Avani+ Koh Lanta Krabi Resort

Please note this is a low season review. We stayed in an ocean view room with a big patio only steps away from the shared pool. There are rooms with a private pool and rooms where one can walk into the pool. Many room options available. The staff in all departments are kind and go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and happy. The Cliff House restaurant is excellent. Wood fired pizzas, and the breakfast were delicious, get the breakfast!!!

We came her for a complete rest and to celebrate our anniversary and my husband's bday. We had the most fabulous time. Hotel employees; Nonna, Ning, Ed and Tan have been the BEST! They have made our stay amazing. They have cared for everyone of our needs and beyond. The room was also perfect! Thank you for making our stay a wonderful ❤️ We will definitely be BACK VERY SOON!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Avani+. The staff were very friendly and we were greeted with a drink on arrival while checking in. The beds & pillows were very comfy. The hairdryer in the bathroom was also really good. There’s a transfer service throughout the hotel that picks you up and brings you to anywhere in the Resort. The breakfast was your regular buffet and the dinner in the Cliff restaurant was nice. We had carbonara and a burger which was tasty and the staff were very nice. There is a stand in reception where you can rent a bike, book transfers and book excursions.

Had a wonderful stay in May 2025. It was off-season, and the hotel wasn't anywhere near capacity. Only the main restaurant was in operation, so there were limited options by way of places to go for a drink, and meal within the premises, as well as menu choices. That being said, I can't praise highly enough the staff of the hotel for their prompt, kind, courteous service - from driver to chef, waiter to cleaner, the Gardners we passed to especially the masseurs at the spa. I'd like to believe that this was the case at peak season too, and not just because the hotel had just a handful of guests to take care of. The food we had was exceptionally good - from the Thai, and regional food through to the pizza, and pasta. Our room's view (a suite) was amazing, though I'd imagine that the higher priced ones would enjoy much better vistas. It's such a great location too in the island, with a small private beach that's perfect for families or couples, and even solo travellers (in low tide). There are plenty of 5-star hotels, but it's the staff, service, and care that really set Avani Koh Lanta apart. Had a wonderful stay, and can't recommend highly enough.||

Brilliant hotel with well-appointed rooms and good service. Shout out to K Woody at the front desk for the fantastic recommendations and assistance during our trip.The Reggae Bar offers stunning sunset views, a must try!! The pools are large, clean, and really fun to swim in. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great AC.Constructive feedback: breakfast was not the best. Firstly, the pastries were stale, and plate clearing was nonexistent, so all guests found themselves with piles of dirty plates that were not being cleaned. Additionally, not all drivers and porters were very friendly.Overall, the hotel met and exceeded expectations. I would love to visit again.

We spent 4 wonderful days at AVANI in Koh Lanta, and it was the perfect family getaway! Our family of four enjoyed two rooms stacked on top of each other—one AVANI Pool Access Room and one AVANI Pool View Room. This setup was super convenient and ideal for a family stay, giving us both privacy and easy access to the pool.||The facilities were outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. A special thank you to the helpful reception manager and the sweetest breakfast staff member, Noona 😊, who made our mornings extra special.||Thank you for an unforgettable stay—we really hope to come back again soon!

Our family stayed at Avani+ Koh Lanta for the second time because we were truly impressed by the exceptional service. From the very beginning, Khun Woody, the Front Office Manager, was incredibly helpful in assisting us with choosing the perfect room and offering attractive packages.||Khun Ning and Khun Paeng took great care of us by recommending a delightful dinner menu for our special evening. The staff at the Ozone Bar were all so kind and welcoming. And we mustn’t forget Nong Meena from the Kids Club, who kept our children happily engaged with fun activities every day.||The atmosphere throughout the resort is serene and peaceful—an ideal place for a relaxing getaway.

The overall experience, starting from the arrival until the departure. Every employee was equally very attentive, accommodating and friendly. The property and rooms were very clean and had a nice easygoing atmosphere. Mattress was a bit hard for a side-sleeper. The Spa was a very professional and relaxing experience, very much recommended. Breakfast and lunch/dinner was good enough. You also have a nice coffee place at the reception. Make sure to try out the BBQ (quite spicy, however excellent flavours) in “The reggae” while sipping on a nice cocktail and sunset moment
