Had a lovely dinner here and enjoyed the excellent and friendly service. The restaurant is decorated very nicely and has a quaint, homey vibe. The highlight of our dinner was laughing hysterically over some of the terrible reviews that the restaurant/hotel has gotten from various indignant customers. These reviews are obviously written from small minded, entitled individuals expecting to get treated like they’re a celebrity when in reality they probably spent a couple bucks for the services provided. We had a nice laugh over the poor disgruntled patrons who came before us while enjoying a nice laid back dinner.

Nice view but not a fun place at all. The restaurant didn’t have everything on the menu. The food was good when it came out but it was like I was a bother. Customer service was horrible here. I believe the owners are on site and very old. Management is running the place with the we’ve always done it this way attitude. Very few guests, lots of empty rooms, horrible music, painfully old sad songs. A customer set me up here, if I go back I will request another place for sure. I text my wife a picture of the bed with a short explanation. The cleaning lady wanted the sheets to wash........ she only took the top sheet!

Friendly staff, very pretty hotel. The rooms are large and clean. Pool needs refurbishing. Good food in the restaurant although they often don't have several things on the menu. Great if you have business in Castries and don't want to travel down from Gros Islet.

Excellent food and staff at this place. The hotel itself needs some work. No shampoo or soap offered with rooms. Had to get someone to go to the store and get some. The tv did not work and the a.c. barely kept the room cool. Definitely a hotel for working people.

Stayed 2 nights here with my wife and some friends and it was fantastic. Rooms are cleaned and replenished daily with clean towels and soap. Staff are quite friendly and I even got to check out 2 hours later than normal for free!! Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to St Lucia.

Expect what you pay for $115/night ! Lunch and dinner were super over priced! Got the fish of the day, some rice, beans, mac&cheese with salad for $50 US dollars! Lunch special was even worst. Two chicken legs, rice, salad, Mac& cheese for $35USD. I’ve had better food for those prices... Local beer Piton is $3 on tap. They don’t serve you beer bottles. Pool was ok, but there were only two chairs to sunbathe in. Bartender Denver is the best, he’s usually there at night. The older gentleman in the bar at noon takes forever to get you a drink or whatever you need. The owners are super sweet and welcoming. Room was clean and a little outdated. Little fridge in the room does not cool drinks very well. There is no safe in the rooms. The receptionist at the main office was very helpful and polite. Not sure if I will stay there next time on my business travels.

Auberge Seraphine is centrally located in Castries the city, a five minute drive from the reginal airport and the same to the city centre and many amenities like duty-free shopping, supermarket, local arts and crafts etc. Considered as a conference hotel it is ideally suited for the business Traveller who has meetings in the city. If your meetings are in the north you will have to take into account taxi fares back and forth. Wheelchair accessibility is only up to the reception area and the main restaurant and bar and wash rooms on the same floor, unfortunately people on wheelchairs will have to be carried to the upper part of the hotel where the conference room and rooms are located. Breakfast, buffet lunch and dinner is available. Locals are also welcomed to the buffet lunch daily. This hotel is also suitable for the visitors looking for affordable accommodation and the reasons mentioned above.

The staff were nice but it is completely removed from anything in Castries, has minimal services and you need to taxi everywhere. Minimum $10 USD for a 5 minute drive. Wouldn't recommend but it wasn't awful.
