Aura Accommodation

This hotel is so cute and fun! All of your needs are provided for, and everything you need to know can be found among the numerous signs in your room and on site. I love how there are multiple programs to offset the carbon footprint that comes with travel, including the opportunity to "donate" your housekeeping to a local organization.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. Absolutely loved our stay at Aura. The service was absolutely outstanding. Perfect location, close to Eat Street and everything else Rotorua has to offer. The heated outdoor pool and mineral pools were a perfect way to relax during a chilly winter evening. BBQ and steam box for cook ups and trampoline for the kids. Will 100% be recommending and returning to Aura Accommodation.

A cute, little, well-run accommodation right in the middle of Rotorua. They have their own thermal baths, heated pool, hot tubs in some rooms and even a steam cooking area and BBQ grill. But the best part is the service and attention to customers. Chloe, the manager was so helpful in guiding and suggesting things around town. It could very easily be a grimy motel and because of the location, people would stay there. But it is absolutely charming and adorable. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.

The kids absolutely loved the hot pool and trampoline, and we (the adults) really enjoyed relaxing in the hot bath.||The room was clean and spacious, and we really appreciated your commitment to being environmentally friendly! We also loved the fair trade coffee and tea, as well as the fresh local milk for our drinks—it was a nice touch.||The beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.||If/when we come back to Rotorua, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place. Staff were friendly and smiling, excellent communication. Location was perfect, rooms clean and the hot pools were icing on the cake. I will definitely be returning.

Aura accomodation was lovely! The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, even gave us suggestion for our trip! The room was very clean and up to date. The facilities were amazing, especially the mineral pools! The location was perfect!

Highly recommend….the mineral pools were an awesome way to warm up at the end of a cold but busy day in Rotorua. We could charge our EV and contribute to a local charity by selecting not to have our room serviced on our second day. Great facilities and super handy to town, Eat Street and the lakefront.

What a lovely place to stay. Great welcome from Ellen who was really helpful throughout our stay. Lovely room. Hotel well postioned in the town. Close to the lake and the bars and restaurants. Lovely outdoor heated pool and thermal pools too.
