The frontiers of space tourism - SilverKris

"A private startup unveiled plans for a small luxury orbital hotel that would host six guests at a time; promises include experiencing zero gravity, witnessing about 16 sunrises and sunsets every day, and viewing both northern and southern auroras. The company targeted a late-2021 launch with guest stays to follow, and priced a 12-day visit at approximately US$9.5 million." - Delle Chan

Nice waiting hall where I can get quick bites to eat before the train leaves the station. There is a hair salon as well inside the station. Ventra tickets Maine is available inside the station hall. Staff are friendly. One good thing about the station is that there are multiple entrances and exits in the station. Nice place overall!!

An innovative re-use of historic 1860's Chicago, Burlington and Quincy railroad shop facilities. There are a coffee shop and barber shop on premise. It is attached to the Roundhouse, which houses Two Brothers tap House and restaurant. Plenty of parking and is convenient walking distance to River Edge Park, Hollywood Casino and the Paramount Theater as well as other downtown Aurora attractions.

This is a really pretty train station I like that there is so much seating and it is fairly quiet. The bathroom is always clean and they have nice snacks options in terms of vending machines. The only thing is I couldn't locate a charging station or anywhere to plus in phone, normally I wouldn't care, but I had 2 hours to kill until my train arrived and would have liked to listen to some music

No problems. Safe, clean. There might be homeless one or two hanging around. Usually won't bother you. Do not give them money. Do not give them money. Druggies and alcoholics. They eat and sleep at two near by shelters.

In spite of my attitude towards Metra and Pace, I really like this station. It's faithful to the original architecture, with plenty of benches, vending machines, and a barber. In the AM, there's a good coffee shop, and it's connected to a bar/restaurant. It's one of the few stations with ticket agents, who are usually very nice, if you don't want to purchase online.
