We recently stayed at the Avalon Boutique Hotel and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect — right in the middle of Rhodes’ medieval Old Town. You walk out the door and you’re straight into the cobbled streets with shops, cafes, and history all around. But the moment you step back inside, it’s quiet and peaceful, almost like you’ve escaped to another world. The stone courtyard is beautiful and instantly relaxing.||Our room was the Anatoli Suite, which was spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private terrace with sun loungers — great for having a bit of quiet time in the sun. The bed was very comfortable, everything was spotless, and the bathroom had a multi-jet shower that was a nice extra.||A big part of what made the stay so enjoyable was the people. Thenia welcomed us when we arrived and couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. There was also another lovely lady working there (sorry we didn’t get your name!) who was just as warm and welcoming. They really made us feel at home.||Breakfast was served outside in the courtyard, surrounded by greenery with the sound of a little fountain in the background. It was a calm and relaxing way to start each day.||This hotel has a great mix of old-world charm and modern comfort. We left with very happy memories and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Thenia and the rest of the team for a wonderful visit.

This hotel is truly a gem, reminiscent of Moroccan riads, with a beautiful inner courtyard surrounded by suites. Our room was a spacious two-room suite, perfect for a family of four — elegant, functional, and spotlessly clean.||Breakfast was of a very high standard, with highlights such as Greek yogurt with honey (absolutely delicious), cappuccino, tea or coffee, cakes, and fresh fruit. The location could not be better: right in the heart of Rhodes Old Town, just a five-minute walk from the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes.||The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, assisting us with the organization of our airport transfer and even accompanying us to the pick-up point.||Highly recommended!

Wonderful shady courtyard. We only discovered this spot by randomly walking around the backstreets. We did not stay here, but did enjoy a nice coffee in the courtyard. Very chill and we are not thinking of staying in this boutique hotel next year.

Nice boutique hotel. Lovely stay. Room looked better in photos than in person. Nevertheless, room was cleaned and comfy. Lots of noticeable wear and tear, particularly in the bathroom. Had no hot water the first night, but that was fixed immediately and no issues afterwards. Breakfast was a bit of a let down upon first glance. However, it was delicious and filling. Customer service was phenomenal. No complaints with service. The home cooked meal was delicious and enjoyable. Location was perfect for seeing old town and close enough to catch public transport. Overall, would stay here again if visiting Rhodes.

Beautiful little boutique hotel with lovely drinks & food menu. The staff were lovely with a welcoming smile and could not have been more helpful. Hidden away just off the main streets , well worth finding for a quiet drink and to just relax in the shade for an hour or so!

Had an absolutely lovely time in this hotel. The staff were very pleasant. |It is run by a Greek family, who stayed up late to check us in which was much appreciated.| It is quite a small hotel and therefore there weren't too many people staying there, and was very nice in the mornings having breakfast in the peace and quiet.| The breakfast was served to us each day by the staff and was not a buffet breakfast. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed trying new Greek food each day which is something we might not have done had it been buffet style. |The rooms air conditioning was amazing especially when coming out of the 30 - 35 degree heat, it stayed nice and cool all day long. The room we stayed in was exceptional, it had its very own unique character, a TV, a shared terrace overlooking a beautiful tree. | It is the perfect location centered in the Old Town right of the famous Street of the Knights and only a very short distance up the street from the Palace of the Grand Master, which is definitely worth a visit. |Fabulous restaurants are scattered all across the Old Town in very close proximity to the hotel. I would recommend the Zebrano All Day Cafe Restaurant which has great quality food and is right at the bottom of the street from the hotel tucked away in the corner by the Old Town entrance. ||Would 100% come back again.

We stayed at the Restaurant during our day trip to Rhodes for some some snacks and drinks. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely chat about Soumatha which we didn't know so far and we loved it.||The restaurant lies within the ancient part of the city and can be found in a nice yard next to the knights road. Everything was clean and beautifully arranged with some nice jazz playing in the background.

We stopped for gyros and homemade lemonade. It was fantastic, really good food. The owner was extremely kind and cooked us food despite the kitchen being closed and replaced my lemonade after a bird pooed in it! Thank you Μιχαήλ
