Atlas Apartments by CLLIX

This was a great stay after backpacking and hostel hopping across eastern Australia! The unit was clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. The check-in process was straightforward and I appreciated the level of security. I also really liked that the kitchen was well stocking with cooking utensils and the Smart TV with entertainment apps. A lovely way to end my travels in Brisbane.

The entire stay has been great. We had to check in late, but it was a quick and easy process. The person who greeted us at reception was very friendly and explained everything clearly. The apartment not only had incredible views of the city skyline, but it was also equipped with everything you could possibly need and an extra point for the really comfortable beed. The check-out process was very quick, and Queena and Aditi were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed here. The apartment was clean and well maintained, access to the building is easy by car with 2 different street entrances and secure parking. The bathrooms were well presented and clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was set up well for a short time stay with basic cooking utensils. there was a washing machine and dryer included for convenience. On the location, it's a 5 minute walk to Southbank parklands and restaurants. There are good restaurants within walking distance of the as well. Brisbane CBD is easily accessible from the building as well.

We stayed (myself, husband and toddler) for 7 nights at Atlas. I had to attend a training at the nearby Brisbane Convention centre. Our flight landed early around 7am so we were at Atlas by 10am. Even though I had requested for an early check in, the apartment was not ready so we had to wait for a couple of hours, which by means was nothing to fuss about. On the 1st day we had a few adjusting issues and mainly our front door lock got stuck. The facility person who came to attend to it was quick to fix it, but his attitude was another level. He was bit rude and off handish to questions that we had. Maybe he was busy and had a bad day, but he really should learn some professionalism when addressing visitors. Other than that, the property is extremely convenient. We had a mid week cleaning service, but wish we had one every 2 days at least, since we stayed for 7 nights. With a toddler, things got messy. Hope you can improve on that. Also, special mention to Illi at the front desk who helped me book a taxi to the airport. He went over and above to help me since I did not have a local number. Overall experience was satisfactory.

Perfect location, clean and very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry/dryer machine. Big terrace. We arrived two hours early, but the staff allowed us in the room , which was really very comfortable after a long journey, much appreciated ! Good underground private garage with dedicated parking place and lift directly to the apartments.

We are visiting from the UK, this hotel is a very comfortable place to stay while seeing Brisbane. Also plenty of useful amenities if you need to be self sufficient, and grocery shops within five minutes walking. The location is excellent too for walking around to see the main attractions like Wheel of Brisbane. The only minor issue was related to parking however the next day Jade at reception resolved it to our satisfaction. We look forward to staying here again on a second visit.

Room was clean and very spacious. Staff, Aditi and Queena were supper helpful. We had a great sleep as the bed was very comfortable. Great location close to many restaurants and cafes. Also a few blocks from Coles if you need to shop. Thank you

We spent two nights at ATLAS, Cordelia St apartments. Brisbane. Remember this address, it was exceptional. Great location, lovely clean apt with everything you'd need. And the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Thanks Queena and Aditi for your warm welcome. We'll be back. Great city views. Terry
