The view is lovely, surrounded by beautiful trees and greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for escaping the busy city life. Parking can be a bit tight, especially if you prefer to park close to the unit you are staying in, as space is limited during high occupancy periods. However, the hotel provides golf cart service to assist guests, which helps make getting around much more convenient. The swimming pool is not very large, but it looks clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to use it during my stay. Breakfast offers a good variety of selections, and the taste is very satisfying. Overall, the quality is impressive—honestly better than some 4–5 star hotels I have experienced. This hotel is especially ideal for those planning to play golf, as the location and facilities support that purpose very well. I personally stayed for a weekend getaway and attended a nearby concert, and it turned out to be a great choice for both relaxation and convenience. I would definitely consider coming back again.

I booked the One Bedroom Delight. Check-in was fast even though I arrived around 5 p.m. The front desk staff were very polite and had a great service mindset. The room was large and spacious. I liked the small kitchenette, which is suitable for families with small children. The room was clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The view was stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. I stayed during Christmas, but it didn’t feel crowded or fully occupied. Breakfast was just okay for me. Although there was a wide variety of buffet options, the taste of most dishes was rather plain. The hotel is in a good location, less than a 10-minute drive from Khao Yai National Park, and surrounded by nice cafés and restaurants.

Very quiet hotel set in large grounds, primarily catering to local tourists. Nevertheless, we felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay, and there are English-speaking staff. The rooms are large and offer stunning views of the lake. The interior décor looks a little worn in places, but it is clean. Breakfast is crowded but good, and a driver is essential for exploring the nearby national park.

I had a great time at Atta Khaoyai, which is connected to Muthi Maya and Kirimaya, making the whole place feel super private, roomy, and really in tune with nature. What I loved most was how chill the vibe was. Everywhere you looked, there were mountains, a big lake, and so much green that just made you feel instantly relaxed. The lake area is gorgeous—calm water, open sky, and nature sounds all around. It's one of those spots where you can just sit, breathe, and totally unwind. The poolside view is awesome too, especially in the morning when the sun hits the mountains. It's quiet, clean, and perfect if you're into peaceful holidays instead of busy, crowded resorts. The Christmas decorations around the place were simple but cute, giving off a cozy and festive feeling. It made the whole spot even more welcoming. Honestly, Atta Khaoyai feels like time just slows down there. Whether you're staying here or checking out the Muthi Maya and Kirimaya areas nearby, everything just connects so nicely. If you're looking for a calm getaway with amazing views and a truly relaxing atmosphere, this whole area is a perfect pick.

The resort is quite large, so you might rely on the buggy service to get around. The pool water can be a bit cold depending on the season, and the interior in some rooms is starting to show minor wear — but nothing that affects comfort.Every staff member we met was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful — from the front desk to the buggy drivers and restaurant team. You really feel taken care of here. The whole place gives off a peaceful, welcoming energy that makes you want to stay longer.⭐ My rating: 9/10 — Excellent stay, beautiful environment, and one of the best breakfast spreads in Khao Yai!

Rustic large hotel great view from second floor room across lake to mountain. Breakfast extensive but western food on the cold side. Coffee good. We stayed near breakfast area but other hotel structures require a golf cart to get to and from. It's a large estate.
