Loved it at the Atlantis in Kos. It had the perfect location, with beautiful surroundings. The beautiful gardens and outside are constantly tended to and cleaned by hardworking staff. |Our room could have been done with being updated, but it was spotlessly clean & cleaned regularly, we had a great view from the balcony facing the sea. |The food was very good, we preferred to eat at the pool bar which is outside. The food was delicious and varied, especially the lunchtime Gyros, which were amazing. Restaurant staff were fabulous and friendly and very helpful, although we didn't find them as friendly in the main dining room. Bar staff were brilliant throughout and hardworking.|We love the beach, so we never used the pools, which were busy. The gorgeous beach was superb, again spotless. It has pebbles, so water shoes were needed, but sunbeds were easy to find and plenty on the beach. We didn't realise you had to pay for them, though (didn't do much research on hotel beforehand) 5 euros per bed per day, which was fine but for larger family's it would add lots onto a holiday which is not good. Many families led on towels on the pebbles. Entertainment on an evening was great, and varied also a beach party and fireworks on Fridays. We loved the hotel and Kos. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful.| You can easily walk into Kos town or catch the bus, which per person was 2 euros each way and takes about 10 mins. The beautiful Kos town is well worth a visit and lots going on there. Also, the day boat trip to Bodrum was well worth it and a fabulous day out.
