We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, in three different rooms. We reserved a king room with spa after viewing the red room online - as the presidential suite was not available. We checked in at 6pm on Sunday night to room 7 at the end of a long path in the dark with no light at the door to see the lock. Upon opening the door, saw that the room was not red, much smaller than the one online and had a different hot tub. Unfortunately, at this point the front office had closed, so we made the best of it. Came to also find out that there is an electrical panel (unlocked) above the tub, the toilet wobbled, there were no towel bars just brackets, there is no security chain on the door and the sink leaks. Went to the office in the morning (Monday), spoke with the manager, he was very much not concerned at all about anything that I was explaining. He offered a refund, but that would mean leaving even though we were booked for 5 nights. We had no where else to stay, so we made the best of the day. When we came back to the room that evening (it had been drizzling), we had to walk through a giant puddle to get to our room. At that point, we were done with the situation. I went back to the office, where a nice young lady was very concerned and offered to move us to a different room of similar rate, albeit without the spa tub. But at least it wasn't through a puddle in the dark. So we moved all of our stuff to room 4 and started over. Over the next few days we discovered that there were a few issues with this room as well. There was no security chain, the toilet seat slid side to side, there were no towel bars, just the brackets on the wall, the bathroom door handle is about to fall off, the top bunk board bracket falls off the wall, the shower curtain is brown and disgusting, the tub spot is falling out of the wall and when you pull the knob on the top to run the shower, most of the water comes out the bottom with little more than a trickle from the shower head. Then on Wednesday evening we came back after dinner to find that someone had checked in to the room next to us (5) and they were playing very loud music that was drowning out our TV, smoking pot at the door to their room (whole patio smelled) and being very loud. We gave them until 9pm, but they weren't slowing down and were instead getting louder. We called the front desk and the very sweet older lady said she would speak with them about the music. Well, we heard her tell them that they got a complaint from the neighbor about being loud and the music and she told them they weren't supposed to be smoking in the room. As soon as she was gone, they were back to being loud again. I went to the office and asked if we could move to the front room on the corner and she allowed that. So we moved again. That room also had issues. There was no security chain on the door and an outlet falling out of the wall in the dining area. This was the best room of the three. When we checked out on Friday morning, the manager took the key and didn't even acknowledge anything that had happened of the five nights. This was especially discouraging since we had been told that someone was checking in to room 4 that night and they would have little to no shower.

Room was dirty. Door was not very secure as well as bedroom window. Had huge cockroaches all over. We’ve stayed numerous times, but never again. Was going to stay two nights but left after one night. Never reimburse us. Stay away.

i never give reviews but this place was close to unacceptable. had a deal + points with credit card & it still wasn’t worth the price i paid. the drain in the shower didn’t work, the toilet paper holder was rusty & wobbly, the bathroom was dirty. it felt sticky, musty and uncomfortable the entire time. room was incredibly smaller than what was advertised/ pictures provided. if i stayed there more then 2 nights, i would’ve booked a different place. on the plus side, staff was friendly & kind; the location was pretty ideal- close to shops, beach, food.

We were so surprised at how spacious our room was, and how close we were to the strip and the beach. We were able to walk everywhere, and they provided free parking, which is almost unheard of on the island. Susan was so sweet at the front desk. All in all, we plan to book here from now on when we visit.

It's a two star hotel, it was the most affordable hotel we could get a week out and for that it was perfect. The inn is a short walk from the beach and they give you a pass to park anywhere on the island if you ask. The room was clean, if a little musty. But it's an island by the ocean, good luck getting the humidity out of anywhere no matter how hard you try. We drove to dinner, but we could've walked, and we walked everywhere else.

The location is amazing! the place is old, but serves the purpose of being close to everything. Romantic suites for sure! We stayed for the weekend, and we really enjoyed it. The stairs to the Penthouse are very inclined, I almost fell a few times.

We've stayed here a few times.... LOVE it!! I do miss the theme rooms, but will continue to stay there anytime we are down that way! It's not a traditional "hotel" and that works for us. Great location, walking distance from beach, etc. It may not be for everyone as it is an older place, but we've never had an issue with cleanliness, etc Staff is AMAZING!

So much wrong with this place. Holes in the ceiling, huge holes in the closet wall, hole in the balcony floor, mold everywhere, everything metal was rusted, trim falling off the wall, broken tiles, hot tub faucets broken and took over 45 minutes to fill the tub, mirror on the ceiling with 20 screws on it making it a carnival mirror, wire hanging out of wall, and so much more. And the kicker? They overcharged our card versus the emailed receipt from Expedia... Quite the racket they have going with their doctored photos of the place. Only positive is the location to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
