My wife and a friend and I came up from Lyon where we were holidaying, for the day. Ordered the special of the day. Excellent entree salad, huge portion of mozzarella and almost a meal in itself. Wife had yummy roast pork that I sampled. Friend and I had the coq au vin which we didn’t like at all. However maybe it’s because I was expecting something like our Australian version and my wife warned me that the traditional way involves marinating the chicken for hours beforehand in red wine. Sadly that’s all we could taste. But the galette sugary tart for dessert almost took away the residual taste. So recommended but beware the authentic food unless you know what it is you’re getting.
