Baguettes grand prux im 2023, and 4th in 2024, I gotta try it. Very good baguettes. Crunchiness that doesn’t hurt your mouth. Not to chewy and very good flavor that doesn’t taste blandness. Pastries are pretty good too.

The lady working was really nice. We selected a few options and enjoyed them all as a nice breakfast option, and for less than 5 euros.

According to NYT (9/30/2023) this is the baguette that is served at Élysée Palace to Emanuel Macron. It’s worth finding this place.

Made a long trek there just to try their baguette and I have to say, it was worth it! I'm not a bread fanatic but when in Paris... we just had to try the best and compare them. Had the opportunity to try it side by side with the baguettes from some top-ranked bakeries which won over the past couple of years during my visit, and this baguette really is good. Even eating it the next day was a treat. There was no queue at all when I reached in the afternoon and I think it is because they are not situated in the touristy city centre where many other top bakeries are. Furthermore, their baguette was so cheap! 1.30euro

Delicious baguettes!! We tried a few smaller baguettes and a larger one with crumbed chicken & cheese. Would recommend the small ones with pate terrine & pickles or pepperoni, so simple and tasty! Flan also worth trying, smooth in texture and balanced in sweetness. There’s not much space to eat instore, only a counter and no chairs but it was fine for a quick lunch.

One of, if not, the best baguette I’ve ever had. So fresh and crisp! We were stopped by multiple people in the neighborhood to ask us if we got our baguette from here, as they intended to recommended it to us. Seems like the people of this neighborhood are very proud of this gem of a bakery, and rightfully so.

Best bakery in town! Must visit this place at least once if you’re in Paris. I only got the chance to go here twice. All pastries and sandwiches tasted fresh. People working here are very friendly. Go early in the morning for hot baguettes. I had a salmon & chicken sandwich in a bun bread! Amazing! I will be coming back every time I visit Paris! I highly recommend this bakery!

Paris is Beautiful! Paris is Love! Paris is the French Open this week! I am back here and lucky that this is my 5th visit via work in 9 months. I had( have) a big list- the tourist one, the must do one, the Foodie one, the Yelp one. I want you all to please read this and then speak with your wife, husband, bf, gf, significant other, baguette loving other half, travel agent, airline, Uber driver, Cardiologist, Nutritionist- everyone! Then plan on getting to the 20th arrondissement or district west in Paris to enjoy the goods from the winner of the 2023 ( and 2025 in my book and my happy tummy) Best Baguette in Paris honor. The supreme quality flour, mixed with the water and tear( called poolish) adds the flavor and aroma and then the steam during baking coupled with the baking on stone makes the crisp and traditional crust. You smell the gorgeous bread from a block away as you are the first one to get these beauties at 7 am. ( I was there at 6:40 and the amazing baker/owner Selva insisted I come in, then got me a gorgeous and hot coffee( wow) and had me sample the hot and fresh bread). Beautiful and loving man. This is the best baguette in the world. I speak from experience. No butter needed, no jam, tartine- nope! The French President has a special delivery from Selva every single day. Paris is delicious baguettes from the awesome Chef Selva and Au Levain des Pyrenees.
