I recently stayed at Austria Trend Hotel Ljubljana, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff was attentive and accommodating. Upon arrival, we requested a room on the top floor, and they immediately granted our wish with no hassle—a great start to our stay.It rained on the first day, but the hotel staff came to the rescue by promptly providing us with umbrellas when we asked. This small gesture made a big difference and showed their commitment to guest comfort. The breakfast was truly the highlight of our stay. The buffet spread was extensive, with something for everyone. From a cereal and nuts bar to a coffee station offering filter coffee and a variety of fresh juices, the options were endless. There was a cheese and meat section, a wonderful selection of breads, omelettes, sausages, fried eggs, bacon, chia pudding, fresh fruits, and even lemon-infused water. Everything was absolutely delicious—easily the best buffet breakfast we've ever had. Typically, buffet breakfasts can be a bit underwhelming, but this one was in a league of its own.The location of the hotel was also very convenient. Being close to a bus station made it easy for us to travel to and from the city center effortlessly.Overall, our stay at Austria Hotel Ljubljana exceeded expectations in every way. From the thoughtful service to the incredible breakfast and convenient location, it was a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

A really welcoming hotel on one of the main roads into the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were given a room on the top floor which afforded great views of the mountains in the distance. It was easy to hop on a bus from a stop outside the hotel to get into and back from the city centre about 10 minutes away. Lovely, very varied breakfast. Would happily stay there again.

It’s 4 km from the city center. Comparing with city center not very nice area. Beautiful room, clean hotel, nice staff. Only problem: no swimming pool and for sauna you have to pay 25 euro for hour. Also if you would like to go to gym you can do it once per day, taking special card at the reception.

The room was a good size and generally comfortable, which we appreciated. The bathtub was unusually high, making it hard to get in and out just to take a shower. Something to consider, especially for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. The food at the hotel’s café the Winners lounge was quite expensive compared to what you can get in the surrounding area. The most disappointing part was the rude behavior of the man managing the parking area in front, Amir. His attitude left a bad impression, which is a shame because the rest of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was clean and nice. Only the walls were a little scratched and a little dirty in room 606. The location is a little strange. The food was great. The internet is pretty good. When we booked in booking.com they said we dont have to pay parking, when we came the receptionist didnt wanted to listen to us and he charged us 30€ parking per day.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast was quite good, offering a variety of options to start the day well. However, our check-in experience was disappointing. We had booked a double bed room, but the male receptionist explicitly asked if we wanted separate beds, making us feeling uncomfortable. We booked a double bed for a reason—our choice should not have been questioned in a way that implied assumptions about our relationship. This interaction left us feeling discriminated against, which was not a welcoming start to our stay.
