I stayed with my dad at one of the Chalets for 3 nights during early first week of June 2024. The best part were the amazing views of the town of Perce and surrounding areas from top of the mountain. The rooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The room had all the necessities such as a basic kitchenette and bonus wood stove. I really enjoyed the rustic atmosphere with wooden finishes in the room and loved walking out on the porch in the morning and evening taking in the spectacular views. The staff were very accommodating and very friendly to communicate with. Prices were very good as well. In addition the location of the place was within reasonable walking distance from the main town and about a 2 min drive to town's amenities and restaurants. I would highly recommend Au Pic de l'Aurore for the perfect adventure getaway stay with spectacular views of ocean and the nearby islands and cliffs. It was so quite and peaceful there definitely the perfect place to be in nature that is very healing and soul rejuvenating. My dad and I are looking forward to visiting again. Thank you !!

We stayed for two nights, right from our check in the man was very rude. And There was big ants in our bathroom. Then our rooms were very outdated and there was no utensils or cups in the room so I couldn’t have coffee. Plus the door locks automatically behind you so even when you go to the car or sit outside you need your keys or you will be locked out. And their office closes at 10pm so if you lock yourself out after that your sleeping in the car. I thought I would see the Percy rock but it’s not visible from most rooms and the look outs… When booking the room their was a 75$ fee for bringing a dog that is reimbursed if their is no damage to the property, which I understood and gladly paid as my dog is never allowed on furniture and is very well behaved. However after checking out I never got my money back. I called the manager and he was very rude. When I told him I took pictures of the room and the way I left it (with time stamps) he refused to see them or give any evidence of any damage done… very disappointed I did not say I was going to cause problems I said kindly “thank you I will leave a review of my experience”

This is a nice quiet clean place about a 3 minute drive or 25 minute walk north of the town centre up on a hill. There is a nice view of the town and rock from the main building and gardens. The room had adequate space, a nice shower and comfortable beds. There was adequate space to spread our stuff. The town has some free hiking trails, a museum , and good restaurants. Desk service was competent.

This was the best place we stayed on our trip to Gaspesie. It is a little bit out of town, away from the crowded strip of Percé . The setting is outstanding, talked into hills with spectacular views made better by a couple of strategically placed look offs. We stayed in one of the little log chalets. They were spotlessly clean and well appointed. I found myself looking forward to the evenings, sitting on the little deck. It has a very atmospheric setting and a fascinating history. I found the price quite reasonable too, especially compared to other places we stayed which were much less interesting and more expensive. I would love to return in another season, maybe in the fall! Highly recommended!

The motel room was superb, and the price was really great! The room was spacious and had the best view of Perce Bay. Everything was super clean. The covid safety measures were well taken care off. In the morning, we could see beautiful sunrise from our balcony, and enjoyed watching sunbathing seals directly from the hotel's property. They provided breakfast with options. The muffins were great. We stayed here for 2 nights and really loved it. We forgot our toothbrush charger in the room. They even shipped it to our home! We will be back!

This motel is situated on a high bluff overlooking Perce rock and the village. The view from our room was stunning. You feel that you are in nature, but you are still very close to town (we walked). You can also have a fire in the outdoor firepit and watch seals frolicking in the surf below. The room was a good size. It was not updated, but that didn't matter since is was such a lovely location.||My main advice is skip the continental breakfast. It costs extra and it basically a juice box and an average muffin in a paper bag.

A very cozy yet spacey motel overseeing the Perce Rock from our balcony, loved it so much! Very quiet in the night as it's far from the "downtown" area but still convenient to drive around or even walk if you'd like to. Staff was fully bilingual and professional. A perfect stay for our vacation last week! Absolutely recommended but you'd have to make reservations well before the summer season!

It is not walkable distance like the rest of hotels or mote at coastline nearby or accessible to the town, but this place is unique. They have another amazing view of Perce from the mountain and you may see the seals from the edge in the morning it afternoon. They provided breakfast, but you need to book in advance. We stayed in chalets, so the view from our windows or door might not as good as those staying in rooms.
