Honestly, for a 4-star hotel, it’s really dirty and not presentable at all. There’s plaster on the walls that hasn’t even been sanded down, still visible because they never painted over it — it looks awful. You have to ask for pots and pans just to get some. The TV is just a basic one, you can’t even use Netflix or anything like that like in other 4-star hotels. The network is terrible — thankfully, there’s Wi-Fi. The windows are broken — you can only open one out of three, and even that one you have to be careful with because it’s almost falling apart. You can hear everything happening outside. It’s far from the city center. When you ask reception for something, they tell you they’ll bring it to your room, but I had to go down myself a second time to finally get what I’d asked for — otherwise I’d still be waiting. Honestly, avoid this place — nothing serious about it, it barely deserves 2 stars. The only two “positive” points: the shower — even though water leaked outside because the seals are ruined — and the bed with the pillows, despite finding some short man’s hairs on them…

Great location for city excitement, the rooms are quite spacious, well maintained & facilities available include a washing machine and dryer! You can cook on a couple of hotplates ,wash your dishes and laundry before heading out for a great day after having a peaceful sleep.

Definitely will return whenever visiting Perth. Even the location a little bit of walk from the CBD. But the service and place worth the walk. In fact in Northbridge itself good enough. Room was very well equipped. Overall team and management very accommodating.

Check in was Horrible 2 other people there before us and nobody was at reception the after hours number rang out or gave a recorded this number is disconnected message. Staff at the restaurant said a manager was on the way after 75mins after 95mins no manager but finally got a person on the phone so that all parties could check in. Only apologies were offered was a disappointment. You can hear all the noise from the street below. Ruined my holiday if it was not pre paid would have left. The queen bed was too singels pushed together so often found myself wedged in the crevice so dissatisfied with the hotel.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. I had booked three rooms for my visit, and unfortunately, the experience was well below the expected standard of hospitality, cleanliness, and service. Aswell as a severe lack of housekeeping which seemed to skip over my rooms although I was under the impression I would recieve it in my initial price From the outset, the overall condition of the property appeared neglected and poorly maintained. There was a significant lack of basic kitchen utensils such as spoons, spatulas, pots, and pans. Cleanliness throughout the rooms was severely lacking. Sheets and blankets were heavily stained, as were the couches and chairs. Mold growth was present in the bathrooms, particularly in the grout and silicone sealant. Furniture including lamps, desks, tables, and windows showed visible damage. One of the more uncomfortable issues was the lack of a comforter on the twin beds, which created a large and unpleasant gap in the middle, making restful sleep nearly impossible. The rooms were not soundproof, resulting in significant noise disturbances from neighboring rooms and the outside environment. There were also issues with amenities: one of the bathrooms had an empty body wash container which, after being reported, took nearly an hour and multiple calls to reception to replace. Air-conditioning and TV remotes were insufficiently provided—only one of each was available for two units per room. When I requested additional remotes, staff informed me that none were available, and their demeanor was less than courteous. One room had a particularly alarming list of issues: a broken bedroom door, a leaking fridge that soaked the carpet, an apparent cockroach infestation, extensive mold growth, and a sofa bed with a strong and offensive odor of urine, rendering it unusable. There were also poorly repaired holes in the walls, a broken hood vent with sagging lights, blankets or throws. In addition, only one of the six TVs across the rooms was a smart TV, which did not connect to the hotel’s internet and required a mobile hotspot to function. The rest of the TVs were outdated and lacked modern functionality. The most concerning discoveries included a men's T-shirt found behind the washer/dryer unit, suggesting the room had not been properly cleaned in some time, and a pamphlet for an adult entertainment venue located underneath the sofa bed—both highly inappropriate and unacceptable, especially in a family setting. All of these issues were brought to the attention of your reception staff. Unfortunately, the staff were generally unhelpful and unfriendly, and little to no effort was made to address or resolve the concerns during my stay. In conclusion, my experience was extremely disappointing. The property was not only poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned, but the service and responsiveness of staff left much to be desired. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the quality and management of your accommodation.

Such an Excellent Hotel Location and Beautiful Rooms with option for interconnecting. Only Downfall is the parking situation! If making a booking online Make Sure To Book 1 of the parking spaces in advance! There is only 6 spaces!

My worst experience ever, a smelly, mouldy, dirty, noisy room, full of stains everywhere with no cleaning service (only once a week), limited time with staff attendance, no picking up garbage, not much space in car park. At any cost, this MOTEL is expensive. I will never ever come back there. However, the receptionist was a very nice man and kind enough to move us to a slightly better room which was not again could be classified as one star hotel.

Don’t waste your money this hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my whole life. Everything was really really dirty . I couldn’t sleep even one minute I could just waiting to check out in the morning and change my hotel.the location is the worse too . That part of the Perth is really dead and dirty . We had to start our work at 7 in the morning but all the cafe was opening after 8 it was just one French cafe near the hotel that opens at six but it didn’t have much food and it wasn’t fresh food you couldn’t have option to choose food . Everything was really disgusting and it was the worst experience we had and never come back to Attika hotel and even any other hotels in North Bridge, WA. Everything is 0 out of 100.
