Australis Coffee House

A cozy and lovely coffee house where you can enjoy some drinks or have a nice lunch! The vibe is great and it's a good place if you just want to grab a quick coffee, hang with friends or need to work on a project. One of the few places that has great wifi so you can do what you need! They also have two smaller rooms where you can sit in silence or if you need to attend a meeting it's perfect! The main area is nice with a lot of natural light. The staff was lovely as well with great service. The hot chocolate was a nice but could use a little sweetening to my taste. The food was great. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with mixed peppers and asparagus. It was cooked nicely with some good taste. It had tartar sauce on the side which was a nice addition.

What a cute hidden gem! Not too busy, no long lines. The matcha latte and cappuccino were really good. We also got a cake, it was very tasty. Friendly and fast service. Definitely check this place out. It was a little confusing where it was, but there's a sign in front of a doorway.. it's on the second floor.

So far, during my stay in Punta Arenas, this was the best specialty coffee where I’ve been. The coffee is great (I had a chemex), the staff makes you feel very welcomed, the food is very good and tasty and the place is very cool and quiet.

Absolutely fabulous. We went for lunch and because we liked it so much, we went the next day for breakfast. Lovely cosy atmosphere. Good cappucino’s. Excellent (vegatarian) sandwiches and cakes. Good wifi as well.

Great amount of space for sitting, kind staff, tasty cappuccino. The service was a bit slow but they were busy and seemed short staffed. I grabbed some takeaway options to share and they were great as well.

Quiet, relaxed and high quality coffee and cakes. Free WiFi. Tasteful decorations. I could spend hours here!

Absolutely gorgeous, redesigned spaces that are airy and full of light. I enjoyed my chai latte and cookies 🍪 Nice waitresses and barista. Paid my card. Would return!

I had a great experience at this café! The V60 coffee was excellent—smooth, well-balanced, and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about their coffee and know what they’re doing. It was easily one of the best pour-overs I’ve had in a while. The sandwiches, on the other hand, were just okay. They weren’t bad, but they didn’t stand out either. I was hoping for something more flavorful or unique, but they were fairly average. Still, they were fresh and did the job for a quick bite. What really made this place special was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made me feel right at home and were happy to answer any questions about the menu. It’s rare to find such genuinely warm and enthusiastic service, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. Even though the food was just alright, the coffee and outstanding service more than made up for it. I’ll definitely be coming back! Five stars 🌟
