GO CHECK IT OUT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atlas is a restaurant that you’d traditionally find in a place like downtown Ann Arbor. It is a mid century modern vibe with nods to Mediterranean style. As foodies and cuisine hobbyists, we found everything to be very tasty. We began with a Korean BBQ stuffed Poblano with a homemade spicy mayo and were thoroughly impressed. Nothing on our plates were dry or clearly pre-made, including the ketchup which seemed to be made from scratch. Many items on the menu were Michigan sourced and had a wide variety of GF and vegetarian options. As far as the menu goes, it was incredibly diverse, offering dishes that are entirely unique and very nicely done. Their alcoholic beverage selection was also wide and upscale. Everything was very intentionally crafted and I will continue to recommend this restaurant to others. It’s a great dining location that is very accommodating, accessible, diverse, and comfortable. I will say, for pickier eaters, this place may not offer a wide selection of safe foods, however the waiter was eager to adjust my plate to my liking and even offer alternatives for spice, which I can be sensitive to. We both left full and satisfied both with our meal and our experience. The only downside is that the location makes it difficult to spend more time in the area. Brooklyn itself didn’t have too much to offer as far as entertainment went.

A spontaneous stop for lunch and it was delicious! I had the brussel sprout salad with salmon --- one of the best salads I've ever had and the portion was very generous. I have another meal's worth in a takeout box. My husband got the shrimp street tacos -- again a generous portion and delicious! The service was excellent.

This is one of my new favorite spots close to home!!! We went for an 18th bday celebration.I love the decor inside and it always feels like birthday behavior when I come to this place. It’s in its own category!!!! I have to give big props to this place because they accommodated our party of 30+ seemingly effortlessly. Our waitress was TOP NOTCH and I hope she got a large tip because she had such a great attitude and kept us informed of everything. With such a large group it can be frustrating but she handled it with ease! So I had their special of stuffed pablano peppers with the braised short rib- soo good my mouth is watering writing this and thinking about them! I also had the veggie tacos that were great. My hubby had the shrimp tacos and thought they were pretty good but needed some kind of sauce added to it. Everyone loved their meal and said they would come back and were surprised to find such a lovely place at what we think of as a whole in the wall town.

Stopped in Friday night after the MIS Christmas lights. Immediately upon walking in. This place has a neat bright decor and energy. The music is a mix of everything and the place looks welcoming from the entrance to the little store. The sitting area. The cool middle bar and even the rear of the restaurant. We had a group of five and sat hear the back of the restaurant. Our server was very nice. Actually everyone was nice. From the hostess with her food suggestions. To the wait staff that walked by throughout the dinner. We had four smash burgers and one chicken farfalle dish. Burgers have allot going on with the garlic sauce, home made ketchup and cheese. A delight to say the least. I LOVE a place that isn't afraid to season food ! The fries are a slight upcharge and are hot crisp and salty. I ate this first ! The chicken in the farfalle was tender. The flavors were distinct. You can taste the chicken. The sun dried tomatoes. Nothing was covered in so much sauce that it hid the real flavors of the dish. We will return ! This is a very nice relaxing place to hang and chat and the food is really good !!

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! Best French Onion soup I’ve ever eaten (and I love to taste test this soup all over France!) The Poblano Peppers were amazing. The SteakFrites and Smash Burger are highly recommended!!!

I wanted to share my experience after ordering takeout from here twice. The first time there was a small situation with my order, and the manager handled it incredibly well. Even though I wasn’t complaining or expecting anything, he went out of his way to make things right and gave me a gift card to come back, which I really appreciated. I used the gift card to order takeout again, and the food was absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. I just want to thank the manager for going above and beyond to take care of customers. That kind of service really stands out and shows they truly care about the people who support their business. Because of how the situation was handled and how great the food was the second time, I’ll definitely be back!

We have been trying to get in here for dinner.But have not had the opportunity until last night. Mia was a great waitress, took care of our needs. Very pleasant and attentive. The french onion soup was some of the best we've ever had. It is a must try. Still very busy and I would recommend reservations on Friday night. If you're in Brooklyn, you need to stop here and try Atlas.

The service is excellent attentive but not hovering! The food is delicious and although the menu is not huge what they offer is well done and the food presentation is always lovely. It can be noisy in the restaurant but that is not a reason not to try it!

The service was awesome, Harley was great. Friendly, attentive and helpful when ordering. The food was amazing. Want to try everything on the menu eventually. The restaurant is clean, well organized and just feels like a great restaurant. A little chilly, but that's better than hot.

Beautiful design! Very welcoming vibe! I'm loving the decor! Boho chic with a touch of glam. Service was excellent. I had the Salmon, it comes on a bed of white rice and it's glazed lightly. The Salmon was excellent but the rice was dry crunchy and I asked my friend if hers was fluffy and soft, and she says it was hard and crunchy. The steak my hubby had was not good it lacked flavor. The charcuterie's board was nice. Over all we would come back and try another item different item on the menu but would not get the steak again.

New restaurant in town. Gorgeous ambiance boho chic with elegance. Bright and airy great place, but the steak fell short of what I was expecting. Service was top notch attentive and friendly. Would come back and try another item on the menu.

Had a lovely evening outside with my kids for our first visit. Wow. This place is busy and now I understand why. The food is amazing. We will definitely be back.

OH how this place was simply perfection! We celebrated Mother's Day here and could not have enjoyed a better meal elsewhere. Our dishes were ALL delish! Our drinks were amazing and our server was lovely. This new restaurant is one to travel for! The atmosphere is cozy and every corner of this place is designed to perfection. Even the bathrooms. You feel as though you are at someone's home who works as an interior designer! Ample parking right downtown Brooklyn. We really felt like we were downtown Detroit in the fanciest of places. This place is wonderful and is absolutely on my top 5 list!

Popular restaurant so make sure you have a reservation on the weekend or you'll have a decent wait. We arrived at 7:40pm on a Saturday and was quoted a 45 minute wait for a party of 2. We were able to grab a beverage from the bar and waited in the comfortable waiting area. We were seated in about 30 minutes. Nice surprise! We ordered the Greek Chicken Platter and the Greek Lamb Burger with the upgraded Parmesan Fries. Food came out in about 20 minutes. The portion sizes were spot on. The chicken was a little bit dry and the naan was a bit burnt on one side but then again, we could see how busy the kitchen was. The rest of the platter was well prepared. The hummus was on the thicker/drier side if that's how you like your hummus. The Greek Lamb Burger was spot on for temperature and taste and the fries were perfect. The drink menu has a lot of fun options unless you're looking for non-alcoholic beverages. Then there are only a handful of options...a few wines by the glass and beer. However the grab and go area had a huge variety of both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Service was timely despite a very busy evening of tables. I'd definitely would go back to try more of the menu.

Food was awesome. Had shrimp tacos. Service was the best. So friendly and brought more drinks without us having to ask for them. Very nice looking place and clean pretty restrooms. Will return next time I'm nearby.

The food and service were amazing. The interior and ambiance is vey nice. However, they have no sound panels to absorb the echoing noise. I could not go back until they do something with the volume. It's nearly impossible to have a conversation. Maybe they will put some outdoor seating. I'm good with prices for the upscale food and service. Great promise here for sure. Oh, lighten up on the salt!

Disappointed. This place thinks very highly of itself, and it's not deserved. From the snippy teenage hostess to our server who could hardly be bothered to serve, not worth the trip. The food? Pretty fresh but nothing special. We started with the chicken skewers (app), which the server forgot to bring out and showed up with our mains only after I said something to our food runner. They had zero seasoning. I had the chicken Atlas bowl which had a good amount of chicken and veg, but the creama was bland. My friend did enjoy her Bahn MI sandwich...It's pricey too. Nope.

The food is memorable and the atmosphere is so fresh and fun. Very unique. Cute little shop with a few fun local items. The service is top notch as well. Great little hidden gem in Brooklyn... of all places.

Place was so busy but we got in within 10 minutes which was awesome. Food tasted AMAZING and service was top tier.

I am a Michigander and I like many restaurants in the state, but I can honestly say that Atlas is my favorite restaurant in the state. The decor is wonderful. The service is wonderful and the menu is fresh and many of my favorite things. This is a gem. But don't tell anybody I don't want to get too busy. It already is!

We had a reservation, our table was not ready upon our arrival, which was fine, we took a seat at the bar. The bartender came up and greeted us, then said she wouldn't wait on us because our table would be ready shortly...she was very curt and rude! Fortunately the other bartender was already waiting on the rest of the party so he got us one. Btw she would have to mix our drinks when we ordered them from our table so I didn't really understand why she was so dismissive. Fortunately our waitress was very good. Food was good but at the end of the meal, they were suddenly out of all deserts! It felt like they just wanted to get rid of us! They have some growing to do before I would try again.

Run, don't walk to Atlas Restaurant & Bar. I was in Brooklyn for a family event and had the opportunity to dine at Atlas. From our warm welcome from Autumn, we 100% enjoyed our evening. Jill was our server - she was welcoming, professional, personable, and helpful. We started with an appetizer (Ahi Tower) and beverages. The taste and presentation of the tower was delicious. Fresh, flavorful, hit all the right notes. My sister had an Elderflower mocktail which she raved about. I had the Bourbon Peach Smash - a home run. Our entrees did not disappoint - again, fresh, flavorful, ample portions. My sister had the May special - Orzo spring green salad and added salmon. She enjoyed everything about it especially the perfectly-cooked asparagus. She had enough to take home for another meal. I enjoyed the Atlas Bowl with the chicken, veggies, cauliflower rice, and citrus aioli. The Atlas Bowl was a feast and I enjoyed my leftovers the next day for lunch. I'm here for a long weekend and I'm scheming how I can get back into Atlas for drinks, appetizers, dinner, or all of the above! It was wonderful seeing the bar and restaurant full on a Wednesday night - great energy and appeared other patrons were enjoying themselves as much as my sister and I. A previous reviewer described the atmosphere as loud/noisy. A full restaurant of talking patrons contributes to noise. Neither my sister nor I found the atmosphere distracting or off-putting in any way. Atlas Restaurant is a welcome addition to the Michigan restaurant scene. Thank you for a memorable evening!

We stopped in today, Sunday, around 2pm to miss the rush, because this place, new and exciting here in Brooklyn, gets very busy. We tried last Saturday but there was a one hour-forty five minute wait... so we went today instead and were seated immediately. Atlas Restaurant and Bar is new, bright, spacious and airy. They seemed well-staffed and they worked together to keep us satisfied! There are many interesting options on both sides of the menu. One side is food and the other is an extensive list of beverages of every type to satisfy everyone from the lush to the teetotaler. We tried the french onion soup and the honey-pistachio ricotta spread for apps. They were both pretty good. Lots of cheese on the soup, and plenty of spread for the amount of toasts. The lamb burger was delicious. Nice soft bun, tender, flavorful, and juicy patty spiced perfectly. The fries could've had more parmesan flavor, but we weren't complaining. The cuban sandwich was good. Served on a crusty baguette and featuring a bit of pulled pork, it had the requisite pickles, mustard, and ham. The house-made chips were crispy, but I like mine a little lighter. For dessert we shared a slice of chocolate cake. It was a nice size portion and was drizzled with raspberry coulis and a plump fresh raspberry on top. It was excellent. This was our first visit, and we live pretty close by. We're sure we'll go back, because there are so many interesting options to try, and because we want this place to do well! Finally, a nice fancy/casual place in the Irish Hills!

WOW! What a beautiful place to be. Parking close by, no steps to get inside, this place is bright, clean, colorful and makes me smile. When you walk in you are greeted promptly. There is group seating, or bar seating. I was popping in for a Bloody Mary and they did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was buzzing with families and friends. I did use the bathroom while I was here and they have the hands free flush. The soap was foam and the the bathroom was clean. Impressed. What a great Saturday morning in Brooklyn.

Great lighting, relatively quiet with soft music playing in back ground. Food selection is nice, from salads, sandwiches, tacos to entrees. Fresh creations that favor Mediterranean flavors and diets. Tasty all the way around. Service seemed a little short staffed for Monday night but overall was good. Ordered the Caesar salad side and even comes with anchovies. Shrimp tacos, garden salad, chicken tikka masala for our dinner and topped off with lemon ricotta cake for dessert. Nice evening. Fairly priced and portions of food. Nice to have another option in the community.

This place is fantastic and a must visit if you are in the area. Pros: * Great menu. High quality ingredients. Drinks are fancy and fun. Loved my food the times I've visited. * Service. Professional staff who know the menu and work to make things right Cons: * I've been here three times, two were right as they opened. The two times that were at opening, there were some gaps in service. Once the wait staff was confused about who was serving our table and the other time, they were out of ingredients for the dishes we ordered, making our food take longer given that we had to switch our order. * I will say that the staff was fantastic each of these times. They got their stuff together and the service was amazing after. And silver lining of having to switch an order after already ordering, if the chef isn't willing to make a dish without a key ingredient, that says a lot about the integrity of what they want to put out. I really like this place and again, you should definitely stop by if you are in the area!

Pros - We had a 5pm reservation on Saturday and were seated immediately. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food; smash burger, garlic shrimp, Cuban sandwich, Atlas bowl all excellent. Cons - This place is LOUD, like eating in a train station full of screaming toddlers. We will never go back for a weekend dinner, maybe we'll try lunch next time.

My second time here this month. Servers are super sweet and helpful. Food is amazing. It can get loud with a full house, but I'm still able to hear the people at my table. Casual or dressy attire fits. Looking forward to coming again.

We had a wonderful experience at Atlas. The ambience was amazing & very upscale. The menu was very diverse & our party ordered four different entrees. We began with the tempura brussel sprouts & curry sauce. We've had many variations of brussel sprouts but this preparation was unique & delicious. Everyone was pleased with their meals & & we look forward to dining at Atlas again soon.

We loved the atmosphere, decor and food! Our only critique was that the acoustics were poor and it was very loud. The hostess and server were friendly and we look forward to coming back!

Great food Matthew waited on us at the bar. Made a great old fashioned. Beers were delicious had a sour and a hazy. Steak frites was delicious my wife had the chicken bowl which was great too.

Food was great! This was my 2nd time coming and will be back again! The service was awesome both times! The mood is so relaxing but a great vibe! Love that Brooklyn has this gem! Our server was Carley and she was amazing very attentive!

Everything went perfectly in a very crowded restaurant on a Saturday night! The management and serving staff was truly excellent. The decor and environment was mid-century modern stunning with gorgeous, more updated colors. Not a chartreuse or avocado green in site, but beautiful, warm terracottas & creams with pops of teal. A spectacular, immaculately clean bar, which alone was impressive. The ladies room was a treat as well! Gorgeous, intense green shiplap with a tropical salmon colored wallpaper & salmon ceilings. The real finisher was the gold accents! And I have even eaten or drank anything yet! I wanted one of every appetizer, but settled for the Peruvian chicken skewers, Mediterranean lamb meatballs & shishito peppers. All came with a delicious sauce on side. All were perfect. I also indulged in a Pear Elderflower Martini & a Gold Rush, which is now my new favorite drink. I had the most delicious ribeye, French fries and asparagus I have ever eaten. Including Ruth Chris', Morton's & Fleming. This meal topped it. Everyone loved their meals & we were all so engaged in our EXPERIENCES that I only got pics of family. Honestly, this place is worth the drive. Something for EVERYONE, done spectacularly.

Great service and vibe. I wish they would sear the tuna a little and wish they had local fish like whitefish, walleye, perch. Servers are all great, but the owner seems snooty and unfriendly. We Went to Brecon grill in saline recently and the owner went around and greeted customers and introduced himself. Such a nice touch! Atlas owner won't even look at you

Great food, drinks, and atmosphere! I had the cubano for lunch with a bonfire martini. Both delicious. Add on the Parmesan fries, you won't regret it. Amazing and friendly service at the bar. Can't wait to stop in for dinner!

Nice change from others in area. Food was very good. Would recommend calling ahead for dinner time. Was a bit noisy, but tolerable, comfortable seating and tables are nicely separated.

Food was DELICIOUS! Not the "normal" type, they are SPECIALTY made food! Service can be improve but no issues. The restaurant itself is nicely done with customer expectation in mind when they had it open.

We were so impressed with the attention to detail. The food was delicious and everything tasted so fresh. We had the lamb meatballs, whipped ricotta, chicken tikka masala, poke bowls, and the chicken farfalle. We drank a strawberry mule, peach bourbon smash, mojito, and lemonade with mango bobas. The restaurant is bright and beautiful. We ate outside. When we went inside, we noticed it was very loud. Maybe the only drawback we noticed. Loved our food and drinks! And sillly thing, but I appreciated the toothpicks in the restroom, near the mirror.

Food was very good. Our experience sitting at the bar began with a wait & a bartender who appeared rude, but after a little conversation everything was nice & even fun Joanie was fantastic at keeping us with food & drink.

We've been a couple of times and haven't been disappointed. This is a great addition to the Irish Hills dining scene. The remodeling seemed to take forever but it was well worth it. Food was excellent ( whipped ricotta dip, Mediterranean salad with shrimp, Cesar salad with salmon) and service from Jill was also good, The price was very reasonable too. My only complaint is that the music was way too loud. The restaurant was only half full but we could hardly hear each other speak. Please turn it down for us oldies.

Tried it for the first time and it was quite enjoyable. First was tasty and satisfying.

I never leave reviews but I HAD to leave one for this place. it's on the more pricey side but everything I tried was deliciou. Tempura brussel sprouts were a bit raw for my taste but yummy, and the French onion soup was amazing. Caprese grilled cheese was amazing and the brussel sprout salad was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! wait staff was also super kind.

First time visit. Food was good. When the waiter has to make 3 separate apologies for inconveniences, Sorry for the wait, Sorry the bartenders cant make the Martini you ordered (Menu item) and Sorry for the wait on your dinner, I have to ask myself, is this a one time occurrence or a common event. Also the restaurant is noisy.

Nice upscale restaurant offering a fine menu selection and reasonably priced. A welcome addition to the area. The food and service was very good. However the horrendous acoustics take away from the overall dining experience.

Beautiful, contemporary setting, very helpful staff, delicious food that is slightly different than what you would normally find in the area. The prices are a bit higher than your average restaurant but I thought everything was well with it!
