Atlantis Submarines Barbados

This was a fantastic first-time submarine experience! From the moment I checked in, Sherry-Ann and Cedrica gave the warmest welcome — they were incredibly kind and friendly. Once on the boat, Rashid and his colleague (I think his name started with T) were great hosts, and the pilot did an excellent job guiding the submarine and keeping us all at ease. It was amazing to see the shipwreck and a variety of fish from underwater. While we didn’t spot any large fish due to the coral situation, it was still a unique and memorable experience that I’d highly recommend.

A fantastic and unique experience! Going underwater in a real submarine was a thrill for both the kids and adults. We saw shipwrecks, colourful coral reefs and loads of tropical fish! The crew were knowledgeable, friendly, and kept us entertained the whole time. It’s an amazing way to see a side of Barbados that you’d otherwise miss. Definitely one for the bucket list when visiting the island.

Taking a tour with Atlantis Submarines is always a great idea. I’ve done a few and have nothing but good things to say. The crew at this location were all good people - respectful, helpful, and funny. We were able to see lots of fish, coral, a stingray, and a shipwreck. We were also the last tour of the day so we watched the submarine pull back to the dock alongside the ferry - which was pretty cool. My husband and kids enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

Kid review: IT WAS AWESOME!!!♡ We saw lots of fish and sea animals and even saw a stingray! You see the sea floor and we saw a sunken ship. You are going on a ferry first to go where the submarine is.♡♡♡♡♡ Adult review: great activity to go with the family. Goes to the floor of the ocean, a sunken ship and goes along a reef to see a lot of sealife.

What an amazing once in a lifetime experience. to go down into a submarine!! We managed 132feet and then steadied off near coral at around 50-56feet. It’s luck of the draw what fish you will see but we saw some lovely ones. We just missed a turtle swimming off in the distance. Also just spotted a lion fish trying to blend in with the coral. An amazing morning, organised very well, staff were great, can not fault it at all. I love how staff are very friendly and fun, with clear instructions.

it was a very neat experience! The staff was very friendly and the sub captain that explained all of the sea creatures in detail. I did feel a little weird going down in the sub because I was very dizzy other than that great experience!

It was a lovely experience of being on a submarine. All of the crew carried out all of the necessary safety procedures to a high standard. The commentary was informative and humorous in equal measure. Seeing the sealife in their natural habitat at 135 feet plus was very special 🐟🐠

The Atlantis Submarine adventure was a little interesting. We only saw small schools of fish & one small sea turtle. We did not see any large sea animals.
