I am very pleased on this service. I went to Houston Texas for 4 days. I had rented a car in budget. But it was not what I expected. So I returned it back and I found this place on google. Auto exotic rental. I called the guy last minute at about 6 pm. Thank you to him I was able to rent a Range Rover autobiography. Very elegant and nice car. The service and customer service was excellent. Don’t have any complaint. Very smooth transaction. Also very quick on the deposit return. This is one of the best spots I’ve rented a car. Definitely recommend.

BEWARE: They will rent out cars to you that have been rented out the day before with a return time 1 hour before you have to pick it up. Had to waste 2 hours of my wedding day to find another convertible because the previous renter didn’t bring it back on time. They first sent me to the wrong address for pick up, and then told me the wrong suite number for the third party office. Turns out the third party had convertibles for rent that Exotic Auto failed to mention. Thank God that a guy from Turo has a quick turn around and willing to work with me. If you’re looking for a car for a timely, life-changing event, look somewhere else Update: It’s been 2 weeks now and I was supposed to get a full refund for $3000 (deposit + car rental). No money back. Have contacted them multiple times about it. One saying it was done, the other saying “I’ll see what happened” with no follow up. So evidently they will take your money without even providing any kind of service in return. Never got a car from them at all. Disputing charges...terrible business practices.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Auto Exotic. From the initial conversation till I picked up the car, they were very informative and responsive. I will definitely be considering them again when my fiancé and I have our wedding next year. They were very responsive to every phone call, text message, and email I sent them. Also, the were very flexible on the pickup/drop off time.

Ruined wedding due to incompetent company. Had a vehicle booked for a wedding. Booked a month in advance and placed a deposit. Day came and we went to the pick up location. There was no car called the office and finally spoke to someone. Was told that the car was double booked. They said that they would get me the vehicle at 7:30am the next morning which would have worked. 7:30 came and went no car, no call, no text. Contacted them via text and asked them to cancel the reservation and received call saying the driver was stuck in traffic and would be another 20 minutes. Just lies.

Horrible service and policies. I made reservations for a rental, AFTER I paid I received an email stating I needed full coverage insurance (which I do not have), so I cancelled the reservations more than a week before reservations ( because I was not an eligible customer). I still have not received my money back and keep getting the run around when I call to speak to the manager about it. I ended up renting a Cadillac XTS through Budget and had no problems. Its the principle behind what is going on here. I was never informed that I needed full coverage insurance till after I paid, and not wanting to return my money is a complete scam.

BIG SCAM. Showed up to the address and it’s an empty parking garage. Talked to someone who works in the building across the street and auto exotic hasn’t been a business in awhile. The only reason I got my money back is because I used PayPal and filed a claim. I rented a Mercedes I paid $700 and would not have gotten my money back if I didn’t pay with Pay Pal. This was back in July 2020 I can post my pay pal claim. The only time I have had any contact with anyone from this company after calling over and over is his comment on this post. BUYER BEWARE.

Bunch of scam artists. they will take your steal your deposit and never give it back. and every one who works there uses the name Mike for all communications. and if anything goes wrong they blame the name Raju Hudson. Also the car you rent is probably the car you WON'T get but they will keep the money and charge you additional price for a different car and never return the deposit. the price they tell you; times it by three and that is what you will be loosing if you use this worthless company. Also they address on the website is incorrect. they will take you in circles to different places.

My brother & I came to Houston for a night to take care of business, we wanted to ride in style. Auto Exotic Rentals took care of us with such an easy process. It was last minute and they had a great inventory to choose from. We went with the Mercedes Benz AMG GTS ($180,000 window sticker) and it was breaking necks! Amazing ride, I would highly recommend. You may want to reserve your rental ahead of time to expedite the process.

BEWARE AND BE WARNED, THIS RENTAL COMPANY IS FULL OF SCAMMERS. RUN!! This is definitely the WORST rental experience I have ever had. I rented a Rolls Royce Ghost to use for a wedding. This guy named "Mike" but his real name is Raju Hudson who is supposed to be the general manager told me on the phone that the car was a 2016 only for me to come and find out that it was a 2011. Secondly, when I came to pick up the vehicle, he was over and hour late and then I had to go to another location just to pick the car as he could not make it to their office one time. Thirdly, when I got the car, there was not a drop of gas in it. I mean the tank was on E with less than 10 Miles to Drive be4 it gets completely empty. Mike did not even care that he had caused us to wait an hour, we still had to go by the gas station to get some gas before going to pick up the bride and hour later than expected. Lastly, upon returning the car in perfect shape, Mike and his partner started looking for anything kind of damage to pin on us so that they could keep our $2000 deposit. They finally found an almost invisible scratch on the rear bumper which was not picked up by the prerental photos and said they were going to bill us for it. Mind you the bump already had so many other scratches on it and we made not of it but the moment they found one that was no show omg clearly on the pictures, they said we did it. All our efforts to express to them that we did not put any scratch on the car fell on deaf ears. 4 days later, I got a call from mike saying they were going to deduct $799 from our deposit to fix the whole bumper. We are currently filing a lawsuit against these people because they are crooks and they are trying to exploit people for money. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are only getting 1 star from me because there is no way to give them a zero or a negative star rating. Beware and be warned.

I had a Great experience renting from Auto Exotic Rental. I reserved a specific car a week ago, when I came to pick that day, Car was out of commission, they immediately upgraded me to a higher class vehicle. The car was in very pristine condition like new, compare to previous rental from otter business car had service issues. I highly recommend renting from them. Will be back to rent again.

I'm not one to write nasty reviews but this was aggravating. Auto Exotic Rentals Houston has lost all respect as a legitimate company to me. Not only did I PAY two months in advance for the Rolls Royce Ghost but when it came within a few days of the rental no one employed there would return a phone call or voicemail. Their phone number on the website would give me a disconnected error and they don't have an updated address of their business address. The communication, when I did make contact with Kay or Raju, was lacking to provide customer service and never a clear expected time of pick up. The rental was for my wedding day and almost two weeks later I have still not been able to make contact with them. Yes, I paid with a confirmed email agreement for the expected date of rental. Thankful Enterprise Exotic Rentals hooked me up with an Audi R8 and saved the day on the Morning of my Wedding. Salute to Enterprise Exotic Rentals off I-10/Gessner.

DO NOT RENT!!! This company is a fraudulent/scam operation. I reserved and paid for a specific car two months in advance and followed up multiple times to ensure it will be available and was reassured by them everything is on track. On the day of pickup, Raju AKA "Mike" brought an older, different make/model car than what I reserved. He asked me to take this instead and he will bring the car I reserved later, realizing this was a bait and switch, I declined and said I will wait for the car to show up, Mike said he would have it in an hour, of course the hour passed and he did not delivered, he offered to give me a full refund, I asked him to issue the refund and then he never did and stopped replying to all my messages. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Luckily I was able to get what I needed from Uptown Auto Exotics, they saved the day for me, highly recommend them.

We rented the Rolls Royce Ghost for our exit vehicle on our wedding night. It was a huge hit and the driver was so sweet!! He was early and on our drive to the hotel he played the music we wanted to listen to. When we arrived to the hotel the driver even snapped a few pictures at our requests. I highly recommend these guys at Auto Exotic rental!

MAJOR SCAMMER. RUINED WEDDING Booked Rolls Royce for a wedding a month in advance. Day arrived went to pick up car found it to be empty parking lot. Finally received a call back from the company and they said the car was double booked and they did not know how that happened. Promised car at 7:20am next morning which was a Sunday and car was no show. When a texted to cancel they called and said the car was stuck in traffic. Just lies any reputable company would arrive early. DO NOT USE WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY ALSO. INCOMPETANT COMPANY.

Most of the photos on the website are not even consistent with the same car. Some have different brake calipers, bumpers etc. Some aren't even in the states as they have European license plates. And the worst of all. They used a TOY MODEL for some of the photos on the white Aventador. Seriously? Very unprofessional website. I would reconsider.

STOP BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ. Wanted a special car for my brothers wedding. Booked well in advance with a large deposit for a Rolls Royce. Called to ensure the car would be ready on time the day before and the day off and no one answered the phones. We were trying all evening and even various numbers and never got anyone to answer. When we did get through to someone via the new reservation option they told us they had double booked the vehicle!!!! We were then promised the vehicle would be with us first thing in the morning the day of the wedding. NO SURPRISE, The vehicle was a no show!!! Thank goodness for Royal Carriages who came to our rescue with a limo for the big day. We found out the driver had traveled in the night before just so he was available to drive us. That's SERVICE! SAVE YOURSELF TIME,MONEY AND DISAPPOINTMENT. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM.

Rented the Corvette Stingray for my sister's wedding and Auto Exotic Rentals did not disappoint. Everyone was pleasant to work with and the car was incredible to drive. If I had a few thousand dollars to throw around I would definitely try to rent a Lamborghini or Ferrari. I understand on other reviews that the No Refund/No Cancellation policy has been a problem and it made me a little hesitant at first but ultimately I'm glad I ended up giving AER my business.

I rented a Ferrari 458 Italia yesterday for my husband as a birthday present (experience). He received it and was in awe! The Italia receives so much attention! It is a BEAUTIFUL and yet a bit complicated (for me ;))sports car inside and out. And the company keeps it in good condition. Piper was the sales associate I worked with and I am so grateful to her and the staff, because the entire staff was actually quite kind and friendly! However, Piper was the one I worked with most and she helped everything go so smoothly as I had so many questions and concerns. She was very understanding and help turn the birthday surprise into a surprise. There was a gentleman named Mustafa (I hope I am spelling right) who dropped off the car to my husband and helped us in returning it. He seriously could not be any more nicer in showing us where to go, describing the car, and asking us about our experience. Great company, reasonable rates, awesome vehicles, two gorgeous sales associates, smooth process, friendly knowledgeable staff, and a nice guy :) Yep, I recommend them y'all!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. i decided To rent an exotic car from them,it came with a check engine light as others have described. I promptly informed them of the light and they blew it off as if I said nothing, and then the car broke down right as I had to go to the birthday event i rented the car for. I then was able to get some truth from there technician who checks out there stalled cars (hence this happens often) he explained that they use salvaged vehicles and that they often have this happen. The company then more often than not will blame it on the vehicle and get a check from insurance that is much higher than there cost of repair (fraud). I don't know what has to happen to bring this to light but if I have to be the one to take a stand then so be it. I'll see y'all on local news.

The car was great. Cadillac makes a fine vehicle. That's where the good ends. We rented an Escalade for a weekend trip to Houston. We paid up front for the vehicle, plus an extra $200 to drop-off/pick-up the vehicle from the airport. When we arrive at Houston Intercontinental, there was no vehicle dropped off anywhere. After a half and hour trying to locate someone from the company, we find out as the the staff at Auto Exotic forgot to drop it off and we would have to find our own way from the airport at our own expense. To add insult to injury, a refund of the $200 drop-off/pick-up fee was promised initially. And then promised again. And then being worked on by accounting. And then the check is in the mail. And then the sales agent is on vacation. And then eventually ... no refund at all because "I received the services I paid for" and no one understands why I should feel slighted. We will return to Houston, but never to this rental company again.

Absolute rip-off. I bought the silver package as an anniversary gift for my husband. It was a while before we finally went in to redeem our voucher. I called and set up an appointment. We were greeted by a lady at the front desk. She did our paper work and walked us through the process. She said there would be a fine if we do any damages to the vehicle and before we took off, she did a check of the vehicle. ****This is the most important part**** Make sure you thoroughly check the vehicle along with the lady. We did not pay much attention. We checked for the basics. Everything looked good and we took off. When we came back, the lady did an inspection again and this time she found a scratch on the rim of the wheel!!!! Surprise Surprise!! I assure you we were ultra careful and were not responsible for the scratch. We later went back and looked at the pictures we took right after we got the car. The scratch was already there. We did not pay enough attention to notice it during the first inspection. We ended up paying an additional 200$ for the scratch even tough it was not our fault because we signed papers and they could potentially effect our credit by reporting to collections. Note: We showed them the pictures and told them it was not our fault except for we were not keen enough to check every detail of the car. Never gonna rent with them again!

I made a deposit for the Lamborghini and it was not available due to maintenance so I requested a refund so that I could get the car at another place, they refused and offered a Ferarri in exchange, although I didn't want the Ferrari I had no choice. They did offer a a couple of other small things to go with it but it was not enough to cover the amount of displeased unsatisfaction they caused at their own expense. They should have and could have got the Car from another source at their expense but refused to accommodate which caused a dissatisfaction with what could have been a future customer. However The employees that worked for the owner were very pleasant.

I rented a Bentley GTC for my birthday. Didn't get the contract until the day before where I noticed they had an older 2007 Bentley but advertise the new body style. After explanation, agreement for their 2014 Maserati MC Sport was reached. Drove the car that evening and night a total of 35 miles before it had mechanical issues. Pulled up to a high end location to be greeted with a mechanic's business card while valet parking...talk about embarrassing! Called them the following morning, the car was considered undriveable because the rear end was making a loud clicking noise. I was asked multiple times if I broke the car hit something, but clearly the car didn't haven any exterior damage. After going back to the office (our parking lot I should say) I was given a copy of the inspection sheet with mileage and a brief comment saying will check to see if customer caused damage. I was told I would get an email for a free one day rental since I was inconvencied. I never received a response, so I sent 3 emails to them with no response still. I called and the person by the name Rusul, who is the same one who said I would get a free rental, told me I can only get a discounted rental NEXT time. Who would want to rent from this company again? I asked to speak to a manager, she told me there isn't a manager.. I asked to speak to the owner she says he's out of the office. Wouldn't give me a name or anything. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Currently waiting for a response before I take legal actions.

I requested the Panamera (Porsche) but at the last minute it wasn't available . They kindly put me in a Flying Spur for the place of the Panamera. I wasn't complaining whatsoever. The folk there were very professional and the Bentley was all that and more. Wifey and I enjoyed our night out. We will visit again soon.

So disgusted by this place.... contacted them about trying to set up a special birthday for a veteran who is helping his family mud out their home from the hurricane, and they offered me 10% off. What a joke, not because I expected something for free, but how disgusting is it that they have the nerve to offer 10% when clearly here on yelp they have a 20% offer? And a bogo on their website? That's what a hard working veteran is worth to them. They OBVIOUSLY didn't even care. They could have been gracious enough to tell me about the yelp 20% offer! That would have been GREAT!!! Thanks but I'd rather take out a loan and pay full price elsewhere. This is sad

Their current Groupon offer is a total scam. They're offering a 3 hour rental for $129 & claim it's a 74% discount. If you go to their website or call them $129 is their regular normal everyday price. I guess they're hurting for business & decided to drum some up by lying.

The overall process was fairly easy and enjoyable. Friendly staff and beautiful cars. We rented a 2015 Range Rover Autobiography... talk about luxury. Only thing that needs improvement is the website. It would be nice if the inventory was posted and updated daily. We had to call and see what cars were available for the day. We originally wanted to rent a different car that was on the website but once we called we were told it wasn't available.

I rented a Ferrari from them last month. When I came to pick up the car some guy that only spoke Arabic met with me. I went over the paperwork and noticed that they added an extra $200 to what they said they would charge me on their website. I didn't have time to argue so I agreed and took the car for the night. When I came back to drop off the car the next day I was greeted by 2 Iraqi guys. One said that the car was scratched underneath the bumper, but it was so minor and unnoticeable that they would overlook it. The next day I get a call from a guy named "Steve" and he tells me that they have to keep my entire $3000 deposit because the repair would cost $300, but since the car would be unrentable for a couple days they would have to charge me for the full price of renting the car for those days it would be in the shop. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company, but since they never provided me any paperwork when I picked up or dropped off the car there isn't much they can do. I also researched this company and the address posted on their website belongs to an office building that has received numerous complaints about this business doing fraudulent charges and using their address as a place of business when they aren't even tenants. I don't recommend doing business with this company unless you want to get ripped off and deal with your credit card company for the next few months.

Car was supposed to be at the location at 5 and the driver assured us will be 30 minutes earlier.. 5:45 Rolls Royce no show and no contacted us.. we called and they told the car broke down in Dallas while our event in Houston.. YELP, STOP HIDING THE BAD REVIEWS! I'm rating 1-star so that my post will be visible on the site. Auto Exotic just ruined our wedding day. They promised us an Aston Martin Convertible (my fiance is a HUGE Bond fan), when we booked it back in September 2013. Fast forward to two weeks ago, the car apparently was involved in a "car accident" (which I'm not sure I believe). They offered us a Ferrari for $150 more (usually is $300 more), so while it wasn't the car we hoped for, we decided we'll pay the extra and get it. Today, three days before our wedding, they've informed us that the car was already rented out and that there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO. They are instead offering us an R8, which is nowhere near what we wanted. Nor will they offer us a refund. PLEASE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS - I wish we had. I look forward to reporting these guys and hope that they are out of business soon.

I decided to rent the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder for my son's 7th birthday and absolutely loved it. I'd say it was a check off of BOTH of our bucket lists. He loved the ride, his classmates were impressed and he was no doubt the most popular boy in school that week. Customer service was friendly, just be sure to clarify deposit amounts (the day you sign up) because it depends directly on how much insurance coverage you have. Other than that, happy customer and will definitely be back!

I rented the Hummer H1 for my Marine son's groom's men roundup. Being they were all military young men they enjoyed the ride in this beast since it was rugged and different from a limo ride. The Hummer H1 is more of a utility vehicle so it rides like one. Do not expect a smooth Cadillac ride because it's an actual real Hummer. It was perfect for what we had in mind for these young Marines. The service was great and the staff was top notch! They helped me along the way to make this rental a smooth process and followed up with me several times to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. I highly recommend them for all your exotic car rental needs.

STAY AWAY!!! This place is a nightmare. I reserved a Ferrari months in advance for a special event being held in Austin. I live on the east coast, and my only reason for traveling to Austin was for this event. When I called to make the reservation I spoke with the manager, Daniel Lee. He assured that the specific vehicle I needed was available for those dates and instructed me to make the reservation through their website. As I was doing this, I noticed that they have a no refunds / no cancellation policy. I did not pay it much mind because my trip had already been booked, tickets purchased, and there was no way I was going to cancel the car rental. So I made the reservation. I called Daniel back to confirm they had received my reservation, paid for the rental and vehicle delivery in full ($4000 + $400) and was emailed a confirmation. This was all done a month prior to the date I needed the car. One month later, I arrived in Austin the day before the vehicle was to be delivered and called Daniel to touch base and make sure I was all set for the following day. It was at this point that Daniel told me the vehicle I had reserved was in the shop being repaired and that they would be unable to deliver the car as promised. Daniel offered to provide me with a Bentley as a replacement, but for the same price (though the Bentley is offered on their website for several hundred dollars less per day than the car I had already paid for). In addition, I reserved a Ferrari because I needed a two seat supercar. Not a land yacht favored by old rich fat guys. Keep in mind that this is all happening within 24 hrs of when the vehicle I had reserved was supposed to be delivered. I HAD TO CALL THEM to find this all out. No one from the company had reached out to tell me the car was no longer available. I told Daniel the Bentley would be unacceptable as a replacement and requested that he instead just refund my money, so that I could rent a vehicle that would suit my needs from another company. It was at this point that Daniel told me could not issue me a refund as per their no cancellation policy, only credit toward a future rental! I was furious. I live on the east cost and have no use for a $4400 credit toward a car rental in a city halfway across the country. I accused Daniel of running a scam and told him I would be disputing the charges with my card company. At that point, he became irate, cursed me out and hung up the phone one me. Then he immediately emailed me a revised version of my contract where he had crossed out Ferrari and hand written in Bentley! I immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. Auto Exotic responded by providing them a copy of the contract Daniel had altered, and told the credit card company I had canceled my Bentley Rental so no refunds as per their policy. My credit card company sided with them and now I have a $4400 store credit for an exotic rental in a city I probably will never be in again. Meanwhile, I was able to find a vehicle that suited my needs for the event from a Houston based Exotic Rental company. With only 12 hrs notice they delivered the vehicle I needed to my door in Austin, free of charge. I have since called Auto Exotic to inquire about my store credit. They told me that it had since expired. Daniel no longer works there and nobody seems to care at all. This place is a total joke. In the end, I paid these guys $4000 up front plus $400 delivery for a vehicle that never even came. The greedy jerks even kept the vehicle delivery fee!!! Outrageous. I have sent several emails trying to reach someone with any authority over there to explain my situation. To date they have ignored my repeated attempts at contacting them. I am now considering dragging them into court. PLEASE....Take your business anywhere else.

Do not use this company! I bought a gift card for my son & husband last Christmas & was told it was valid for one year which we needed as my husband travels extensively. In November he tried to arrange the rental & was advised that the company was under new ownership & had sold off all the Lamborghinis & Ferraris. Which seems odd as their website still showed these cars as available to rent. The only available cars were a Mercedes or rolls Royce, neither of which is of interest to a sports car enthusiast like my son. So my husband requested a refund. The sales rep tried to contact the owner for us but did not get a response. He gave me the new owner's phone number & I have also tried calling & texting the new owner & get no response. I believe this is some sort of scam company & I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau for fraudulent marketing practices as they continue to advertise on their website that exotic sports cars are available for rent when they are not.

Rented the Bentley for wedding, was working initially but then did not start. Called and the mechanic called back in an hour and asked to hit the middle console due to some wiring issue... I was like what!!! but it worked. Long story short, it delayed the whole wedding. No compensation offered for inconvenience, not even a call back. I don't think that's good customer service.

Paid close to 3k to have vehicle delivered to airport which did arrive. I was told to catch a cab to their very small office when also I was informed they my vehicle was not available. Not only had I been impacted but also another group of guys. I feel hustled and caught off guard as I had looked forward to driving a 650i. The staff spoke limited English and were not able to assist with much. I will never use this agency as they clearly lied to me & others. This seems to be one if their business strategies.

Rented the Audi R8 for a long weekend of driving and head turning events. Like others before Highly recommend using this service. I was treated with the utmost professionalism and they made the transaction smooth, quick and easy. The vehicles are very well taken care of and are in meticulous shape. It's not your average rent a car place, so don't expect to get away cheaply, but well worth it. I have some of their other fleet on my radar now. ;)

There service really sucked! Very unorganized. They ripped us off & took our deposit supposedly the car had scratches and dents when it was inspected before leaving the lot. I would not recommend this place. If you do opt for them take extra precautions.

Found online some time ago, called them directly and "sure we can help you!" First thing they did was charge my ccard... BEFORE the weekend came for them to deliver the car I had to cancel things. They would not refund my money! They would only give me credit for a future rental. WHAT!?!?!? They said it was in their online agreement and contract ... Excuse me, the FIRST thing you did was charge my card! Will NEVER visit with them again. It was a lot of money too, so maybe my lawyer would like to look into it ...

I rented a Ferrari and upon pickup some men rubbed underneath the car and said the was a scratch which wasn't shown prior to the car being packed up. They then charged my card $2300 without any notice and never sent anything over regarding these repairs. There was nothing visually wrong with the vehicle. Don't rent from here, there are much better places. They are using people to make money. You have been warned!

Tried to use them years ago for my wedding and they disappointed me the evening before the wedding. To make matters worse, they were making excuses for not having the 3 cars I wanted available and "wanting to give me future credit" when they were disappointing me for one of the most important events in my life. I called them every month to ensure everything is set, paid for the rentals 6 months in advance and the night before my wedding, they called me to tell me they did not have even 1 car available for me. I read reviews in other places and this seems to be their modus operandi. I have said it before, and I will continue to say it, these people, company are unreliable and untrustworthy. Even courtesy of refunding the money to me to go else was a problem after THEY did not have cars for me. Common courtesy would have expected them to be apologetic and issue me an instant refund. I had to fight this through my credit card company who saw that they had absolutely no merit in not giving me my money back.

Worst car company I've ever delt with. I've rented cars in many exotic companies throughout the world, this one is the worst by far. Very incompetent people, they have no idea of what they are doing, they are disrespectful and uneducated rednecks. I rented a Rolls-Royce Ghost, the car was old and banged up, service hadn't been done on it for a while so the car drove horribly. I returned the car a couple days later and flew back home. A week later I get an email saying the car had damage which was a complete lie, I checked the car all around myself and I was the only driver, they said they were keeping the $10,000 deposit on the card because of the fake "damage" they were never able to show proof of. After a phone call with the "guy in charge" he got scared when I mentioned my lawyer and the coward stopped picking up the phone to solve this matter. In the end I just called Amex, explained the situation and the deposit was refunded the same day. Definitely use ANY OTHER COMPANY BESIDES THIS ONE, their cars are in horrible conditions, they are old and everything is a scam with this shitty company. Careful!
