Great place! Looking forward to returning again in December. Great typical Bavarian menu. Large portions and great beer. Staff speaks some English.

This was fantastic. Got some local traditional beer and Bavarian roast pork with dumplings and sauerkraut. No problems getting a table, both food and beer came fast.

Always excellent and highly recommended. Definitely the best Bavarian food you can find. Augustiner restaurants are held to a high standard and you can tell. Also their helles is the best you can get... and of course it's on tap. I prefer a wheat beer though, and they're really good too.

A quite traditional place located directly downtown in front of the cathedral. We loved the views, the cozy all wooden interiors, perfect service, the tasty food and of course the AUGUSTINER beers.

Very good 1st experience in Germany. The food is flavorful and servings are large. I had the church and co worker had the burger. Good for business or family.

The service is nice, just short. There is always busy so they need more people. Food size is appropriate and the quality is high. Beer is fresh and delicious. We love going here even though it’s busy, but it worth it!

As a half German whole English speaker this place did a great job of helping me and my broken German get by! Proper local Bavarian pub vibes, great atmosphere, great food and the most delicious beer you come to expect here ! Great place for rubbish German speakers in town! I’ll be back!
