The food is sooo nice, rich, authentic, well done. We had the snails, the pleurote, the saumon gravelax, the Oeuf mayo ( which won the best Oeuf mayo of the world. And God It was so good.
As a main, 3 of Us shared the aged black beef rib. just perfect, it came on a plate that was slightly warm so the steak remained at the right temperature throughout instead of being cold when you eat the last pieces. the sauces were divine, pepper and fourme d'ambert ( separately )
It was my first eating at the Moulin à Vent, I wanted to come for a while and in the end it was amazing. We came to celebrate the License of one of my tour guides, working at Paris and Beyond tours.
Thank you so much for your heart warming restaurant. we felt so good with my friends there !
