Augusta Club Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

Me and my husband had a lovely stay here. The hotel was as pictured, the pool was lovely., the staff were all super friendly, breakfast was great! The rooms were ok, slightly small and the mini fridge wasn’t very cold but that’s being really picky and the air con was very much appreciated! Adults only was great- there was a really chilled vice in the hotel and it was only 5 minutes walk from the old town. It felt very safe in the hotel and the surrounding area- we had a great time and would definitely be back!

We have just returned from this amazing place. The staff were fantastic, the hotel is lovely, rooms are clean, food is good. The maids come in every day, hats off to them as the rooms were spotless. It is a short walk to the shops/beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Arriving at the hotel we were looking forward to our holiday. At reception, the staff member was extremely unprofessional and unkind, which was off putting and made us feel as though we were a very strong burden to the staff. As this is meant to be a spa and club hotel we did not expect this level of service. After receiving our information for our room number we had to take our heavy suitcases up three floors, we were also instructed by a cleaner that we would not able to use the lift. Why? Entering the room the first impressions were undesirable to spend a week here. The room had a very tired and old feel, this made us feel that the rooms and most of the hotel has not been renovated or shown any attention in the maintenance department for years. Terrible. The staff members continued to speak in fluent Spanish even though we made it very clear that we were both English - funny though as upon requesting that a cleaner who entered our room spoke english she did so immediately. Odd? The hotel sells itself on its website and to third party agencies as a spa and club hotel although I strongly believe as though this is false advertising and clearly going in the direction of scamming holidaymakers. Appalling. Not to mention the swimming pool and the spa which both are underwhelming and lacking attention to detail. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and do not show them any support. The whole trip was a waste of time and a very big waste of money. Disgusting.

We have not long returned from our holiday here. The hotel and staff was amazing. Instantly made to feel welcome and given all the information straight away. We booked half board and the food was fantastic such variation and choices and delicious. The bar staff were friendly and attentive nothing was ever too much trouble. The pool and facilities were fantastic. If you want a comfortable relaxing holiday I would highly recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed! Thanks again to all the staff for a lovely time away

The receptionist wasn’t very polite and kind with us, also we had several technical problems with our room, at the beginning the water from the sink wasn’t working, the day after the water stopped working for 3 hours in all the hotel.|Furthermore during the night it was super laud, there were people runnning in the corridor at 4.30 a.m in front of our door and we couldn’t sleep for at least 1 hour.|The night after the same thing happened again, people were screaming and arguing in corridor.|Also there are some problems with window senorization.| |I don’t suggest you this hotel, we didn’t t had a nice experience.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are compact but very clean and no need for anything bigger. The location was perfect. Very close to everything. The fact there was no kids there was great. Breakfast had an amazing selection of foods and it was well laid out. There was entertainment one night we were there and it was dreadful for us. Others enjoyed it but the fake piano playing drove me mad. 😂 The staff were super friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend a stay here

Lovely place. The staff is really nice and very helpful. The food is also excellent, servings made us happy. Bartenders are adorable and really full of life.🤩💓🤩❤️🤩 The spa is really attractive and perfectly arranged 👏 The Halloween party was a little ODD, BECAUSE it was only for local customers, the music was only in Spanish,only for local people. We tried to get into the crowd but without luck 🍀 mostly, French, Dutch and Germans where sitting and watching 🥵

My partner and I just got back from Augusta Club hotel after a 3 night stay and I can honestly say as my first trip abroad; it was excellent! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the entire hotel especially the downstairs lobby was beautifully presented and clean, and smelled lovely (probably from the spa)! The spa facilities were so relaxing, clean and comfortable. I had a head and facial massage too and the masseuse was very kind and gentle and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Our rooms were super clean and comfortable, spacious enough and beds made and towel’s replaced every day! So grateful for the wonderful cleaners. We were full board and the food was great, lots of variation and changed slightly everyday, easy to access, definitely something for everyone. Overall it was excellent, I can’t believe the negative reviews! Really loved, 100% recommend!!!
