We stayed at this hotel in the “Villa” in April 2024. The villa we stayed in was un-livable. Here are some of our complaints. The shower in the bathroom that is attached to the bedroom did not drain. The shower was not clean! The water went up to my knees. The water was disgusting and never drained so I was never able to wash off all the muck that occurred from not draining. Because of that my husband showered in the second bathroom. Water came dripping down from the ceiling into the living room into my luggage that was open and got everything in there wet. Clearly this was not a new leak because damage was seen on the ceiling from previous leakage. That bathroom also had an infestation of ants. The ants were all over my son’s toothbrushes skin care, clothes and towels. It was really disgusting! So basically, we had two unusable showers, and one unusable bathroom. One of the 3 bedrooms smelled of mildew and mold. After trying to find the smell I found wet rags in the closet. They were covered in mold. My son had to sleep in that room. The entire villa felt dirty and was not cleaned properly. The lighting in the villa was horrible. We couldn’t see anything in the bathrooms or in any of the rooms. The lighting was so inadequate! I don’t know how you think that that is enough lighting for you to rent this villa. We also weeks before our stay for a transfer from the airport to the villa. That booking was confirmed via email They assured me they booked a van. I also confirmed with them a few days before we arrived. When we arrived at the airport, there was no one there for us. I had requested a large van specifically telling them we had four large suitcases and four carry-on suitcases. After waiting an hour for a driver we called the hotel and they had forgotten to arrange the transportation. After that call they sent someone in a small sedan car that would only fit less than half of our luggage. He had to find another car that could help get two of us and half of our luggage to the hotel. So we ended up with 2 cars. And we still had to pay for that, even though that mistake was on them. We stayed up until 2:00 am searching for a new hotel. When the gentleman that works there asked why we are checking out early we told him our issues and he seemed to know about all of them. They had no remorse or apology. They wouldn’t give us a refund. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and 100% the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my 55 years of life. Do not stay there!!! It won’t let me post 0 stars, but that’s what it deserves.

The location in the old city was excellent & convenient for walking around. We stayed in the Cosmos suite which was great. A superb breakfast was changed up daily & served to you in their picturesque courtyard. The staff were extremely helpful & accommodating. The majority of taxis aren't allowed into the old part, however the staff would call those that could enter, to make transportation issues easy. Would recommend & return without hesitation.

We stopped off here during a walk around the old Rhodes town in mid-October. We had been on our feet a while and needed to get away from the bustle of the tourist trail. Fortunately this hotel is set away from the main drag, and has a beautiful inner courtyard with a small fountain, the sound of which was very soothing. We had an iced tea and a coffee, and a dessert of baked banana with chocolate sauce and nuts (which was utterly delicious and really hit the spot). The rest of the menu looked basic but good for a snack. We found it a very peaceful place to rest our feet and our heads before setting off for more walking. It looks like a lovely place to stay as a hotel, one to note for the future.

Nice boutique hotel. Lovely stay. Room looked better in photos than in person. Nevertheless, room was cleaned and comfy. Lots of noticeable wear and tear, particularly in the bathroom. Had no hot water the first night, but that was fixed immediately and no issues afterwards. Breakfast was a bit of a let down upon first glance. However, it was delicious and filling. Customer service was phenomenal. No complaints with service. The home cooked meal was delicious and enjoyable. Location was perfect for seeing old town and close enough to catch publuc transport. Overall, would stay here again if visiting Rhodes.

Had an absolutely lovely time in this hotel. The staff were very pleasant. |It is run by a Greek family, who stayed up late to check us in which was much appreciated.| It is quite a small hotel and therefore there weren't too many people staying there, and was very nice in the mornings having breakfast in the peace and quiet.| The breakfast was served to us each day by the staff and was not a buffet breakfast. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed trying new Greek food each day which is something we might not have done had it been buffet style. |The rooms air conditioning was amazing especially when coming out of the 30 - 35 degree heat, it stayed nice and cool all day long. The room we stayed in was exceptional, it had its very own unique character, a TV, a shared terrace overlooking a beautiful tree. | It is the perfect location centered in the Old Town right of the famous Street of the Knights and only a very short distance up the street from the Palace of the Grand Master, which is definitely worth a visit. |Fabulous restaurants are scattered all across the Old Town in very close proximity to the hotel. I would recommend the Zebrano All Day Cafe Restaurant which has great quality food and is right at the bottom of the street from the hotel tucked away in the corner by the Old Town entrance. ||Would 100% come back again.

This hotel was very unique in both good and bad ways. On the good side - located in the heart of the old city, right off the street of the knights. Nice to be able to stroll through the multitude of shops and nightlife right outside the hotel door and the hotel itself gives you the feel of the old town. Breakfasts were amazing and the staff (owners, I believe) were very friendly. On the not so good side - the staff are only there from like 8 am to around 8 in the evening. After that, the place is literally locked up, empty and dark. Made for quiet sleeping, but also hard to get assistance, as we were out and about all day most days. Other big negative is it's very difficult to get to with luggage in tow (streets are all very rough cobblestone). Taxis don't go into the old city and the city gate is several blocks away. The hotel has a golf cart shuttle and there's a public shuttle as well, but they only operate after 9 in the morning. When we had to catch an early flight, the owner said it was too early to use their golf cart and the taxis couldn't come in, so we'd just have to drag our luggage across the cobblestone streets to get to a taxi at 6 am. I then called a taxi company myself and they said they'd pick us up in front no problem - that they are allowed to come in early mornings. At any rate, a minor blip but still a little frustrating. Otherwise, though, we enjoyed our stay and can't imagine not staying in the old city now that we've done it.

Right in the middle of the old town, so a place to feel the medieval atmosphere around you. Wonderful garden setting for breakfasts (book ahead for dinner which is home cooked and good value) and lovely service from the owners. I was put in the Annex, a few minutes walk around the corner. Annex rooms are not the same standard as rooms shown on the website, more like a shared guest house, so check carefully what you book.

Lovely tranquil location. A stones throw from the centre of the old town. We stayed in the residence suite which is just away from the main hotel. We had a private courtyard and use of a fully equipped house, however I don’t think this is typical of the rooms within the hotel its self. All the staff, especially the cleaner, were lovely. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.
