Initially, purchasing a unit at The Hyde was not a part of our plan as I had intended to move to another landed home.
By chance, I began considering condos in districts 9, 10, and 11 around end October 2022.
After viewing at site of the Hyde along Balmoral Road and compared with another new development nearby, we concluded that The Hyde would be the best choice.
We like the 4 bedrooms design & configuration at The Hyde.
All room are well design and spacious with access to an unbelievable size bathroom. Making it all en-suite rooms. Not to mention a separate powder room near the foyer.

The layout of the 4 bedrooms is super efficient with a sizable living area & huge balcony - making it looks larger than 1600sqft.
The spacious balcony was functional and becomes the dining area.
Apart from the interior, I also think the architect and developer did an excellent job in designing the site:
- A large portion of the land was allocated to the pool and lawn area,
- Roof terrace provides residents to enjoy the panoramic view of Goodwood Hill with an air-conditioned clubhouse on one side and an infinity pool at the other side.
Overall, the design is well thought through, functionally beautiful and I was drawn to this place at first sight.
All the hard work you put into this development really shows.
