Chef Claude Colliot's new venture at the Sancerre vineyards' doorstep is nothing short of amazing. Seasonal produce, local sourcing, and the utmost respect for nature's best, gently conducted like a food symphony under the Chef's talent.
Whether in the spacious garden (amidst the Chef's herb garden) or in the main restaurant room, Chantal Colliot leads a concerto of her own, with a scrumptious wine list - local or not, but all world class.
The hotel side is tastefully decorated with full amenities, extremely quiet and (at least in the Emeraude room), an amazing view of the stars over the vineyards. The breakfast is also a fantastic opportunity to have a bite of the Chef's amazing omelettes.
