Avani+ Barbarons Seychelles

Newly renovated resort, for sure to impress. High quality facilities in the room. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Wifi was always working great. The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and gave great service. The pools are stunning, which makes up for the sea which is not very swimmable, but still a beautiful beach for nice long strolls. I highly recommend Avani+ Barbarons for business and pleasure.

I’d like to start off by saying the staff at Avani+ Barbarons are some of the most friendly and accommodating people I have encountered while traveling. Prior to arriving at the resort, my husband sustained an injury while hiking, which severely limited his mobility. At the last minute, they were able to change our room to a ground floor accessible room and went above and beyond to make sure my husband’s stay was as comfortable as possible. They even made him a get well card signed by all the staff. I don’t know what the resort looked like before, but since the renovation it is gorgeous! Especially in the pool area with various types of lounge seating, including seating in the water. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The view of the beach from the restaurant and pool is lovely. The water can be a little rough, but there is a good swimming spot on the far right side of the beach. The included breakfast was excellent with many options. The dinner prices are about equal to other high end restaurants on the island. I highly recommend Avani+ Barbarons!

I must admit, when I booked this hotel I didn’t know what to expect with the lack of recent reviews given the hotel has only recently reopened having been refurbished. Rest assured my gamble paid off.|||| The hotel is modern, with amazing views of the ocean. Rooms are comfortable and food and beverages top tier! The breakfast is by far the best buffet I’ve ever experienced. ||||The little details such as television homepage name personalisation, water bottles, toiletries (including children’s versions too) complimentary bottled water in the rooms and even a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us one day! Birthday decoration and delicious cake too! Also the nightly turndown service… these small gestures really make the biggest difference. ||||Above all, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. ||||There is a pool table, table tennis and board games room. I travelled with a 2 year old, so it would have been nice to have something to keep him entertained as I was under the impression there was an indoor play area based on the facilities provided on booking.com. This wasn’t too much trouble though, with the pool and beach being so accessible. ||||We can’t thank you enough for our perfect holiday! ||

Incredible staff. Did everything for us. Never said no. Even cooked breadfruit we brought in for us and so much more. Spa was always booked though but when we got in there it was perfect.

Very Clean and decent property. Big spacious rooms, fully equipped guest amenities, and above all - very good service.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful location, amazing facilities, and outstanding service. The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, with stunning beachfront access and a range of activities to enjoy. The food throughout my stay was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. I especially want to thank Annie Lahiru and Steven for their incredible service and for going above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our experience truly memorable. A special shout-out to Bernadette at breakfast, who always made sure we were well looked after. Her warm and welcoming demeanor started each day off perfectly. The entire team at Avani Barbarons is dedicated to providing top-notch service, and it truly shows.
