Atmosphere is a Canadian brand. This store is great for outdoor, hiking, camping and adventure equipments. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. What I love about this store is that they will price match with any other business with in Canada so you get the best deal. They have products for all ages. Store is very well maintained. They have a great customer service and return policy. They have curbside pick up now which is really cool specially if you don't want to go in on busy days like boxing day. Overall this is one my favorite stores to shop 🥰

Few weeks ago my son and I came looking for a backpack. Brandon assisted us. My son knew what he wanted but store didn’t carry that particular bp. Brandon was very patient with my son trying on different bp’s explaining features, adding weights for feel and being honest if not knowing the answer. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly!! Thank you so much Brandon for your kind generosity!! My son loves the backpack!!

Went in to replace some hiking/ rain gear and was met with nice, helpful staff that took us on a quick tour of options in the store. He explained the major feature of the differing products and price points which was great. Easy to navigate store, 60 day return policy even for sale items at any location, and an available staff member in close proximity. Great experience.

My daughter needed a good warm coat for Edmonton weather and found the perfect style, color, and fit. They're return policy is excellent and the salesperson (Hanna) who helped us was very informative and friendly. She went above and beyond with all our questions and concerns. Thank you!

Extremely rude store employee. Came in looking for a climbing helmet. Told the guy I was a treeplanter and he started snickering at me. Then when I took my hat off to try on the climbing hat and he saw that I was bald he started laughing again actually. Super weird never had that experience before. Interesting way for an employee to treat a customer they’re supposed to be serving, hopefully it was just a symptom of this individual’s personality and lack of maturity. I left immediately without buying the helmet and won’t be back again. This was at 6pm, Thursday April 25th.

Great service by all 3 associates on hand. Their enthusiasm and knowledge was sure appreciated. We scored exactly the hydration pack we were wanting, and for a decent price. Thanks team! You'll be seeing us again.

SUPER helpful staff. Everyone I ran into had a love for the outdoors and shared their recommendations based on experience. Always have some deals going on ( for example, I scored some Merino wool hiking socks for 4 dollars a pair...regular $25). Great selection in a small space. Kind of like Costco when I go there. I go for one thing I need and then end up buying a few more things because they are really cool : )

We went in today to buy 2 winter jackets. I asked the clerk if women and men’s were in different places she pointed. Then my husband ask a price on a jacket and she held from the counter its in the sleeve. Heaven forbid she would stop her conversation with other clerk to help a customer. We could not find tag snd left. We will buy our $300 jackets were they actually care about customers.
