I was here about 50 years ago in the early fall September as I recall. I have never forgotten the experience of staying and dining at Auberge de Noves. The meal was exquisite. The service was superb. The view, of carnations blooming in the fields, from my bedroom window was akin to being in a French impressionist painting. I dream returning to this esteemed establishment. It will always be in my beautiful memory. Everything was beyond perfect.

Amazing 3-days! Loved this place. Blown away by the beauty and charm of the hotel and property. Best food and dining experience I've ever had (owner/chef is Michelin starred Robert Lalleman). Wonderful service, my daughter and I were treated like family, truly felt 'at home'. I have traveled the world and stayed in many 5-stars but this little gem is now my favorite destination. I will be back!

Lovely room and really friendly staff. They are all very nice to us, especially to our little boy. Restaurant is amazing. Lovely view from Terrace and really good food. We had a chat with the chef over last night of our stay. Very friendly guy who used to work in London. Pool is very serene. Towels and drinks are self served in the little room next to changing. We loved our stay and wish we could stay longer. Breakfast is definitely the highlight of the day. Freshly squeezed orange juice, lovely yogurt and soft boiled egg. Fresh croissant and bread. We are definitely spoiled. The location is very central to all villages and sites. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

A charming hotel in the heart of Provence, I cannot say enough good things about the experience! The property is gorgeous, like something out of a Disney movie. Our 3-hour dinner was an experience beyond compare on every level (delicious, beautiful, and a surprise and delight, course after amazing course). The staff went out of their way to make us and everyone around us feel special. It was easy to travel to and from the US (we got a Covid test for return travel at the nearby Noves pharmacy - walk in and results in 20 minutes). Enchanting, magical experience and a very special place. Highest recommendation.

The domaine itself is amazing and with view The staff is exceptional Breakfast is excellent, made with local and fresh products, Restaurant is not gastronomic but still very good and tasty, Wine selection is local but a but pricey Swimming pool is good, good facilities ; shower, changing room, towels, sun beds and kids games. Rooms are very tired, in need of serious renovations. It would have been a palace 20 years ago

I arrived at the very discreet and tucked away location on a small hill and sitting within extensive grounds. The room we were initially given was rather tucked away in a rather dark corner with no view due to extensive shrubs blocking the view and creating a rather gloomy aspect. On mentioning this we were moved to a much better room - more spacious and with a much better aspect including a small terrace/balcony. ||The location is full of history and dramatic events from the past and the location as a whole is very atmospheric. ||Dining is of a very high standard and I suspect the quality of the cooking is a major attraction for guests. The wine list is very extensive although unfortunately a view of the cellar was not possible during our stay. The hotel is still family owned and this contributes to the experience of staying at the hotel. All in all a memorable stay.

Beautiful place, excellent service from a very friendly and accomodating staff. Good, spacious room for 2 adults and a child (junior sutite). Air condition in room should be improved, it was barely sufficient to cool down the room during 4 days of 30+ degrees. Good, spacious pool with free (non-alcoholic) refreshments available, and with sufficient amount of sunbeds available. Food at restaurant is excellent, however it should also be so considering that the price is rather high. Breakfast is also good , but it is the same meny that is served every day (no buffet), which may become boring after some days. All in all: Excellent place, highly recommended.

|I should have followed my gut instinct as we drove in. The driveway up to the hotel is littered with dead trees, branches and dead tree stumps, you need a 4x4 to get up the driveway. ||We had the set truffle menu and honestly the food was good but everything else around didn't really justify the 115 euros + VAT price.|First off the menu said 110 euros and when we paid they charge us 115 per person..no explanations from the hotel receptionist/restaurant hostess||Firs, the stench of the waiter. I have never had a waiter smell so bad and serve food. The man was pleasant and smiling but smelled like he hadn't showered for the past month.||Secondly, the cutlery was dirty. The chairs had been repainted but were now covered in chipped paint. The light boxes in the false ceiling were filled with dead flies and mosquitoes.|Behind us was a small bar trolley with empty or almost bottles which screamed take me back to the 70s. The tiles on the floor are chipped and broken in places. The place generally looks like it was probably nice 30 years ago but didn't get renovated since. We felt that for that price it's really sad to have to get up and go to the wine/water table to pick up the bottle and then serve yourself.|Be prepared to wait a while to get anything, our water arrived after 30mn and bread after 40mn.||The final straw was probably the dirty coffee cups, which looked like they had just been used and someone had simply poured more coffee inside and served them back to us. |
