I have to admit that I was nervous. I have never had a management company, like Atlas, when I rent. My last home, I went directly to the manager via email, and contacted them and they got back to me personally. But I have to say Atlas goes through many steps to make sure the renter is happy. They follow through VERY quickly and send over the best companies to help correct what I needed fixed. Their main goal is to make sure the renter is happy. I am very pleased! They are quick, send over the necessary help, and then make sure it was corrected and I am happy. So don’t need to worry. Atlas will take care of you, as the renter, and you will be satisfied.

Working with Tiffany has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to her clients truly set her apart. She took the time to explain everything and kept us informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with our move in. I’m super thankful you for my management company Atlas and Meld for quickly getting my air conditioner looked at and fixed! These hot days are brutal and the technician was prompt and efficient. Stuff happens and I appreciate the communication and promptness of getting g to me and my family ❤️

I live next to a rental managed by Atlas Real Estate, and for over 3 years, my elderly mother and I have endured repeated disturbances, harassment, and trespassing from the tenants especially an aggressive teenager. Despite submitting multiple complaints and providing clear video and photo evidence, Atlas has failed to take any meaningful action. I contacted two of their employees, but neither offered any real solution just empty, dismissive responses. This ongoing situation has affected our health, safety, and peace of mind. Atlas seems more interested in protecting irresponsible tenants than respecting the surrounding community. We're now pursuing legal action due to their negligence and inaction. Atlas Real Estate is a greedy, selfish company that protects abusive tenants and ignores neighborhood safety they only care about collecting rent. The only way to stop their corruption is through legal action and public exposure. Reply to the Owner: Mr. Tony, I’ve already contacted and emailed Atlas multiple times for over a month with no real action. These tenants at W Mauna Loa Ln continue to disturb and trespass. Today again (07/21/2025), the teen came back around 7:47 PM, provoking and trespassing on my property while playing loudly and aggressively with others, clearly to trigger a reaction. My family remains under serious stress due to these ongoing issues. And just recently, on August 2, 2025, the same teen gathered around 7 people late at night and turned the neighborhood into a complete emergency zone forcing multiple police patrols to respond between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM due to the chaos and disturbances. This proves he hasn’t changed and still poses a threat to our peace and safety. Please take this seriously and remove them before it escalates further. Despite a final warning from the Glendale Police Department's Community Action Team (CAT), the teen clearly doesn’t care and continues disturbing us!!

Lived in these properties for 5 years. Had a great time living there. The management group handles the things they need to, but could use a little better communication and hear out requests from tenants. Some may have been from the owner, but all good.

They have nice houses for rent, mine was basically a brand new build, approved quick and easy, moved in had some issues w/ AC it was fixed promptly, i really do enjoy my house its so nice high ceiling, backyard, brand new smart appliances, i can email / call / text my landlord manager directly she always responds within the day or within the hour. so far so good and im enjoying the new house for sure
