Atlas Apartments by CLLIX

The entire stay has been great. We had to check in late, but it was a quick and easy process. The person who greeted us at reception was very friendly and explained everything clearly. The apartment not only had incredible views of the city skyline, but it was also equipped with everything you could possibly need and an extra point for the really comfortable beed. The check-out process was very quick, and Queena and Aditi were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed (myself, husband and toddler) for 7 nights at Atlas. I had to attend a training at the nearby Brisbane Convention centre. Our flight landed early around 7am so we were at Atlas by 10am. Even though I had requested for an early check in, the apartment was not ready so we had to wait for a couple of hours, which by means was nothing to fuss about. On the 1st day we had a few adjusting issues and mainly our front door lock got stuck. The facility person who came to attend to it was quick to fix it, but his attitude was another level. He was bit rude and off handish to questions that we had. Maybe he was busy and had a bad day, but he really should learn some professionalism when addressing visitors. Other than that, the property is extremely convenient. We had a mid week cleaning service, but wish we had one every 2 days at least, since we stayed for 7 nights. With a toddler, things got messy. Hope you can improve on that. Also, special mention to Illi at the front desk who helped me book a taxi to the airport. He went over and above to help me since I did not have a local number. Overall experience was satisfactory.

Great location - close to South Bank, excellent restaurants in walking distance, short walk to bus stop and easy walk to West End|Room - comfortable bed but our apartment overlooking Manning Street was subjected to extreme building noise from 5:30am until 3pm. The water pressure for the showers was way too low and the room was worn.|Facilities - pool was great but not heated. Steam room broke during our stay and gym has only 4 pieces of eqiupment.|It's pricey for what you get but the location is so good.

We had a great stay in a two bedroom apartment which had everything that we could have needed. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Location was amazing. Beds were very comfortable with very nice pillows! So many food options close to home and only a short walk over the river to the shopping district.

The whole experience from check in, to check out was exceptional. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was incredible. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have slept in, but the pillows were the greatest! As soon as I laid my head on the pillow I almost fell asleep instantly. Location is super close to public transport and everything I needed like Woolworths and places to eat are close by. And most importantly of all, I felt SAFE. Thankyou so much!

We had an excellent stay at the CLLIX ATLAS Hotel South Brisbane. Clean, bright, modern apartment in proximity to great food, experiences and more with a very reasonable price! The service we received from the two lovely ladies at the reception desk was phenomenal ~ ! Hope to stay again in future!||

We had a great experience and it started at check in. The two ladies, Aditi and Bella, at the counter were lovely. Our room was ready early and when we went in there, the AC was already on. We organised a late check out. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for what we needed. Thanks very much.

I had a wonderful time. Bella, Queena, Mike and Joar were so helpful . Gave me so much of information about south bank and south Brisbane. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. Will stay again .
