Auberge de noves is definitely beautiful and so much history to talk about the place. Location is in a nice spot and very calm. Atmosphere is great there and you enjoy tranquility, the team is great and very hospitable. The nicest food I ever had for sure and the restaurant offers exceptional highest quality of wine from the cellar. Rich Provençal food with tasty olive oil, the best fougasse, lovely selection of cheese, Chef Frederic is great and Chef Robert is the best chef ever. Ivan the Maître D’Hotel is very knowledgeable and so professional. Iman at the Front office was very kind. Great place to stay and it is for gourmand and gourmet.

I was here about 50 years ago in the early fall September as I recall. I have never forgotten the experience of staying and dining at Auberge de Noves. The meal was exquisite. The service was superb. The view, of carnations blooming in the fields, from my bedroom window was akin to being in a French impressionist painting. I dream returning to this esteemed establishment. It will always be in my beautiful memory. Everything was beyond perfect.

We spent two nights at LÁuberge de Noves with Secret Escapes which included a Pleasant Double room and breakfast.||||We arrived just after 16.00 (check in from 15.00). No one on reception and just one chap milling around who was a waiter for the restaurant. Lovely chap but did not speak much English (not his fault) and so his role was limited to basically handing us a key and showing us our room. ||||Initially we were shown room 24 in the chapel building which can only be accessed via a small lift it seems. We did ask for a room on the ground floor prior to arrival and this was acknowledged and agreed by reception in advance so clearly something was lost in translation.||||In our limited French we managed to glean from the waiter that the receptionist had gone home and would not be back until 19.00 that evening so any issues or questions would have to wait until then. We thought the receptionist may have been called away due to an emergency which is fair enough however we observed during the rest of our stay that reception is essentially unmanned from about 15.00/15.30 which did seem rather strange as this is the peak period when guests are supposed to arrive and any potential issues are likely to occur!||||Anyway the chap went away and called someone and we were eventually shown to room 17 which is a ground floor room with small balcony in the main building.||||The room was huge. Key code safe, loads of storage, TV (small and not with great reception), tea/coffee facilities, sofa/chairs, garden furniture. The room looked very tired. There was clearly signs of water ingress from a leak upstairs and it just looked really dated. Wifi does not reach from reception (it is an old building so to be expected) but there was no guide in the room as to facilities at the hotel, breakfast timings etc etc so you basically just had to work stuff out as you went along. The shower did not work brilliantly and the sofa was broken.||||The main reception area of the hotel and dining room are really smart as is the pool area. It is unmanned and seemingly open 24 hours a day. It is heated.||||Breakfast is served at your table and the outdoor area is beautiful on the terrace. A simple affair but very nice, fruit to start then pastries and egg with tea/coffee and fruit juice. The staff at breakfast were amazing and really transformed our view of the hotel. So helpful and nothing too much trouble.||||We did not have dinner or lunch at the hotel but the former was always very busy.||||On our second day our room was not made up after breakfast. I mentioned this to reception around 15.00/15.30 and was told it would be done shortly. Fast forward to 17.00 and it was still not done. Called reception and the waiter chap picked up (receptionist gone home again!) and was told the cleaners had gone home too so the room could not be done that day. Less than 30 minutes later a knock at the door and an apologetic cleaner turned up and the room was done but it was clear we had been forgotten on the morning rounds.||||To conclude, beautiful hotel in a stunning location and grounds. Staff were excellent but the hotel lets itself down not doing the simple things unfortunately. Perfectly nice place to stay but not 4* in my opinion.

Amazing 3-days! Loved this place. Blown away by the beauty and charm of the hotel and property. Best food and dining experience I've ever had (owner/chef is Michelin starred Robert Lalleman). Wonderful service, my daughter and I were treated like family, truly felt 'at home'. I have traveled the world and stayed in many 5-stars but this little gem is now my favorite destination. I will be back!

Lovely room and really friendly staff. They are all very nice to us, especially to our little boy. Restaurant is amazing. Lovely view from Terrace and really good food. We had a chat with the chef over last night of our stay. Very friendly guy who used to work in London. Pool is very serene. Towels and drinks are self served in the little room next to changing. We loved our stay and wish we could stay longer. Breakfast is definitely the highlight of the day. Freshly squeezed orange juice, lovely yogurt and soft boiled egg. Fresh croissant and bread. We are definitely spoiled. The location is very central to all villages and sites. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

The domaine itself is amazing and with view The staff is exceptional Breakfast is excellent, made with local and fresh products, Restaurant is not gastronomic but still very good and tasty, Wine selection is local but a but pricey Swimming pool is good, good facilities ; shower, changing room, towels, sun beds and kids games. Rooms are very tired, in need of serious renovations. It would have been a palace 20 years ago

A charming hotel in the heart of Provence, I cannot say enough good things about the experience! The property is gorgeous, like something out of a Disney movie. Our 3-hour dinner was an experience beyond compare on every level (delicious, beautiful, and a surprise and delight, course after amazing course). The staff went out of their way to make us and everyone around us feel special. It was easy to travel to and from the US (we got a Covid test for return travel at the nearby Noves pharmacy - walk in and results in 20 minutes). Enchanting, magical experience and a very special place. Highest recommendation.

I arrived at the very discreet and tucked away location on a small hill and sitting within extensive grounds. The room we were initially given was rather tucked away in a rather dark corner with no view due to extensive shrubs blocking the view and creating a rather gloomy aspect. On mentioning this we were moved to a much better room - more spacious and with a much better aspect including a small terrace/balcony. ||The location is full of history and dramatic events from the past and the location as a whole is very atmospheric. ||Dining is of a very high standard and I suspect the quality of the cooking is a major attraction for guests. The wine list is very extensive although unfortunately a view of the cellar was not possible during our stay. The hotel is still family owned and this contributes to the experience of staying at the hotel. All in all a memorable stay.
