We had the carboncillos de bacalao, Cantabrian anchovies, and cogote de merluza in salsa verde — all outstanding. Every dish was beautifully cooked and full of flavor. Jesús was our fantastic, friendly, and very engaging server — you should ask for him when you dine here. Excellent food, great wine, and genuine hospitality. Atxuri is a must-visit in Cádiz.
