Atomic Chalet Bed & Breakfast

Loved Atomic Chalet. Excellent host in Wes who took great care of us. Our room and bath were spotless and well appointed, bonus boggie is that the windows open! Maybe not useful in winter but in summer its great. Public areas were cozy with smooshy sofas, fireplace, pool table. Breakfast cooked to order and delish. Took a lovely stroll to the local waterung hole at Wes' recommendation. Sorry to only have stayed one night, wanted to stay another.

I would have given five stars, but we drove by and the owner told us to call, if we wanted to check in early. I thought that was pretty cool and we planned our day around it. When I called to see if we could, he told me it would cost an additional hourly rate. I feel like he could have been up front about that. I felt a little deceived and honestly feel like stopping in a little early for a quick shower, before continuing on is a small kindness that should be included. Charging an hourly rate is not something I associate with nice places to stay. Other than that, the stay was nice! The place was very nice, conveniently located, and breakfast was delicious. Hope you're a dog person, too! We loved seeing the pups, but heads up, if you don't. All-in-all, I'd stay here again!

It was our 26th anniversary and life would not allow us to go out of town on vacation. Atomic Chalet to the rescue! It’s a great bed-and-breakfast located on the peninsula of Pineview Reservoir. It’s on a quiet street in a wooded setting and is completely charming in every aspect. Our room had custom woodwork, a great reading nook and a loft balcony. They had tons of books and magazines to borrow and two of the cutest pups you’ve ever seen. The owner is so friendly and hospitable. And, the breakfast was top-notch! We had yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit, gourmet scrambled eggs, and French toast. Delicious! This was a great way to celebrate and it was only 20 minutes from Ogden. Thank you!

Wes is very friendly and respectful. He helped bring in our luggage and made sure we felt very welcome. For my first bed and breakfast it was definitely enjoyable and a pleasant experience. It was a very nice relaxing getaway.

This was my second stay at the chalet this ski season and again had a wonderful, first rate experience. Wes, Kerri, and the pups were fantastic hosts once again and the overall ambience and vibe of the atomic chalet invites relaxation, serenity, and a full physical and mental recharge between mountain adventures! Really love this place and look forward to returning in winter and summer many times in the future. Wes was even kind enough to share some of his secret powder stashes with me up at Snowbasin and we had a great time making turns in the Utah fluff. The Atomic Chalet, a magnificent hideaway, that is one of the best places I have ever stayed on vacation! Thank you Wes, Kerri, Finley, and JoJo!

My brothers and I spent two days last week at the Atomic Chalet for skiing at Snowbasin. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Location was certainly convenient for Snowbasin access, but the most notable part was the hospitality of our hosts, Wes and Kerri, and the immaculate lodging which was cozy, quaint, and super comfortable! Breakfast prepared by Wes each morning was delicious; especially the Atomic Chalet breakfast sandwich!||Absolutely would highly recommend this charming spot and hope to be back again this season; it was that great!||Thanks to Wes and Kerri for a wonderful stay!|Great doggies too!||Howard, David, Sam, Bruce Lieberman

Wes was incredibly welcoming, and you could tell from the moment you met him that he loves the area he's in. From countless suggestions of things to do in the area to great history of the surrounding slopes. 10/10 experience The B&B was incredibly clean with thoughtful and cozy rooms. Breakfast was delicious and full of great conversation. The porch was a wonderful place to relax after a long, active day. That being said, I can only imagine how much fun ski season would be staying here as well. If you're in the area and in need of a wonderful place to stay... do yourself the favor and book here.

The hospitality of the owner and host Wes was appreciated after our arrival at this very comfortable B&B.|We had a large quiet room for a week and the atmosphere was homely and relaxing.|Breakfasts were delicious and the lounge area very comfortable.|The drying room was also a welcome feature.

Wonderful B&B! Very clean and inviting. The rooms have a lot of natural light, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. We had a sisters reunion and were comfortable in all the rooms, but Cirque was particularly inviting. Wes was friendly and accommodating and had delicious breakfasts ready for us at the time we requested. There is a common room available to play games or sit and talk, and we loved the beautiful yard and flowers when we wanted to take some time to chat outside. We will definitely be returning to Atomic Chalet! Beautiful, clean, and laid back environment.

Stayed here for two nights while attending a wedding in Ogden. The location was great. Flew in from Salt Lake City. Rented a car (highly recommended). The drive to the place is wonderful. We are from the Midwest and do not get to see mountains often. We were about two hours late to check in. We communicated with Wes; who was very understanding and accommodating to the matter. The layout of the place is not awkward at all. He designed it to be a bed and breakfast and he lives in another portion of the property. Extremely hospitable. He was also very knowledgeable about the local area and what to check out. This was our first bed and breakfast and if we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here again. Our room has its own bathroom and shower. Thanks again from MN Wes!

I have got to say that the Atomic Chalet is the place to stay if you are ever in Huntsville, UT. Truth is I really didn't want to tell anyone(wanted keep its secret for me and my honey)but Wes deserves the accolades. Two thumbs up to you sir for running such a fine establishment. The Atomic Chalet has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Good beds, great location, and the best breakfast around. Wes was a great part of the stay. He was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable.thanks again for the good stay Wes.

Everything you need. Nothing you don't. Atomic is a perfect getaway if you are partial to the European style "pensiones " This place is an abundance of outdoorsy soul, laid back vibe, and the perfect Petri dish for developing connection with your significant other or someone new... Embrace the experience--Borrow a bike, soak in the tub, and get Wes to tell some stories. It's Huntsville Utah at its finest.

Top notch place. Clean, fun, and quant. Close to lake and ski resort. Bike ride to local saloon. Been here several times, looking forward to coming back soon. Owner, Wes, is a wonderful host!

Did a little honeymoon at this B and B and wow! The place is clean, comfortable, a fantastic breakfast, great location, hot tub, and a pool table! Wes is amazing, super friendly, very welcoming and a great host. If you're ever in the area definitely stay here!

Wonderful location, great host (Wes), wonderful homemade bread with breakfast, quiet, comfortable bed/pillows, adorable room, nice private bathroom, very clean. A terrific experience and such a reasonable price in August. Would go back here again and again if we are in the area. Charming place; we loved it!

We took a trip through Big Sky, Jackson and ended up at The Atomic Chalet. By far the best place we stayed. Wes has created a warm comfortable home away from home. Large, clean rooms with private bathrooms in the heart of Huntsville with easy access to either Snowbasin or Powder Mountain. Great spread for breakfast with hot and cold choices (fresh baked bread) and hot coffee and a fire waiting when you wake up. Thanks Wes we had a great time at your Atomic Chalet and will be back. Wes (the owner) is great! If you're looking for a laid back weekend in a mellow, country, lake-side community look no further.

Outdoor hot tub in the snow? Check. Pool table? Check. Awesome, laid back host with super clean, large guest rooms who makes yummy breakfast and waxes your skis? Check. We considered staying slope side but chose Atomic instead- sooo glad we did, this place was perfect.

Best place in Huntsville/Eden - Wes is a superb host with tons of local knowledge. You can see and feel the pride that Wes puts in. Great fresh breakfast. Very clean. A serious skiers perfect B&B. Thanks for the hospitality Wes- a great stay.
