Honestly, for a 4-star hotel, it’s really dirty and not presentable at all. There’s plaster on the walls that hasn’t even been sanded down, still visible because they never painted over it — it looks awful. You have to ask for pots and pans just to get some. The TV is just a basic one, you can’t even use Netflix or anything like that like in other 4-star hotels. The network is terrible — thankfully, there’s Wi-Fi. The windows are broken — you can only open one out of three, and even that one you have to be careful with because it’s almost falling apart. You can hear everything happening outside. It’s far from the city center. When you ask reception for something, they tell you they’ll bring it to your room, but I had to go down myself a second time to finally get what I’d asked for — otherwise I’d still be waiting. Honestly, avoid this place — nothing serious about it, it barely deserves 2 stars.
The only two “positive” points: the shower — even though water leaked outside because the seals are ruined — and the bed with the pillows, despite finding some short man’s hairs on them…
