We booked a reservation for 3 a week in advance to celebrate my niece's birthday. The day before I get a call saying that their patio isn't heated and if we move inside we were be put on a high top table. I mentioned that it was fine. Not even 10 minutes later, I get a second call repeating the same request. I said I had already spoken with someone, and they said they would put me at a high top. The day of, I get this same phone call! Honestly, how hard it is to communicate with your own co-workers! When we finally arrive, we get pointed to our table, not showed, barely acknowledged. The "table" in question is less then 12 inches wide and mounted on two pipes, not attached to the wall, and wobbling. When asked if we could move. Even if it was to go to a patio table as it wasn't that cold. We were told their was nothing they could do, and would move us when a table opens up. 20 minutes go by, no one as checked in on us, or even ask if we wanted a drink. Finally we get moved,to the actual bar and another 15 minutes go by before getting our drink order in, and immediately asking us for our food order. My husband was sitting right at the end of the bar with next to no space in front of him for anything other then his drink, the bartender had to fully move her prep area for him to eat. After placing those, it took 15 minutes to get drinks. The food took over a while, but no one checked in after we got our food. No one asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks. Honestly very disappointed, more so after coming here a couple of times already.
