a ten-centimeter hole underneath it - you hear every step in the hallway, every morning the cleaning lady wakes you up with a cart, YOU HEAR EVERY STEP. It often wakes you up. The door can be opened even without a card, guests around us had a problem with it, so it wasn't our broken door. Put everything in the safe! They changed our bed linen often, but it was dirty or had holes. Unfortunately, the hotel states all inclusive, but it is not all inclusive. It is full board - breakfast, lunch, dinner. You pay for the sun loungers on the beach (it is public, I know), not even half of the drinks at the bar are all inclusive. You pay for most of the drinks, I have never encountered this at an all inclusive hotel. In every hotel I have been to, everything at the bar was always All Inclusive, this is a scam. Tap water is officially drinkable, but the travel agency did not recommend it to us, as they have had bad experiences with it with clients. You can buy bottled water at the bar, yes, in an All inclusive hotel. The drinks in the dining room were diluted with water - beer and wine. I give three stars because the staff were great, the food was great and the location of the hotels is great - the hotel itself is a tragedy. I bought the tour as a last minute deal, so I saved a lot. If I had paid full price, I want my money back and I give 2 stars. It's time to do some reconstruction or take away a star. Maybe the hotel operators could look at what the term All inclusive means. Unfortunately, we won't be back and I don't recommend the hotel.
