Auberge Chez Momo II

We were only here for a couple of days as a short excursion from Marrakesh. We wish we could have stayed longer. The location is stunning and the hotel itself is beautiful, with one main building housing the bar, restaurant and multiple spacious roof terraces, together with many other bedroom buildings scattered around the beautiful garden and pool. The weather wasn’t warm enough to use the pool, but we will almost certainly return during warmer months. We hired a guide to walk for a few hours in the hills and visit a traditional Berber homestead for tea and freshly baked flat bread. We plan to return next year to hike for several days, hopefully with the same guide. Th location is the foothills of the atlas, rather than the higher snowy peaks. But lovely nevertheless. The food in the hotel is relatively simple - we mainly had heart vegetable tagines. A really wonderful stay. Thank you!

My wife and I overnighted in Room 18, and were disappointed, although others in our group were allocated better alternatives. Room 18 contains / contained two double beds and a single, leaving very little room for anything else. The decor was old and unattractive. The taps in the bathroom didn't work properly, although the shower was fine. The pleasant roof terraces and good breakfast lift my rating from '2' to '3'.

A beautiful hotel with a great view on the lake. The hotel is very cozy including beautiful fireplaces also in some rooms and terraces with a breathtaking view. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcomes you in their beautiful hotel. Traditional Moroccan food, good breakfast and drinks, a real gem worth to be visited for a stay. See you next time!

Very stylish villas with relaxing backyard. Beautiful rooftop to view sunset and sunrise. It's home away from home. Oh don't forget the dog. He is soft friendly and followed me every where.

I had the most amazing stay here! 🙂 The hotel is beautiful in the views are stunning. Also the food is delicious and the staff are super nice 🙂 what highly recommend! Especially if you love swimming because there's a beautiful pool 🙂

We went for dinner and didn't want to leave. Nice fireplace, beautiful view, kindest happy service. They where so nice to make changes to the menu as we asked for vega. Thank you!

Lovely property. Beautiful room but no hot water in the morning. Bathroom very dark. No facial tissue which I would expect at this price point. Nice dinner but so-so breakfast with too many cakes/breads and a cold omelette. No fresh fruit. No one in our group seemed to like the coffee…peculiar taste.

Excellent place. Location, food, service, welcome from the staff. Perfect. We were on a school strip. Tte students loved it. They had a dedicated space for the evenings.
