Nice place, direct access to a private beach. Laceted - as the name says - near an old tower. Spacy rooms with sea view. Good restaurant with friendly and helpfull staff. Negtive experience at check-in: No water in our assigned room, had to change to another one, rechange the next day ...

Nice suite with view to the sea. Excellent bed quality and air condition. Somehow worn-out environment generally, especially at swimming pool and hotel beach area. Quality of service ambivalent and depending on individual staff. Very poor english skills among the staff, thus, w/o French language difficult to communicate (like almost everywhere on French carib islands).

The buffet breakfast was very good, wide selection of food and drinks. Dinner needed phone translator since everything on menu was in French, but the food was superb! Staff was very helpful and surprised us by bringing luggage right to our room while we had drinks in the bar. The view from balcony was beautiful and room was very quiet.

This is a lovely place. I just wish there were more activities offered to guests apart from just lounging by the pool or beach. Once I was done eating the place was boring. They should consider adding some entertainment to entice guests. Also the food can use some improvement as well.

at check in : reception guy refused to bring baby crib to the room when we arrive at 11pm , had to insist . at check out : nobody to help for luggages. understand this hotel is completely on a hill ...lot of stairs . luggage buy doesn't come before 2pm =but they tell you that Intl after 3 calls ...), but checkout is at noon...so basically luggage boy doesn't do checkout . once upstairs and sweating cause u had to climb all the floors with luggages in heat : no water offered in lobby. Service is terrible ,that's not a 4 star hotel at all.

This hotel is nicely located, very close to the sea. So much close to the sea that erosion could one day takes this hotel away.||Is that the reason why they do not maintain this hotel ?||Anyway, its glory days are long gone and the hotel needs demolition / reconstruction or at least a deep renovation.||Staff is friendly but that is about it.||Food is cheap, breakfast is poor.||Don't go unless you have to.

This hotel need a renovation all the amenities (beach, swiming pool, outside area...) are really run down and the room have not seen an update since 1970's. Nice view from the room but all the hotel is not ADA compliant with a lot of stairs (forget it if you have heavy luggage's!)

Friendly welcome. Staff helped with our average French. Room was clean and practical. Not exceptional. Just meeting the minimum required for that price point which was a little disappointing. Cleaned room daily. Evening visit to check we were happy. The hotel itself and amenities were just average - the staff were definitely making an extra effort to make our stay special.
