Aurika, Udaipur – Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels

Everything about Aurika Hotel Udaipur was outstanding, but one thing truly stood out and deserves real appreciation. We saw a staff member who was deaf/disabled, and it honestly felt great to see the hotel giving opportunities and jobs to people with disabilities. That says a LOT about their values. Big respect. The staff overall is amazing—super welcoming, helpful, and fluent in English and Hindi. Ignore the negative comments; they don’t match the reality at all. We stayed in Room 1046 (Deluxe) and the view was unreal—crazy good for the price. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere, just stay here. Food, shuttle service, cleanliness, ambience—top tier. And the cultural programme with dance and music was beautiful and added so much charm. Aurika isn’t just luxury, it’s heart + culture done right. Great, great, GREAT experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The ambience, service, and attention to detail made our stay truly special. ||A special mention to the chef Pratik Dutt Trivedi — the food was exceptional, rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and unforgettable. Every meal felt like a fine-dining experience.||My wife and I created beautiful memories here, and we are truly grateful to the entire team for such warm hospitality. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again.

The location is spot on, with a stunning city view that's totally Insta-worthy. The service is more than decent, and the staff are super hospitable, from the gaurds (Raj) at the gate with a big smile - you'll feel your presence at the place. The ambience is peaceful and amazing, with a well-maintained gym and pool . The rooms are decent, and the food is global yet amazing. Must-try's include the thali and the chocolate cake. The restaurant staff Sharon was cute, Parsidh amazing. |The restaurant will be better with live kitchen to match the padharo vibe.|Golf cart drivers were amazing but patience is the key for golf carts.|My favourite was the lawn at the top block.|All in all, great value for money!

Had a great time staying at this luxurious property. Every staff was really helpful and they have nice breakfast spread. Also had biryani which was scrumptious. Had a cooking session as well with Mr Dharmendra(head chef) and stole a few recipes from him. He was nice. Took a dip in hot jacuzzi as well in the morning. Lovely property to stay at

Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Aurika Hotel. The room was fantastic and very comfortable. Water pressure was great and it was so peaceful and quiet. Room service was delicious too. But the pool isn’t temperature controlled as far as I could tell, so during winter the water was pretty cold. But it was quite hard to get Ubers from Aurika into the old town. We called multiple Ubers and despite accepting the trip, they called us to negotiate and increased the price. So either next time I would stay closer to the city and then come to Aurika to relax, or book a driver for the day.

We stayed at this hotel with high expectations, but unfortunately we were disappointed. First of all, I do not recommend this hotel because of its location. It is outside the city, which in itself could be fine, but the real issue is that the roads to get there are absolutely unsuitable. There is nothing around, and you end up being at the mercy of taxi drivers who charge double, taking advantage of the distance from the city center. At check-in, we were charged double the amount of our Booking.com reservation. After pointing this out, the excess was refunded to our card and we were told it was a mistake (luckily we noticed). The property is new, but the service is terrible. The services offered are basically nonexistent: we asked for help booking restaurants or activities and were told that we could call directly ourselves. Quite inappropriate for a 5-star hotel. The spa offers only a jacuzzi and it is not included: €95 for 75 minutes. Again, very strange for a 5-star hotel. Choose another hotel instead—you’ll thank me later. Happy New Year!

Our stay at Aurika, Udaipur was truly memorable and luxurious. The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views, beautiful architecture, and a calm, royal atmosphere that makes the experience very special.||The hospitality of the hotel staff was wonderful overall—everyone was courteous, warm, and eager to help, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, one issue we faced repeatedly was with the golf cart service, as it was delayed almost every time we requested it. This caused some inconvenience and is something the hotel could definitely improve.||That said, the service provided by the staff made up for it in many ways. A special thanks to Shubham, who served us on time and was extremely professional in his work. His attentiveness, polite nature, and efficiency truly stood out and added a personal touch to our experience.||Overall, Aurika Udaipur offers excellent hospitality and a beautiful stay, and with a little improvement in internal transport service, it would be absolutely perfect.

Lemon tree did best thing to create Aurika, as it is very unique in architecture plus it was really great experience to stay there for 2 nights. From breakfast to dinner, quality and quantity both are great, found little expensive but it’s brand value. They have baby food available 24/7. Staff is so polite. They have upgraded our room to top floor for better views.. Highly recommended 🩷
