Atmosphere Tempe has amazing views, an extremely friendly management and staff who has always worked with me and went above and beyond to resolve any and all concerns. The 20th floor here is spectacular and one of my favorite places to go and study. If you can find a room that meets your needs and fits your budget I can’t recommend them enough! 👍👍

My experience at Atmosphere has been excellent. I recently wrote a review but would like to include more detail. This place has got to be the best housing option in the university area! The front desk staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating and clearly prioritize the care and comfortability of residents. The building is beautiful and clean, and I have never felt unsafe. I highly recommend living here; you won't regret it! The professionalism, the cleanliness of the building and Atmosphere's high standards of quality service feels like staying in a luxury hotel- but right near campus.

Atmosphere has put my roommate, cat, and myself in danger with their random assigned roommate policy. We live in a 3 bed unit and they gave us a 4 day warning that a girl was going to move into the extra room over spring break (which we were not home for). After my roommate and I pleaded to the leasing office, BEGGING to not let her move into our unit (because her previous roommate called the cops on her to THIS building) they moved her in anyways. Atmosphere completely dismissed out concerns for safety. She started locking my kitten in closets without food or water MULTIPLE TIMES. And has never once apologized or shown remorse, I know have to keep him in my room out of fear of her hurting him. We’ve been walking on eggshells around her and she inevitably blew up at us over text. She was screaming about us on the phone in her room, and texting us incoherently and not making sense (I’m assuming she was under the influence). She ripped down my birthday decorations out of anger and she then threaten me personally telling me “good luck” making it to July (when we move out) all thanks to atmospheres roommate assignment policy! EVEN THOUGH WE EXPRESSED OUR FEAR OF HER MOVING IN TO THE LEASING OFFICE!! Thanks a lot atmosphere for ignoring us! I don’t feel safe in my own home!

Atmosphere does not care about their residents. My roommate and I had an empty third room for half of our lease due to our original roommate moving out, atmosphere sent us an email notifying us that another person was moving in with less than a week’s notice in December. After communicating with this person we found out that they had the police called on them by their previous roommates in the same building, we begged the leasing office to not allow this move in and they did nothing. Unsurprisingly this person has caused a lot of turmoil in our lives and atmosphere has done nothing to help. Do not live here if you care about your safety

[11/23/2024] previously left this review when I first moved in and I should update it. The management has changed. I should start with the amenities are nice. The rooms are small, but they're designed for one person and you can make it work. it's no W6 obviously, but you still get bang for your buck. there are a lot of people here who expect a completely perfect living experience, which is unfair. However, there are some negatives: Maintenance used to be nearly instant, usually coming within the hour. now it happens within a couple days, and half the time when a maintenance request goes in, they immediately say that it's been done in your email, then you'll see it says "on schedule" rather than just done. If you submit a request for an issue that has to do with the general amenities, it will almost immediately be canceled with no explanation, nor will they address the issue. It's just a complete "no". I submitted a request for the over-chlorinated hot tub, saying that lab tests (done individually) found around 4-5 ppm, which is above the 1-3ppm recommended for pools. This made it very itchy and irritating for my friends and myself, and previously was not an issue for me. Yet, they canceled the maintenance request and did not address it. Over the summer, my compressor broke in my AC unit. I previously had them look at it because it was extremely loud and obviously about to break, but they said it was fine. Later it did break and I was left without an AC system for over a week in the peak of AZ summer. Pool does not stay open past 11pm. I understand that there is probably some "safety" issue with this, however there are other apartments nearby that do allow this. Luckily security is nice and usually they provide extra time for the pool anyway while we dry off, and all of the other amenities stay open, but still sucks that we can't stay longer specifically in the pool. Overall it's a nice place and i enjoy living here, but since the management changed, some issues have came about that people thinking about living here should be aware of.

Ive never lived here but im a prospective potential person who wants to move in. As someone who use to work in leasing for a highrise upscale complex. I totally get the over priced places. Its not the complex its self. I use to work for a company called greystar. These companys are so damn big that they have the money to stop world hunger but yet there over charging college students for apartments. Its all screwed up. The place looks amazing though. No such thing as good buisness going on here i can tell. Wouldnt stop my self from potentially signing lease. I need a place to live. I understand the ethics of the property management industry. Everything is seriously deeply screwed up

Atmosphere is the best place to live truly. They always take such good care of me and my roommates always giving us great treats. I love how close it is to campus too great loco

I love atmosphere so much! I’ve been staying here for three I have had the best time! Natasha at the front desk is always smiling and so nice they are all always eager to help.

20 floor building and they built three of the most unreliable elevators ever that must be impossible to fix because they never do.

I love living at Atmosphere Tempe. The office is super helpful especially Ainsley and Zac they are so nice. They are always willing to help me solve any issues I have. The place is always clean and the managers are very on top of everything. It's a great place to live!!

It works. I was in college. Not going to renew anymore. They have really fallen off recently. I'd give it one star but the front desk and maintenance is run really well. It's just meant for dumb college students and not real adults. Pathetic in that regard. Their management doesn't listen and I'm not paying any more rent until they evict me so that's fine. I don't care I have a place to go. Also if you're clumsy DO NOT RENT HRER the floors are so slippery and it's dusty as hell. I've spoke to my legal team and we are working on a solution, the building will have its moment soon.

Great apartments in the heart of ASU. The amenities were fantastic and well kept. Didn't need maintenance much, but when requested they were very responsive. This was a great experience especially compared to living at University House the pervious year. Rents are comparable but that is where any comparison ends. Atmosphere was superior in EVERY facet. Loved it!

Sarah did a really great job selling the property! If I could I would live there in a heart beat. It sounds like an amazing place to live at!!
