I'd recommend this hotel as it is closely located to the CBD ( 15mins walk), very close to Perth train station, which is about a 20min train ride from Perth Airport. I found the rooms spacious and clean. We had a room at the back of the property. Service very good and quick. You can choose parking on-site for which we found the price a bit steep. Otherwise park your car on the street in the neighbourhood ( free after 1730hrs) I cannot find myself in some of the reviews from working guests saying 'it is a dead part of Perth with no food' Seriously? We had coffee and brekky at 5mins walk both mornings at two different spots. 5 mins walk in the direction of the CBD nightclubs and bars. I'd suggest these guests do a bit of research before complaining.

Great location (10 mins walk from central station), superbly clean and well appointed apartment. Shower is great. Washer/dryer worked really well. Staff were absolutely magnificent!!

Honestly, for a 4-star hotel, it’s really dirty and not presentable at all. There’s plaster on the walls that hasn’t even been sanded down, still visible because they never painted over it — it looks awful. You have to ask for pots and pans just to get some. The TV is just a basic one, you can’t even use Netflix or anything like that like in other 4-star hotels. The network is terrible — thankfully, there’s Wi-Fi. The windows are broken — you can only open one out of three, and even that one you have to be careful with because it’s almost falling apart. You can hear everything happening outside. It’s far from the city center. When you ask reception for something, they tell you they’ll bring it to your room, but I had to go down myself a second time to finally get what I’d asked for — otherwise I’d still be waiting. Honestly, avoid this place — nothing serious about it, it barely deserves 2 stars. The only two “positive” points: the shower — even though water leaked outside because the seals are ruined — and the bed with the pillows, despite finding some short man’s hairs on them…

Great location for city excitement, the rooms are quite spacious, well maintained & facilities available include a washing machine and dryer! You can cook on a couple of hotplates ,wash your dishes and laundry before heading out for a great day after having a peaceful sleep.

If your only looking for a basic clean room in a good location go for it…But if your inclined to be a light sleeper or bothered by street noise, backpacker noise 1am 3am n 4am most mornings n entertainment ravers Fri n Sat nights you better request a off street room or book their other hotel

Stayed for a week in February. First the pros. Location is good as it’s in Northbridge so lots of cafes and restaurants around. Big IGA Supermarket is 600m down the road on Newcastle St which was very convenient. My room was spacious and clean and faced the back so it was very quiet. The reception is friendly and very helpful. Now the cons. Parking is tricky at this hotel. It’s extra on top of the room rate and there are not enough bays. I had to park my car outside in the CPP parking on Aberdeen St which is much cheaper than the hotel for the day but it was a real struggle to find parking on weekends when Northbridge gets busy. Rooms are only cleaned once a week so need to ask for extra bin bags and washing up liquid from reception. Wifi code that I was given at check in only works for one device so had to get 3 of those so I could connect my phone, laptop and tablet to the internet. All in all though, I had a pleasant stay once I got past the parking situation.

Check in was Horrible 2 other people there before us and nobody was at reception the after hours number rang out or gave a recorded this number is disconnected message. Staff at the restaurant said a manager was on the way after 75mins after 95mins no manager but finally got a person on the phone so that all parties could check in. Only apologies were offered was a disappointment. You can hear all the noise from the street below. Ruined my holiday if it was not pre paid would have left. The queen bed was too singels pushed together so often found myself wedged in the crevice so dissatisfied with the hotel.

Definitely will return whenever visiting Perth. Even the location a little bit of walk from the CBD. But the service and place worth the walk. In fact in Northbridge itself good enough. Room was very well equipped. Overall team and management very accommodating.
