Thankful for accommodating our 12, then 13, and then 14 party. However, the service is too slow. Our party feels like our table was neglected as we see her, our server, attending to the other tables (3 other). Our drinks aren't refilled. She seems overwhelmed and she should've asked for help.

Still no food. The other tables that are 5+ per table are done. It's just us left. Don't clean up other table when you still have to attend to us.
Food arrived shortly after, my stepson's skirt steak came out first (celebrating him and his fiancé after bridal shower that day), and after 23mins everyone's food came.
So I posted the review while we were waiting and the owner or someone higher up saw my review and told the waitress. She asked around for me and found me. She proceed to "guilt trip" me about my review- told me about her boss being mad at her, and about why she needs the job. First, I really hope she doesn't get fired because this is not just on her but a reflection of your establishment. Second, you know your employee is drowning and you let her drown, shame on you. Third, you knew there was a big party that you accepted and should've assigned a backup with her. She was set to fail.
After we were done, bill came and we paid. As we were leaving, our party heard the server yelling at another server about our tip . Service=tip, that's how's it's always been and that's how it will always be. It is based on the service we received. And the fact that you had to talk to me about my review, about how I should've talked to you first (we tried flagging you multiple times, MAYBE if we/I could find and talk to you then maybe, but you were nowhere to be found or get a hold of).
She did the best she could, and her team let her down.
