Following my return visit after two years, I'd like to share my experience. The room was clean and the overall property is lovely, with excellent setup, views, and location. However, I did have a few minor disappointments. Some of the facilities, such as the pool chairs, appear a bit dated and could benefit from replacement. The shower pressure was quite low, and the in-room Wi-Fi was unreliable. Another area for improvement is the dining; the prices seemed high relative to the quality, although I understand that finding reasonably priced, good food in Kep can be challenging. While I have fond memories of my previous stay, it's clear that some aspects of the property require updating, and the pricing might be considered somewhat high compared to other Cambodian accommodations.
