Austin Salt Room

The Austin Salt Room is truly one of my favorite places to unwind and rejuvenate in Austin. Every visit leaves me feeling more relaxed, restored, and revitalized, both physically and mentally. The calming ambiance and unique salt therapy create the perfect environment for relaxation and wellness. In addition to the incredible benefits of the salt therapy, I absolutely love attending yoga sessions there. The combination of yoga and the serene setting enhances my overall sense of peace and well-being. It’s a sanctuary where I can focus on nurturing my body and mind.

The Austin Salt Room has been such a wonderful addition to our neighborhood. The place is so well done, and it’s such a wonderful locally owned business where you can tell the people there really care. Most importantly - even after a short time in the room you feel so great. Highly recommend coming here meditation, yoga, or anything else!

I went in for a private session with a couple of my co-workers on a Sunday afternoon and had a lovely experience! They provided tea upon arrival and gave us our choice for a tea flavor to sip on while we relaxed in a spacious salt room. The vibes were incredible with their playlist of the month (Tame Impala's Currents album) and the conversation was just what we needed while gaining all of the benefits from the filtered salt generator. I will definitely recommend this experience to my friends!

I brought my three kids to the kids play time in the Salt room and it was just so calming to be in that beautiful room and we felt so welcomed by the owner and learned she built the room herself. It was a wonderful experience and my children loved playing with the salt. We highly recommend and will be returning!

Incredible experience. The salt room was amazing and then doing gentle yoga with yoga Nidra (storytelling while you relax) was just amazing. Well worth the visit!! I came from Washington state to meet one of my girlfriends in Austin and this was such a cool experience. If I lived in Austin, I would do this weekly, at least!!!

Went with friends to the salt room and absolutely loved it! Such a cute and cozy room. I was so relaxed the entire time, I could have fallen asleep. There were blankets, comfortable chairs and light music as well. 10/10 experience and can’t wait to come back soon with friends. Thank you Isabel for the wonderful experience!

Such a nice atmosphere! I left feeling very restored and energized. Isabel is such a great host and has done a great job setting this place up! I would definitely recommend checking out this locally owned small business!

I love what is being cultivated at the Austin Salt Room and can’t wait to make it apart of my self care routine in the new year! There are always so many events and community offerings, Isabel has made such a beautiful space!
