I really, really enjoy living here. There have been minimal inconveniences and so many amazing experiences. The staff is amazing, communication is easy, and everything truly feels like home. I’m so grateful to be part of this community!! If you need a sign to live here, this is it!

I’ve had a really great experience living at Atmosphere. The building is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the amenities make it a comfortable place to live. The staff is friendly and responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance, which makes a big difference. I also appreciate the sense of community here and how convenient the location is, everything I need is close by. Overall, Atmosphere has been a great place to call home and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a nice apartment living experience.

Atmosphere Tempe has amazing views, an extremely friendly management and staff who has always worked with me and went above and beyond to resolve any and all concerns. The 20th floor here is spectacular and one of my favorite places to go and study. If you can find a room that meets your needs and fits your budget I can’t recommend them enough! 👍👍

My experience at Atmosphere has been excellent. I recently wrote a review but would like to include more detail. This place has got to be the best housing option in the university area! The front desk staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating and clearly prioritize the care and comfortability of residents. The building is beautiful and clean, and I have never felt unsafe. I highly recommend living here; you won't regret it! The professionalism, the cleanliness of the building and Atmosphere's high standards of quality service feels like staying in a luxury hotel- but right near campus.

Our daughter lived at Atmosphere for the past 2 years in a studio. She only moved out to save money and move in with some roomates and they went to another complex. She had a great unit that was well maintined, had the most amazing views, and the parking garage was spacious and she always felt safe! I would highly recommend this for your students!!!

[11/23/2024] previously left this review when I first moved in and I should update it. The management has changed. I should start with the amenities are nice. The rooms are small, but they're designed for one person and you can make it work. it's no W6 obviously, but you still get bang for your buck. there are a lot of people here who expect a completely perfect living experience, which is unfair. However, there are some negatives: Maintenance used to be nearly instant, usually coming within the hour. now it happens within a couple days, and half the time when a maintenance request goes in, they immediately say that it's been done in your email, then you'll see it says "on schedule" rather than just done. If you submit a request for an issue that has to do with the general amenities, it will almost immediately be canceled with no explanation, nor will they address the issue. It's just a complete "no". I submitted a request for the over-chlorinated hot tub, saying that lab tests (done individually) found around 4-5 ppm, which is above the 1-3ppm recommended for pools. This made it very itchy and irritating for my friends and myself, and previously was not an issue for me. Yet, they canceled the maintenance request and did not address it. Over the summer, my compressor broke in my AC unit. I previously had them look at it because it was extremely loud and obviously about to break, but they said it was fine. Later it did break and I was left without an AC system for over a week in the peak of AZ summer. Pool does not stay open past 11pm. I understand that there is probably some "safety" issue with this, however there are other apartments nearby that do allow this. Luckily security is nice and usually they provide extra time for the pool anyway while we dry off, and all of the other amenities stay open, but still sucks that we can't stay longer specifically in the pool. Overall it's a nice place and i enjoy living here, but since the management changed, some issues have came about that people thinking about living here should be aware of.

I have lived in Atmosphere for 2 years, and they will try to make you pay for literally anything. I lived in a 2b 1bath apartment, my rent was $1600 and my electricity bill was $260 split between me and my roommate. When I moved out they expected me to pay 75$ per roommate for 3 splashes of paint, and I was only able to pay through a physical check and paid 15$ just to issue it! Genuinely, avoid it. There are so many other places that you won't need to sell yourself to rent.

Very welcoming staff and really was easy to sign. Love the events that they have and how engaging they are with their residents!

I am the parent of two college students who live at Atmosphere. I experienced the move-in process with them and have visited a few times since they moved in. We were all very pleased with the ease of the move-in process and ongoing friendly assistance of the front desk staff since then. I have called the leasing office numerous times (mostly before move-in) with various questions and have always been greeted kindly and received helpful responses. The lobby, hallways, and Sky Lounge are kept clean and nice. My kids report that they hear virtually no noise from neighboring apartments. Their experience overall has been positive.

20 floor building and they built three of the most unreliable elevators ever that must be impossible to fix because they never do.

A friends kid is staying there for college amazing maintenance. This is what college life is about. 5 stars all the way.

I love living at Atmosphere Tempe. The office is super helpful especially Ainsley and Zac they are so nice. They are always willing to help me solve any issues I have. The place is always clean and the managers are very on top of everything. It's a great place to live!!

Great apartments in the heart of ASU. The amenities were fantastic and well kept. Didn't need maintenance much, but when requested they were very responsive. This was a great experience especially compared to living at University House the pervious year. Rents are comparable but that is where any comparison ends. Atmosphere was superior in EVERY facet. Loved it!

It works. I was in college. Not going to renew anymore. They have really fallen off recently. I'd give it one star but the front desk and maintenance is run really well. It's just meant for dumb college students and not real adults. Pathetic in that regard. Their management doesn't listen and I'm not paying any more rent until they evict me so that's fine. I don't care I have a place to go. Also if you're clumsy DO NOT RENT HRER the floors are so slippery and it's dusty as hell. I've spoke to my legal team and we are working on a solution, the building will have its moment soon.

Sarah did a really great job selling the property! If I could I would live there in a heart beat. It sounds like an amazing place to live at!!
