Filthy, urine on toilet from previous guest, dead bugs and flies in window, sheets were filthy- purchased bedding for our stay, fridge was very dirty and could not use it, cupboard under sink was dirty, shower made horrible squeal noise, floors were dirty, food stuck to the curtain in the bedroom, under stove and fridge have not been cleaned for what appears to be years, dog came running into room and could not get him out, dirty band aid behind toilet on floor, garbage on floor between couch and wall, bad smell. I will pay the pet fee and replace a blanket that was allegedly thrown in the garbage. ||||The bugs were not the nettled that Darren mentioned, these were flies. The town if Isoyoos is infested with beetles. Look at the trees and you will see the destruction and the beetle. ||||This hotel is in the perfect location and suited my needs. I’m sad that I will not be returning. ||||I believe in supporting local but this experience has changed that thought
