The hotel’s location near the ring road makes it very convenient for reaching the airport while still being well connected to the city center. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the food is excellent, and the staff are highly professional. The hotel also offers conference facilities, though they are located in the basement with no natural daylight. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Austria Trend Hotel Ljubljana. We booked a king bedroom, and it was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. I especially liked that the toilet and bathroom were separate. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower head in the bathtub—it was hollow in the center with no modes to adjust. A simple shower head would honestly work much better. The staff were excellent—friendly, multilingual, and always ready to help. I even saw one staff member assisting a nonverbal guest with a smile, which was really heartwarming. Service overall was top-notch. Breakfast was one of the largest spreads I’ve seen, with plenty of variety (though mostly the sweets changed daily). The coffee machine could be better, but everything else was great. They even made a fresh omelette for my wife since the scrambled eggs had bacon, and the waiters were very quick with clearing tables. The location isn’t right in the city center, but it’s manageable—about a 30-minute walk to the bus station and 45 minutes to the center. Thankfully, there’s a bus stop right outside with two buses going to the center every 15 minutes. Parking inside hotel is expensive though, please to check it. Overall, I can definitely recommend this hotel whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family. I’d happily stay here again and look forward to trying Austria Trend hotels in other locations too.

This was my first time staying at this hotel chain in Ljubljana. Honestly, compared to other hotels in the area, I can’t say I found it good value for money. There’s no fixed parking fee — every time you enter or leave, you have to go to reception to get your ticket validated. On top of that, charging €8 per use of the gym felt excessive. The rooms were spacious but not clean enough; the bathroom and towels still had traces from previous guests. On the other hand, the breakfast was very diverse — probably the best among the hotels I’ve stayed at in the area.

Great stay – friendly staff, tasty burger & beer, and an excellent breakfast. Only downside was the bathroom glass panel letting water out. Parking is pricey (nearby garage ~€12/day), but a quick taxi ride to the center costs just ~€7 via app.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are simple and comfortable. The staff speaks multiple languages, is friendly, and always willing to help. The service is also excellent, and the breakfasts are good, although they are similar, with only the sweets changing. I also enjoyed the spa, which is located on the -2nd floor. Although the hotel is not located near the city center, it is a 30-minute walk to the bus station and a 45-minute walk to the city center. In any case, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. I can definitely recommend this hotel for your stay, no matter how many people you are traveling with, whether it's just one or two, or even a family.

Large room with a comfy super king bed. Clean and tidy. Fantastic front desk who were very friendly and helpful. Easy parking . Hotel is 3 miles from the centre but a bus stop opposite the hotel to take you in . Breakfast was sufficient.

Location is a good, my friends are mostly living out of town so they can pick up me easily, downstairs got many coffee shops, restaurants, and still can walk to city centre. The lobby is big, many seats, the room is clean, tidy and bright. The breakfast buffet is very taste, I am sure I will choose this hotel in next trip.

A really welcoming hotel on one of the main roads into the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were given a room on the top floor which afforded great views of the mountains in the distance. It was easy to hop on a bus from a stop outside the hotel to get into and back from the city centre about 10 minutes away. Lovely, very varied breakfast. Would happily stay there again.
