Charming small hotel in the heart of the old town. Cobbled streets and 16th century fountains right outside your door. Comfortable rooms with lots of natural light. Friendly reception and breakfast good, including fresh eggs and excellent coffees.

We spent a fabulous two days at this lovely property which had the feeling of being a home away from home. The room we had was perfect, the service friendly, breakfast ideal and the whole experience outstanding. We enjoyed a delightful dinner with friends and family outside in the perfect weather, which could not have been nicer. The food was outstanding and the wine excellent. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel is located in the city center in the ancient building, so no elevators. 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. There are bars and restaurants around, supermarket. My room was big and bright, cleaning was good. There wasn't a table and I've got only one chair. The breakfast is typically French- some pastries, butter, jam, cheese. No fried eggs, "they don't allowed to fry eggs because they don't have a cook on the mornings " And NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH here

We stayed with our 2 kids for a night in this nice restaurant with rooms. The place was completely renovated, redone and redecorated to a high standard and only opened two months ago (in August 2016). The new owner has put a lot attention to detail, the rooms are light with the old beams visible. The beds were very comfortable and the room really quiet (also thanks to the thick doors). |Breakfast is served in the restaurant, the croissants and fresh bread comes from the local bakery and the jam is homemade. I would definetly recommend to eat lunch or dinner at the restaurant, the food was delicious!

We had a lovely evening in the restaurant and very much enjoyed the wonderful food and wine. The bavette (flank steak) was cooked to perfection and came with a perfectly seasoned chimichurri, and together made for one of the best dishes I had in a while. The salmon trout tatar starter with tarragon was also amazing. Will come again! Merci!

A wonderful small hotel, with great kitchen, rooms with style and great guest givers. Add to this a beautiful part of Switzerland many people do not know, and wonderful towns to discover..

The food was nice, rather small portions, but quite tasty. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable (except if there’s a loud family present, which normally should not be the case). They have a very small menu, which is nice. This allows them to have fresh ingredients and lots of practice, preparing the dishes. But expect it not to be cheap.

Visiting on business and found this this little hotel. It's situated in an old historic building. The reception is nice and helpful, but they don't speak English well at all so be prepared. Rooms are medium sized and nice and bright. Mine had nice views of the centre. Bathroom is modern and works well. The street is a bit noisy in the morning, but as I was here on business I didn't mind. For those with exercise in mind, there is a forest out the back which has a running trail and you can also head out over the fields. I would stay here again if I was coming back to the area.
