I’ve been working with Atlas on a rental in Scottsdale and it’s been a great experience so far. The communication has been fast, clear, and super helpful during the whole onboarding/move-in process. I especially want to mention Mimi Solis she has been extremely responsive and went out of her way to help with small details, answer questions, and make sure everything was handled quickly. Really appreciate her professionalism and friendliness.

Had a good experience with Atlas and a maintenance issue...clogged kitchen sink. The online maintenance meld was easy to use and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. The plumber arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. Everything now works as it should. The plumber was 1st rate, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He showed me the problem and fixed it 1st time out. Positive experience and positive feedback to Atlas and the plumbing company.

I had MiMi and Jesse help me move into my new apartment. Eternally grateful for how fast they moved and got me in the SAME DAY. I'm the property owner in Arizona which is being a managed by Atlas real estate company out of Colorado. Maria Cordova has been my property manager for approximately 2 years and has really done an Exquisite job. I've had some major problems down there when a FedEx truck tore the power cables of my property. Maria was patient and a professional in dealing with my property management company in the insurance company for FedEx. She also returned any calls I had in a very time efficient manner. I have to admit that I was nervous. I have never had a management company, like Atlas, when I rent. My last home, I went directly to the manager via email, and contacted them and they got back to me personally. But I have to say Atlas goes through many steps to make sure the renter is happy. They follow through VERY quickly and send over the best companies to help correct what I needed fixed. Their main goal is to make sure the renter is happy. I am very pleased! They are quick, send over the necessary help, and then make sure it was corrected and I am happy. So don’t need to worry. Atlas will take care of you, as the renter, and you will be satisfied.
